Ventajas: We really enjoyed the staff and location of this property. A refined and professional staff that were always willing to help suggest places to visit or eat. The room was average but the property itself is excellent and provides a wonderful breakfast and lounge area for relaxing and a drink. Would highly recommend.

Ventajas: El personal cercano, amable, sencillo, definitivamente sus trabajadores fue lo mejor de nuestra estancia. Las instalaciones de lujo, la cama muy buena, además todo con mucho gusto pero a la vez confortable. Buen y abundante desayuno con productos caseros. Un gran hotel hecho mejor gracias a su personal.

No hay servicio en el hotel a partir de las 20:3 y no puedes tomar nada a partir de esa hora. No veo la relación calidad/precio. 275 euros la noche!!!!

Desventajas: Strimmer and leaf blower made an incredible noise all round the house. If went on all afternoon and didn’t end until 6.30pm. Not great when we wanted rest after long journey. Then we tried for an early nights sleep but a house party was underway with about 15 people celebrating the night before a wedding! So not much sleep. We’d chosen this hotel because we wanted rest, but we’re disappointed.

Ventajas: The location is out of town, you will need a car. The bed was heaven. The facility itself unique. A Convent from the 14th Century with it's own Large magnificent Chapel. The complementary wine tasting was fun too. At 18:00. If you live history in the Middle Ages, this is it. Many free parking lots around Evora. The front desk will give you a map. Do not drive in the old city. It is an easy walk to all the historically significant places.

Ventajas: Es hotel está bién, quizá un poco fríos los pasillos. Es un sitio para ir a descansar, dado que está en pleno campo y en Évora no hay mucho que hacer ni ver. Lo mejor del hotel es el jacuzzi, aunque es pequeño, si se meten 4 personas hay que apretarse.
Desventajas: El agua de la piscina climatizada estaba más fría de la cuenta.

Ventajas: Because there was a mix up with our room and it was given to another couple the hostess gave us the one bedroom apartment which was big and very nice. We had everything we needed. Property was very lovely and everything was was super clean. It was more than we had expected. It was very easy to get into the center. Only 5 minutes away by car.
Desventajas: The only downside was that it rained and we weren't able to have breakfast outside on the terrace . Breakfast was okay. It was simple. Not that many things to choose from. Also the mattress was a bit hard for me.

Ventajas: It is a really beautiful place, it has a nice pool, good breakfast, fresh fruits and a sweat hostes. We also loved the three big dogs that seem to have one goal in life: being petted by random strangers.
Desventajas: The location is close to the city but the last part is a dirt road with a few steap holes in it. Also, it was hard to get the room completely lighted so you could read in the evening (a lot of loose standing bedlights).

Ventajas: The Espada is a must stay-in near Evora. The site is wonderful and well maintained. The hosts are lovely and made everything for us to enjoy your stay. The pool is nice and clean, the bedrooms are nice as well. The breakfast is simple but with natural and good products, and the quantity is enough for any eaters! We highly recommend it if you wanna have a calm and peaceful retreat near Evora. You’ll need the car to get to the city!

Ventajas: This property is stunning. The decor is so beautifully fitting for the area, elegant but not stuffy. The property is magnificent, immaculate and using every natural part of the area. Truly a Portuguese hacienda. The kids loved the pool, the grounds and especially the dogs! Breakfast was delicious but the setting made the stay!

El olor en la recepción puede mejorarse. Se encontraban en obras en la piscina, gimnasio y spa así que estaban cerrados, no obstante, no oímos ningún ruido durante la estancia

Ventajas: Located right beside the Roman ruins with easy walking everywhere in this lovely town. Staff were very helpful and pleasant with everything: parking the car, at checkin and with meals. Beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. The lounge beside the fire on a windy chilly day with sweet wine and roasted chestnuts- a lovely seasonal treat.
Desventajas: The room was dark but probably as it would have been for the nuns!

Ventajas: El entorno monumental. El edificio es un edificio histórico muy bonito. Estilo auténtico de las posadas. Desayuno variado. Han mantenido el estilo monástico en las habitaciones.
Desventajas: Demasiadas faltas de detalle para ser un 5 estrellas. Mando de la televisión que no funciona, bajo a recepción me dan otro que tampoco funciona. El aire acondicionado frío saltaba solo a diferentes horas de la noche. Habitación excesivamente pequeña. Cuando nos hicieron la habitación nos dejaron 5 botes de loción corporal y ninguno de gel de baño o shampoo. El café de desayuno frío. No merece las 5 estrellas. Soy amigo de Paradores españoles y no tiene nada que ver.Conozco más de 50 Paradores y el modelo no es comparable. No merece lo que se paga.

