At $45 a night you can't beat the price. We had an efficiency that had a small table, a sink and a micro. It is a safe location. Quiet. The people who work there are very nice and the rooms are clean. Just dated. We have stayed here three times. The rooms can be drastically different with regards to condition. We had one room that we moved from where the mattress was worn and the box spring was totally ripped. Another room was nice but the interior window had been broken by the people before us. The glass was still on the ledge. Another room was perfectly fine. It was in the Commons II area. At $45 a night don't expect the Ritz but it is clean and quiet.
We stay here as it is very close to our friends who live in Crow Creek Golf club... Clean, easy to reach facility.
Price , clean Location 45 mins to myrtle beach , housekeeping never came on our 5 day stay. They only come post check out. Walls are paper thin and no elevator.
We had a late check-in and the rental office desk was closed. It is in a gated community. The security staff was pleasant, courteous and extremely helpful. We were personally escorted from the front gate to the office a mile away and the guard made sure we got our key and then followed up to make sure we got safely to our room. This kind of professionalism is a rarity these days, and it set a very positive overall tone for our stay. We were very tired from a long journey and this kind of cheerful service was a joy.
We had a room on the second floor with a balcony that overlooked the golf course. I liked that I did feel secure with it being a gated community. I also enjoyed how close it is to calabash and north myrtle Beach. I didn't like how there was roast beef in the refrigerator. Let me clarify, I didn't buy it! The decor is dated the carpet is a little disgusting. The person above was VERY noisy but that isn't the fault of the facility.
