Ventajas: It was the top of all the places we stayed on our trip. It is simply superb. Great location. Amazing amount of room. Very quiet. Small boutique hotel without tons of room. Intimate but professional staff. It is just the right amount of space. You never feel crowded. The Chef is outstanding, the food is amazing. The care and attention to detail with the food shows. Every single thing we ate left a lasting impression. I would come back here and stay for a month. That's saying alot. They planned the space so well. All of the staff are incredibly nice, pleasant, professional. Just the right amount of interpersonal interest. Congrats to the owners of this hotel. It is over the top!

Ventajas: Absolutely a phenomenal boutique hotel! Location was perfect-away from the city crowds yet close enough to walk to almost everything. Staff by far was the finest I have seen, restaurant was 5 star and the rooms were amazing and quiet. I will stay at RC hotels whenever possible! Ventajas: Spotlessly clean room-excellent shower-comfy bed-tea/coffee in room. Very friendly staff who helped us plan our day and print boarding cards. Amazing breakfast. Quiet location -restaurants and bars nearby- 30 minute walk to old town centre or you take a metro for 2 stops.
Desventajas: Nothing-it’s an ideal choice for visiting Bucharest.

Ventajas: Breakfast was good, Recommend ordering eggs (scrambled or omelet). The staff members at the hotel were outstanding and went "over and above" to help us in every way. Our room was fun and imaginative (Gothic).
Desventajas: There was no shelf space in the bathroom for our own toiletries, toothbrushes etc. The tub was also difficult to negotiate for our showers and there was no place to put the soap or shampoo.

Ventajas: The offered us a free upgrade, which was so nice of them. They also welcomed us with a glass of proseco. The room was gigantic, and everything was well taken care of. The helped us with everything. Thanks!
Desventajas: If you're looking for a quiet neighborhood, this is not it. The bars are open until very late, and you can hear people laughing, yelling and so on. Not something that bothered us, though.

Ventajas: Hotel muy nuevo. Personal amable y desayuno muy rico. Además te hacen el desayuno al momento si lo prefieres, como por ejemplo: Tortilla, bacon. Me gusto tanto que se he recomendado a mis suegro y irán dentro de unas semanas.
Desventajas: La ubicación es genial y muy cerca de los monumentos más turístico. El problema es que por las noches, se escucha algo de ruido.

Ventajas: The staff were friendly and helpful, and on arrival I was informed my room had been upgraded, which was a pleasant surprise. The welcome glass of Prosecco was a nice touch. The room was immaculate and the location excellent. Breakfast was excellent.
Desventajas: My only criticism (and I really am nit-picking) is the shower. The free-standing bathtub was beautiful however the shower was handheld, attached to the bath, rather than either a separate cubicle or mounted on the wall above the bath as I would expect for this standard of hotel.

Desventajas: they didn't give me toothpaste and toothbrush until i asked which is really cheap for hilton and even then it was a tiny tube that barely lasted two days. also no shower caps. basically they don't give toiletry kits whereas this is now standard everywhere.

Desventajas: The close proximity to Old Town has its advantages but also its disadvantages: Extreme loud music Wednesday and Thursday night until 5 a.m. Either the windows have to be adjusted to reduce the noise or the hotel needs to seek with the City Hall to avoid such loud music after midnight. One could even feel the bass. For both business persons and visitors this is not acceptable when checking into a 4-star hotel with such a reputable brand. Great hotel and great location but one should not need to bring ear plugs to get some sleep.

Desventajas: I find it’s very petty for the hotel to expect guests to pick up their own snacks, drinks or even toothbrush from the lobby with payment. The shower gel was also a little bottle, that didn’t last me the entire shower. It’s the little things that makes it unfit for a Hilton

Ventajas: I stayed here overnight before catching the flight back home. It was a great place to rest and was conveniently located for the airport bus. My room was very comfortable and tastefully furnished. There was a good breakfast to sustain me on the journey ahead.

Ventajas: The location is along the main thoroughfare in Bucharest and is ideal for visiting the city. The staff were very helpful, providing important and useful information about how to get around the city. My room was spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast offering included freshly cooked items and was a great start to the day.

Ventajas: The hotel is beautiful and very central. The room was immense.
Desventajas: We arrived at 5pm. One of our rooms were not ready yet!!! One night and we had to wait on the room. They also could not help with parking for our van. Toally useless. The bed was noisy. Worst of all, the safe code "did not work" in the morning. According to maintanace "the safes do that all the time". I would not stay at this hotel.

Desventajas: Breakfast was a bit lacklustre. If things (eg. fruit) ran out, they weren't replaced so if you were a bit late there was little or no choice. Our TV didn't work correctly & the front desk staff never bothered to get it repaired for our stay.

