It's clean and homey. No noise despite being at the centre of Diera one would expect it to be noisy but it's not. I am particularly impressed with the cleanliness of the toilets and rooms. One is quite comfortable there.
So far so good. They should enable to get some waste bins around the hallways.

Stay here many times before, breakfast standards and quality has dropped alot. Very disappointed with breakfast.

Worst customer service ever . Imagine goin up to youre room on the 8th floor and the card not working to open the door. Not once not twice but thrice I was booked for 5 days and they booked me in the system for 4 days I was not told I had a confirmed booking for 5 days and they booked me for 4 days Then they call me in the middle of the night(3pm) to be precise to tell me that i have to vacate the room Never ever will i stay in this hotel and will never recommend to anyone else
