The staff were great. Special thanks to the Executive Chef Mehriz who really took care of his clients. He provided customized meals for his clients and made sure that everyone was satisfied. He also prepared a birthday cake for me. I felt so welcomed from the moment I entered the hotel. Sabir in the reception was great too. The spa was also amazing.

I had really enjoying my vacation...it was really a great experience...it's more what i had expected....Thanks to Sami & Sofien in the reception...thanks to Chef Cook Mehrez...thanks also to Mrs Nozha in Thalasso....i strongly suggest this hotel to relax ...to enjoy the summer with the nice beach and pools...nice food...great Thalasso...Sea water pool...great & Smily staff..thanks to all...;)

Staff was friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. The room had a nice view and all areas of the hotel were clean. There was a lot of variety of meal choices and lovely entertainment at night. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a get away.