Ventajas: Right in old town - pros: you are close to lots of dining and historical sites and right across the street from the fountains. Cons - it can be quite loud at night. We rented 2 rooms: 1 was totally quiet and the other (a suite) was quite loud until 4am. But overall, we loved our stay here and would recommend the hotel.

Ventajas: I had smooth interactions with the front desk—prompt, accommodating, and cordial. The housekeeping staff was respectful, and friendly. Always a smile and a hello. The staff in the restaurant were always so kind, informative, and present. I had a wonderful stay.

Ventajas: A great hotel. The staff is wonderful and goes above and beyond to help us with any questions and requests. The staff are lovely and speak English in a remarkable way. The hotel is so refreshing and modern and the breakfast was varied and delicious. Even though we left to the airport at four in the morning, they had breakfast for us to take with us. Everything was packed in aesthetically beautiful wayl. An excellent and highly recommended hotel that is close to every thing in thr city. Loved it

Ventajas: Ibis Styles is my favouire hotel branch in Poland, so while looking for a place for a short stay in Bucharest I was happy I can book a family appartment in this hotel. Rooms are clean and modern. Location is quite far from a city center, but the neighbourhood is safe, ca. 15 minutes by foot from the metro station, there is also Uber available in Bucharest which is even better and definitely faster option then public transport (and cheaper for the 4 people family).
Desventajas: We had booked a family two room appartment, unfortunately after we came we were informed those rooms are not availabale (due to hydraulic problems, supposedly it was flooded). We got two rooms next to each other instead, but we were not happy because of that change, since we had to split (one adult with one child in every room). I thought we will get extra discount because of that, unfortunalety we didn't (I even paid a little more than I was previously informed by booking.com, due to extra city tax, as i was told...). Another little disappointment was a breakfast. Well, I cannot say that it was't good, but compared to the same branch in Poland the choice was quite poor: just basic things. There is not enough hotel parking places for customers, we had to look for a free slot in the area, which is densely populated. At least those public parking places are for free.

Desventajas: Barn prices a little expensive for Bucharest and the location is a little far from the centre but only 6-7km and a very passable walk to get there from the hotel. If you can navigate the hundreds of huge zebra crossings!

Desventajas: Our room was facing the main road, therefore a lot of noise was coming from the traffick at night (sirens too). Windows were not doing a good job at soundproofness. So, when booking, make sure to specify for a room facing the back yard.

Ventajas: Un parking amplio incluido en el precio. Habitación executive enorme con una cama comodísima. El aire acondicionado funcionaba muy bien. A 5 minutos en coche del aeropuerto. Cenamos muy bien en el hotel. No pudimos desayunar porque nuestro vuelo salía muy pronto pero nos prepararon un picnic que recogimos en recepción.
Desventajas: Para acceder al ascensor y subir a las habitaciones hay un tramo de escaleras que no concuerdan con la categoría de este hotel ya que deberia ser totalmente accesible. La ducha y bañera son tal altas que es peligroso salir y entrar, además no hay donde cogerse para asegurarse no caer. No hay nada por los alrededores.

Desventajas: Very bad air-conditioning system, weak room service standard, missing basic amenities in room such as tissue box, no mineral water offered in rooms only chargeable in minibar and only 2 small bottles available although room service is only till 10:30 pm, room service rarely picks up the call, room door does not close properly requires a push, garbage bin only available in toilet no bin in the apartment suite room, toilet seat almost broken, in addition to that they charged me over 50% of my original room rate for a late checkout, rood housekeeping and do not speak English at all, unprofessional hotel manager received all my comments with no action taken only one answer received "we will look into your complain" did not even bother to follow up upon my check out, hotel requires maintenance and is definitely not value for money, I did not have such a bad experience in such a long time and I assure I was very honest and transparent in my comments no exaggeration in Anyway.

Ventajas: Good location - airport is only 20 min away by taxi. Gym is pretty well equiped. It requires some refurbishement though. Breakfast is absolutely lavish. With plenty to choose from. And the selection of 7 different flavours of freshly squeezed natural juice.

Ventajas: As per my previous experiences, the room was very clean and in great condition. Parking was available on a very busy day. Breakfast at the Colloseum restaurant was excellent as always, with a great selection food and drinks. It seems like the hotel manages to mantain a certain consistency in the quality of its services, and never dissapoints.
Desventajas: Everything was fine, except for the fact that i was advised different available check-in times by different members of the staff. Nevertheless, check-in was readily available after the standard 14:00 time.

