Ventajas: Location is not the best - but rarely do I get to stay in such a fantastic hotel....room was spacious, clean, modern and comfortable. Hotel is fantastic and breakfast was just amazing. Atrium is amazing with live palms and orchids growing inside the hotel. They even serve beer if you want some! I will return to this hotel soon because I loved staying here.
Desventajas: Only stayed 1 night and I did not want to leave! Getting fat from eating too much at breakfast. Maybe needs more seating in front foyer - Jokes aside I can't fault the hotel.

Desventajas: so far everything is okay. But surprisingly, your hotel just like in US or Europe, no body offer help to bring your luggage to your room or offer to escort to your room. It is not a big deal for me

Ventajas: This place used to be a very good hotel, I think It still was five years back but now it desperately need a major renovation. We stay here for our honeymoon in 2011 and it seems it was great back then. There’s a lot of things that outdated, the refrigerator inside the cabinet, TV, the bathroom, The food for breakfast was so-so with very bad coffee. The hotel towels seems very old and there’s a lot of ants when we leave crumbs of food in the room and even in the bathroom. The things that hasn’t changed is the service, the staff was very nice and accommodating.
Desventajas: The coffee, the room, the utilities (the towels looks old even though it changed several time during our 8 night stay), there’s no hair dryer (maybe you have to request it to the receptionist??), the service was nice but it a bit slow. The massage room seems not well prepared for a guest, maybe this is the standard of the three star hotel? But I still enjoy the good massage from the therapist, mba Isma.

Ventajas: The hotel probides us a pick up and deliver us back to and from the train station nearby, even it's just around 300 meters from the hotel site. More than that, the hotel also offering us a wheelchair since we bring our parent with 86 year old. Thank you for all of your hospitality and excellent service!
Desventajas: 'Angkringan' service in the afternoon. Its a light traditional snack and local becerages (wedang jahe and wedang secang) which are free for all guests. It is served between 4 pm until 7 pm daily, however when we just came back from sightseeing at 9 pm, the Angkringan stall still open and we still be served for free. Wonderful service!!

Ventajas: Breakfast is good considering it's a budget hotel but could do more with the fresh milk and better tea. Happy with the room, the only thing missing is soap for your hand and more hook to hang your towel by the shower not by the toilet. Beware the beds are tights but comfortable.

Ventajas: the bed room is good and clean enough as well as the wash room....the location also near to the main road
Desventajas: 1. the management didn't ask permission when the room boy cleaning up the room....we are a bit surprised when the room is clean already while we are away 2. the parking lot is only enough for 5 to 8 cars....

Ventajas: the place is nice with the unique ornaments, the location is good.
Desventajas: The receptionist was not professional. I asked for twin bed and early checking, but she didn't read my notes. She also made me waiting for a couple minutes and gave the other guest first service, although i am the first guest. So disappointing. My room was in first floor, and was not provide signal for my mobile phone.

Ventajas: location in the main road (tuparev) and the sign made this hotel easy to be found. good for one night stay.
Desventajas: there was a bad bad smell of cigarettes in the entire room. and wc couldnt flush at the first time but once it fixed, the water wont stop flowing. very limited breakfast options. no towel provided, we tried to call the front desk so many times but no answer.

Ventajas: Easy check-in and out. Good location and distance from tollway. Plenty of parking. Visibly active security. Ok brekky. Ok bed.
Desventajas: At times staff seemed uninterested or not as welcoming as they should have been. Requested extra bed, gave us a foam mattress and put it on the floor. Had to ask for a few things that should have been automatically included and delivered with the foam mattress, such as toiletries, cup, blanket, etc. Shower was literally 1 step from flushing the toilet. No shower curtains. Saw some paint peeling off the wall right under noisy air conditioning unit. TV reception was not clear for some channels. A lot of noise from frogs throughout the night. Some brekky items were cold and not replenished with urgency.
