We were a nice walk away from the centre of the town, so we got to experience fantastic views. We had a sunrise view from the other side of the island, not the caldera side. But as soon as you walk out the door the spectacular view from the Caldera side was right there. Breakfast was great in the cafe.
The room was clean but a bit tired looking. The kitchenette was very basic but that was fine as we were only there overnight.

We stayed in VISTA studio, the room was nice and clean. The view is AMAZING ! Breakfast is a choise of jogurt and fruit or eggs,crepes,sandwiches.the greek omlet was super. cake fresh orange juice, tea or coffee,fresh bread.
the big terrace should have more shade, beach umbrellas or parasols example.

Beautiful view but located on a busy service laneway with cars/bikes coming and going at all hours
Room not as per photo on booking.com & didn’t correspond to actual name of villa Room changed on second day but not without several attempts on my part Room needs upgrade badly - old blankets on bed, stained tiles in bathroom, generally tired decor

The view from the roof top terrace is absolutely stunning!!! The location in Firostefani with loads of restaurants at your doorstep and only a 10 minute walk into the much busier and touristy Fira. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was basic but was fine for us. This is not a 5 star property, but compared to other properties on the cliff. I think the price was quite reasonable.
No tea, coffee, milk or drinking water provided in rooms, but no big deal we just bought some from the supermarket.