Ventajas: Gran relación calidad-precio en $95 por noche y la ubicación es alucinante. Excelente personal y super rápido y fiable a internet. Recomiendo encarecidamente. El desayuno incluido es muy bueno. Bucarest merece una visita. Tiene su ambiente único uno no encontrará en ningún otro sitio.
Desventajas: Las llaves de la puerta pierde su campo magnético fácilmente. De lo contrario no mucho.

Ventajas: The breakfast isn't so bad, but with a price tag of 20 euro.
Desventajas: It was a big disappointment for paying that kind of price and staying in that kind of hotel (I stayed in Intercontinental in different city before and it was a much better experience), because I was expecting staying in a 5-star hotel. The room has really really old carpet. In the room center, there are multiple cigarette burns (at least 4 or 5) and the balcony is an eyesore with bare concrete and not clean. The entrance light and bathroom light share a common switch. If I need to go to the bathroom with lighting in the middle of night, I need to turn on the light at the entrance, which will wake up my family member. Whatever the hot water making machine makes huge noise. Not recommend!

Desventajas: I made a reservation for my boss with suite category but they give him a connected room with one key (so he couldn’t turn on the light next room. ) I complained but they answered that they thought I was coming with children. What they saw while I was checking in were only two adults. They just made continuous excuses. After they moved room to the suite, they didn’t bring the amenities that belonged to the previous. I was so sick and tired of their careless, I didn’t ask any more. Facilities are old, TV wasn’t working at the room so had to call reception to fix. Service were even worse. When I was checking out in the morning, they didn’t ask me if we are okay with that trouble. For me, it felt like they just cared for money itself. No 5 star service! I will never stay at intercontinental any more

Ventajas: La ubicación no puede ser mejor, ya que la mayoría de lo que querrías ver está a menos de 30 minutos a pie y si quieres coger un taxi es fácil y muy barato (1,39 lei por km o unos 28 centavos de dólar). El hotel tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar y las habitaciones eran grandes, bien equipadas e inmaculadamente mantenidas. El personal era muy atento y el desayuno incluido en nuestra tarifa era excepcional. Nos alojaríamos aquí de nuevo en un abrir y cerrar de ojos. Verdaderamente una experiencia de 4,5 estrellas
Desventajas: No parecían tener mucha información sobre el área local inmediata como lugares razonables para comer, comer y otros. No es un gran problema, ya que encontramos las cosas por nuestra cuenta.

Desventajas: My friend asked for extra pillows and tge housekeeping staff who was a man just walked in without knocking. It was 11:45 pm! Plus in order to make us bring a credit card for re-authorization, they locked us out of our rooms by blocking the key card. I asked why they could not just send us a message to. Let us know instead of deactivating our room keys. The decor is also not to my taste.

Desventajas: They gave an Elite apartment which is located in the part of the hotel which is not renovated. The apartment is big (with kitchen, living room, etc.) but I dont really need it and you can immediately see that it is old. Moreover, in order to reach this apartment from the lobby it takes a lot of time because it is located in a part which is quite far away from the normal hotel rooms. All this for 330 euro.

Ventajas: Lovely spacious room with bespoke decoration. The room looks brand new although 12 years old. Modern facilities with USB sockets. Very clean daily. Excellent breakfast and tasty prompt room service. Morning staff were excellent.
Desventajas: Some basics missing from toiletries, like showercap I had to specifically ask for. Essentially it has only shampoo, shower bath and soap. Be prepared. Hair dryer on the wall really weak, no fit for female hair. Coffee preparation did not have milk (again I needed to specifically ask for) and was not topped up daily. I found some reception night staff repeatedly abrupt. It would have been nice to have some information leaflet in the room, regarding facilities, breakfast time, etc as it would free time from staff answering standard questions too.

Ventajas: The location is absolutely amazing, the staff is very friendly and the breakfast is rich with a lot of local products, especially the yoghurt. Everything worth seeing is within walking distance and so is the Old City and the Centre located there for tours outside the usual area, like the Vacaresti Natural Park. And try the 5 to Go Coffee shop right across the street from the hotel.

Ventajas: We used to stay a lot at Novotel but stopped during he renovations. We returned a few weeks ago and we enjoyed it very much. The breakfast area is very neat complemented now by a wide terrace, the pool was refreshing. The location is perfect, in the middle of Bucharest, a short stroll to the Cismigiu park or the old city centre. The wine restaurant and its staff were again such a great bonus to staying at Novotel. Delicious food, prompt service and extremely friendly staff. Great wines too :)

Ventajas: La ubicación es estupenda, muy céntrico. La habitación espaciosa (teníamos una superior) y cómoda. El desayuno buffet muy variado y un gusto poder desayunar en la terraza. La piscina es agradable.
Desventajas: Todo muy bien, sólo decir que creo que estas grandes cadenas deberían instalar dispensadores de jabón para reducir los mini envases de gel.
