Front desk staff was very helpful. Stayed with a 10 month old and a 2 year old, and the outdoor playground was a nice distraction. Wish we'd had time to use the pool too. We were on a floor with a women's college sports team (I assume - I could be guessing wrong) and even though they were in and out of each other's rooms socializing, we only heard the faintest bits of noise. Either they were just excessively well-mannered, or the rooms were soundproofed enough (or we were that exhausted, plus we had the fan running all night) that we didn't hear much of anything. There was one spot in the bathroom that I wish had been cleaned better. I tried to point it out to the housekeeping staff, but there was a language barrier, and I didn't pursue it with the front desk. (You know what I'd love to see? A checklist of "this is all I need done in my room today" - the all or nothingness of housekeeping in a hotel seems out-dated. Somedays all you need is a couple towels and the trash emptied, and other days, sure you need the whole shebang. It would be nice if you could just indicate that on a card that housekeeping could use.)
Get better toilet paper. My only two complaints are better toilet paper and less fluffy pillows. Or at least, options; since there's 4 pillows, have 2 fluffy and 2 not-so-fluffy.