Desventajas: Could be a little more accessible for those who don't do stairs well or have heavy luggage. There is a ramp out back but still on cobble. That said the front desk was ready to help carry things and much appreciated.

Ventajas: Tras una apariencia exterior algo anodina, se esconde un hotel de diseño moderno, con buenas instalaciones generales. La habitacion estaba muy limpia, era calida, silenciosa y el mobiliario se encontraba en buen estado. El personal correcto. Parking publico gratuito en las inmediaciones. Cenamos algo en el bar del hotel donde los precios nos resultaron algo elevados, normal en estos casos. Pero coincidiendo con los comentarios de otros clientes, lo que mas nos gusto fue el desayuno, estaba bien surtido y con productos de calidad : mermeladas y dulces artesanales, quesos y charcuteria de la zona, zumos naturales, y una gran variedad de frutas entre las que encontramos incluso papaya y mango, todo muy rico, desayuno de 10.
Desventajas: La ubicacion, nos resulto un poco alejado del centro a pie.

El Monte Do Serrado está situado en una zona de campos y huertos, junto a la autopista A6 y a 5 km de Évora. Cuenta con una piscina exterior, servicio de transporte al aeropuerto y parking privado gratuito. El Monte Do Serrado De Baixo es una casa típica de Alentejo que ofrece habitaciones decoradas de manera individual en torno a diferentes temáticas: desde el tema de los olivos hasta el del alcornoque pasando por los de los cereales y el vino. Las habitaciones tienen baño privado con secador y artículos de tocador seleccionados. Los huéspedes pueden relajarse entre los olivos y alcornoques. También pueden utilizar las instalaciones del hotel para practicar senderismo, ciclismo y piragüismo. Desde el Monte Do Serrado podrá acceder en coche o bici, a través de la carretera R114, al centro de Évora, patrimonio de la humanidad.

Ventajas: The mansion is 15 minutes from EVora by car, it is situated in a quiet and peaceful place full of trees and as it was a farm, it has its own animals (goats, donkeys, etc) We enjoyed it a lot and would have stayed more days to relax! The best thing ever was the breakfast, handmade and full of choices!

Ventajas: Great rural and peaceful location but close to Évora and the sights. The walks, especially into the Cork forests were lovely. The house is very much a home and the welcome was warm and informative. Pool and garden are a lovely oasis at the end of a busy day or great to just relax. Breakfasts are fabulous and served around a big shared table.
Desventajas: We had the Olive Room which was a little smaller than expected and the bathroom could benefit from an update but otherwise everything was really lovely.

Ventajas: Within the old center of Evora you will find this old former palace with parts of the Roman wall in your room. We received a warm welcome from Paolo who showed us more or less all parts of the hotel and have us great tips to move around the area. Loads of history in and around Evora as well as some of the best wineries of Portugal (ie Cartuxa) . We had a great time
Desventajas: The coffee during breakfast is not of the highest level but you can ask for coffee made by a qualified machine and this way enjoy your espresso or whatever you like

Ventajas: Very charming facility. Great staff. Excellent in-house restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Spacious room, and bathroom. Very near the top of the hill, and the center of the old town.
Desventajas: Impossible location to drive to. Yes, it is just a short walk from the church and Roman ruins, but the medieval streets are a maze. There are six parking spots for hotel guests that are tiny, and hard to get to. The property is very quaint, and historic, but very vertical, with no elevator. 30 steps up from the parking to the main level, then 30 more to our room, which was not on the highest level.

Ventajas: A very lovely hotel perched right at the centre of the old town perfect for exploring Évora. Very comfortable and huge bed and lovely bathroom. We were travelling with our dog who was made very welcome and we were able to enjoy happy hour just outside the bar with the dog! Beautiful breakfast with many choices of local produce.

Desventajas: Para llegar a la recepción hay que subir con la maleta un piso andando porque no hay ascensor, además, no está bien indicado porque en la puerta de fuera no pone ningún cartel que indique la recepción. No cojais media pensión es un robo. No es buffet. Te dan una carta de la que solo puedes coger por persona un plato y la bebida y el postre te lo cobran En la recepción no hay nadie. Cuando llegue a las 3 para que me dieran la habitación tuve que esperar un rato hasta que vinieron a atenderme y el día del check out tambien tuve que esperar porque no estaba el recepcionista. No hay leche caliente para el desayuno la tienes que sacar de la máquina del café así que es leche en polvo y esta azucarada.

