Great hotel top to bottom. Rooms are well designed and appointed. Super clean. Breakfast is really tasty. Difference though is the staff. Exceptional attitude and demeanor. Having to leave
The hotel location is perfect! Its in walking distance from the harbor. It has several stores and restaurants on very close proximity. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and very nice! They have a indoor poor that is extermely small and only goes up to 4ft. And water appeared to be a little cloudy. We were not able to take advantage of the pool and this was part of the reason we selected this hotel! Very disappointed about that!

The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to be kind and hospitable. The room was funky and quite comfortable. Love the couch area. Really comfortable space. The view was great and the location worked fabulously: near to the waterfront, Whole Foods and fun shopping. The location also worked well for roaming about in the Harbor area, Fells Point and Canton. My son enjoyed the continental breakfast which was top notch and the refrigerator in the room was spacious enough to store a few meals cutting down on travel costs. The shower was not as luxurious as the rest of the room itself but it did the trick and was super clean. The bathroom door, while funky, did not offer much privacy which could be a little awkward if traveling with non-family members, as i did on this visit.

Beautiful corner room with a good view. The room was very dark, there's almost no light in the entryway/desk area, where it's needed most.
I put my dates in on your website and it took me to booking.com where it didn't transfer that data. So I wasn't paying close attention and I booked the reservation but it was for the day I booked it. I lost my discount and ended up paying over $40 more for the room because I didn't get the discount on the room. It took me a while to figure out how I messed up and after retracing my exact steps, I figured out that the dates didn't transfer. Now I looked again at the correct dates and the discount price that both the hotel and booking.com said no longer was available for the date in question showed up on the date that I needed (24th of Jan.) Ultimately the mistake was mine, and I will be much more careful in the future when I book online.
The room is fantastic. Large, clean, very modern. We could really tell that we were staying in a brand new hotel. We were very pleased. Also the staff was fantastic. Franklin at the front desk was very welcoming and informative. And the man at Valet (I'm not sure of his name) was super helpful and courteous. We did not have a remote control in our room. When we called down to ask for one (it was late, so maybe there was nothing to be done) we never heard back about a new one. Also there was very very low water pressure in the shower. We had a hard time getting ready in the morning without water.
Proximity to attractions and parts of the city was great and everyone was very friendly! The cost of parking when I could have went around the block and paid $20 less for the night
The overall look and feel of the Inn was nice. Chairs in our suite were poorly cushioned and uncomfortable. You could sit for a few minutes at most. Bed was ultra soft and my back has been sore from two nights sleeping on it. Nobody helped with bags coming in or going. Restaurant needed desperately.
Location closer to Johns Hopkins than the Inner Harbor. Soothing harbor atmosphere. Friendly staffers. Happy hour and night cap. Tasty breakfast. Room was too cold at first. We did turn up the a/c. Never really got warm enough at night to sleep comfortably. Should have asked for more blankets but too busy to do so.

The room was very nice and well laid out. The hotel's setting was just about perfect (right on the water). The hotel lobby was very nice, too. Having a Starbuck's coffee machine in the lobby was excellent. The room's sink and shower didn't drain very well. There was only one bathrobe in our room. Other than that, the room was excellent.

The setting was beautiful. Little details like a whine reception and delicious breakfast made the stay delightful. The location is a tad far from the inner harbor & sports stadiums, but the beauty and serenity more than makes up for that.
