Hotel Yaramar

It was across the road from the beach and was easy walking distance to everything.

It could be done with an update. Also, the Reception staff could be more informative on arrival as not everyone has been at the hotel before e.g explaining about the pool towel deposit properly and not be sarcastic to there guests about it.

The hotel had a good location to the beach and local amenities, such as the train station (which goes direct to the Malaga airport).

The area is primarily caters to the tourist industry which is okay for some people, however if you want to experience the local culture, i would not recommend this place.

Location and views

Elevators! They were very slow, some of the floor lights did not illuminate when selected, and prior to getting to the bottom floor, patrons on the “E” or “1” floor would board an elevator going down, select a upper floor and the elevator would change directions and go back up which forced the riders wishing to continue to ride back up further wasting time. On several of the floors when selected either the “Up” or “Down”, both buttons would light up. Also the direction/floor indicator inside the cage didn’t work!

Location

Beds were terrible. Requested a double bed for my husband and I who came all the way from Canada, but got 2 single beds put together. We made the request months in advance, but were told we couldn't be accommodated at the time we booked in.
