Great location,very central in the lovely pueblo. When we wanted to go the beach , we simply took an uber. (Top tip= cars / taxis don't tend to be able to drive to front of hotel- so either we walked up to the main drag- or took the lift from the square down to the lower road). Wonderfully clean. Beautiful plants everywhere. Onsite restaurant Escorpio offers great food & great service (we needed to book as the terrace was almost full)
The tea in the rooms is awful!- suggest bring your own teabags if you like a morning cuppa!

Oasis of calm tucked away high up in the old town. Excellent staff and on site restaurant. Rooms clean, roomy (twin) and practical. Lovely spa area with small gym.
Not much. My room was very practical, perhaps could have had a bit more style in keeping with theme of hotel.

“Just superb. Spa excellent”
“I booked La Fonda for my son and his fiance having stayed there last year with my wife and had a great experience. When I first made the booking the room I wanted was not available but the hotel made a note to upgrade if the room became available which it did. Everything about the hotel from the excellent staff, the cleanliness, the location and the amazing breakfast is just perfect and my son said he had the same wonderful experience. We will definitely go back .”
