Ventajas: old arhitecture, rooms and location. Bellboy, tall and skinny, was exceptional. Will stay next time

Desventajas: I took one more room at the reception. Receptionist (not very kind) tried to sell it for the price 20% percent more then on booking.com.

Ventajas: Silencioso, tv, ubicación con metro, tranvia y bus.

Desventajas: Los problemas derivados de no haber recepción 24 horas.

Desventajas: The appartment is located in another place, another building, another street!! It’s a huge lie They write the address next to the river and you think so nice, I want to live there and then when you arrive, they make you go to another place!!And it was so dusty near the bed so  i wanted to sneeze always

Ventajas: Good location near central market.

Desventajas: If you don't have a local functioning cell phone you will never get your keys. I arrived at the given address. There was no buzz up entry for a manger. I sat in the cold and dark in despair when a stranger took pity on me. Then I found it was a bait and switch. The actual address was two blocks away and I had already dismissed my taxi. I am 60 and had three bags to carry. An agent arrived who was a total ice queen, clearly disgruntled, who spoke no English, didn't offer to even help with the small roller bag and raced ahead of me by nearly a block. The pictures of the building and the room in the ad are NOT the apartment I got at all. The actual apartment was OK, but very dark. Then it got worse....

Desventajas: Nos cambiaron el apartamento en otra zona no prevista

Ventajas: Very very little natural light, there are LED ceiling lights.

Desventajas: This is the first time I've had to give a BAD review. I extended, not for the apartment, but for Budapest. The manager ducked my emails (four of them) for two days. Then insisted that I rebook via the website-- this was a first as I have extended several other bookings. That meant another 30 Euro cleaning fee, even though the room would not be cleaned again. I objected to this and the manager said "OK." Then he insisted on a 30 Euro fee for a "late check in," even though I was extending, not checking in again. I objected to this and the manager replied "OK." Then on the extension date at check out time when it was too late to make other arrangements, the ice queen agent comes and insists not only on the new daily fees, but also the 30 euro cleaning fee!! On her phone the manager now said that he had to charge the cleaning fee, an obvious lie. So he is a shake down artist. This very negative experience basically spoiled my whole trip to a lovely city. Don't destroy your visit, stay somewhere else!

Ventajas: Almost nothing

Desventajas: the host was a rude and unpolite man

Desventajas: The location that was on the ad wasn't even the same one We had to walk a few minutes before we've arrived at the "new" location.

Ventajas: El aire acondicionado funcionaba bien y la ducha también. Estaba muy limpio y tenía muy buena ubicación.

Desventajas: Para empezar estuvimos una hora esperando en la calle a 30 grados para que nos dieran las llaves, sin darnos ninguna explicación ni cogernos el teléfono. En principio estábamos delante del apartamento pero resultó no ser allí, caminamos unos 10 minutos con maletas y calor hasta el verdadero apartamento. Quiero aclarar que la ubicación real era muy buena, pero no entiendo porque ponen otra ubicación en la web, realmente no era lo que yo había contratado. Además llegamos al apartamento y la limpiadora se puso a colgar la ropa de la lavadora y después se marchó. El primer día las sábanas estaban mojadas y dormimos encima de la sábana superior tapados con la funda del nórdico y el segundo día tuvimos que hacer nosotros la cama. Creo que son servicios mínimos que no tuvimos. Y aún esperamos una disculpa o una explicación

Ventajas: En general son unos apartamentos muy recomendables

Desventajas: La cafetera y algunos pequeños complementos están algo desfasados

Ventajas: Apartamentos muy amplios y comodos

Desventajas: La maquina de cafe del desayuno y mas variedad

Ventajas: - Very spacious room with all the amenities you need! - Very helpful and friendly staff. - Great location close to a grocery store and a walking distance from plenty of restaurants and great coffee shops. - comfy bed.

Desventajas: - Breakfast had extremely limited choices. It looks more like what someone would prepare for you at their home. - The bed had long metal legs that lean outwards. How did I notice? I basically smashed my toes a few times on them by mistake since they're in the way. - The shower head was attached to the side of the tub instead of one of its ends, which is very unconventional and inconvenient. - Slow internet connection (around 4 mbps) which is also not secure (open network).

Ventajas: location

Desventajas: we have 2persons to stay 3 nights，when one small box of napkin were gone ，they didn't give us more。it is 4 starts hotel。except that we are satisfied 。

Ventajas: Lots of space - living room and kitchen, bedroom, so one doesn't feel confined. Good powerful shower Very light and airy rooms

Desventajas: Some fungus marks on the tiles in the bath

Ventajas: Habitaciones muy chulas y cómodas. Bien ubicado.

Desventajas: Personal prepotente. La recepcionista se mostró insolente y borde ante cualquier tema relacionado con el pago o pregunta.

Ventajas: Ambassador suite was really nice and clean. Staff was friendly. Everyting was petit and beatiful.

Ventajas: Very good location

Ventajas: This was the third time I have stayed here. We were given an upgrade due to demand for smaller rooms. Also, the location is great for getting around on public transport. And, the staff are very friendly.

Ventajas: Gran ubicación y personal amable

Ventajas: There are big rooms , breakfast is great and staff was very helpful .

Desventajas: nothing

Ventajas: Very peaceful and calm location close to the city center and Nyugati train station. A small kitchen included in the room (microwave oven, jug kettle, toaster, coffeemaker...). The room was clean and spacious. Also very professional staff.

Desventajas: Nothing!

Desventajas: La ubicación del hotel

Ventajas: personal muy amable. cama confortable. jardin y piscina bonitos. Hay un supermercado al lado.

Desventajas: agua de la piscina fria, 28 grados. En agosto ,me parecio fria. Hay poco menaje si quieres cocinar. El barrio no es muy bonito y esta alejado del centro.

Ventajas: Trato amable, ubicación adecuada e instalaciones recomendables.

Ventajas: La relación calidad-precio, el personal de recepción, la habitación muy amplia y práctica. La zona cerca del metro (a dos calles).

Desventajas: Todo fue perfecto.

Ventajas: Bien situado, barrio tranquilo, cerca de medios de transporte (metro, tranvías, autobuses), cerca de supermercados. Apartamento amplio y cómodo, con todos los servicios. Personal de recepción atento.

Desventajas: Hubiera sido deseable que el desayuno no fuera tan caro para haber desayunado en el apartamento.

Ventajas: Habitacion e instalaciones hotel

Desventajas: Esta un poco alejado del centro, aunque el barrio esta bien es tranquilo, con restaurantes y supermercados, pero excepto esto el resto genial

Ventajas: We liked the location, the facilities and the kindness of the staff

Desventajas: We asked the reception to call a taxi for the airport that could be payed with cards, but instead came a taxi that accepted only cash payment