Ventajas: Because there was a mix up with our room and it was given to another couple the hostess gave us the one bedroom apartment which was big and very nice. We had everything we needed. Property was very lovely and everything was was super clean. It was more than we had expected. It was very easy to get into the center. Only 5 minutes away by car.
Desventajas: The only downside was that it rained and we weren't able to have breakfast outside on the terrace . Breakfast was okay. It was simple. Not that many things to choose from. Also the mattress was a bit hard for me.

Ventajas: The Espada is a must stay-in near Evora. The site is wonderful and well maintained. The hosts are lovely and made everything for us to enjoy your stay. The pool is nice and clean, the bedrooms are nice as well. The breakfast is simple but with natural and good products, and the quantity is enough for any eaters! We highly recommend it if you wanna have a calm and peaceful retreat near Evora. You’ll need the car to get to the city!

Ventajas: I have been in three hotels in Evora, and this one I think is the best one. Rooms are clean and quite spacious. Breakfast is good, could be more choices (compering with other hotels) but for me was enough. What I value is every day I got a new bottle of water. Location is great, close to center. I have opportunity to try couple of different Portugal wines in hotel's bar and always were very good but serve too cold in my opinion. I bought two bottles of one of them:) Service is very good and helpful. SPA is good, I tried massage with hot stones and was very nice experience. Overall 9:) or a bit more even.
Desventajas: Red wine serve too cold.

Ventajas: La ubicación es excelente, en el centro histórico de Évora. Se puede ir caminando a todos los lugares de interés. Aparcamiento en el propio edificio, con acceso directo en ascensor. El hotel tiene un diseño innovador, con preeminencia de madera en sus zonas comunes, que lo hace muy acogedor. El desayuno es fantástico. Desde la habitación en la que me alojé las vistas son de la zona histórica de Évora. Personal muy amable.
Desventajas: Pese a estar insonorizada la habitación (daba a la fachada principal, hacia el caso histórico de Évora), se oye el sonido de los coches porque, además, la calle es adoquinada. Aunque no llega a ser un inconveniente, sobre todo porque por la noche apenas pasan vehículos. De todas formas, hay muchas habitaciones que tienen otra orientación. Por lo demás, volvería a alojarme sin duda.

Desventajas: Aspectos para que sea superexcelente: - poner un espejo de aumento en el cuarto de baño. Las que tenemos más de 40-45 años lo necesitamos. - pondría un punto más de luz en la zona de dormir: no es suficiente con la luz de las mesillas, falta una luz general en esa parte - por pedir, si pusieran una sauna, la zona de gimnasio/spa sería perfecta

Ventajas: La ubicación era excelente. Cerca de todas las comodidades y atracciones turísticas. El espacio era lo suficientemente grande para que nuestra familia durmiera y mis hijos jugaran durante el tiempo de inactividad. El desayuno (extra) era excelente y práctico, así como el café, té y vino de Oporto en cualquier momento. El personal era encantador, servicial y servicial. Este lugar realmente cuidó de las pequeñas cosas que fue muy apreciado.

Ventajas: La ubicacion es genial. El personal súper amable y atento en todo momento. Habitación amplia y limpia. Tienes tu código para entrar y así entras y sales cuando te parece. Para lo pequeño que es el baño tiene una pila grande.
Desventajas: Se olle todo, tanto a los de las habitaciones de al lado como el ruido de la calle, por suerte tuve unos vecinos bastante correctos. El baño es muy pequeño y con la luz un poco justa, sobre todo si quieres afeitarte bien,la ducha con cortina. No hay ascensor. Pero se compensa todo con el trato del personal y lo acogedor del lugar

Ventajas: The breakfast was quite good, especially on the morning we left. We had an early bus to catch and the clerk came in early to prepare breakfast for us. In general, the staff went overboard to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. The night clerk gave us very good information on restaurants in the area and his suggestions were spot on! The location could not have been better, and the little street behind the Evora Inn filled with restaurants and cafés was just about perfect. A great place in an amazing city.

Ventajas: The inn was perfectly located, a few meters from the central square. My room was comfortable, though small, and a good value. Isidro, who welcomed me when I arrived, was very nice. The inn's common area was a pleasant place to read, and the complimentary port was a welcome touch.
Desventajas: My room would have been better with more lighting, more wall outlets and a safe.

Ventajas: Este hotel es la opción perfecta en Évora. Excelente ubicación cerca de la plaza principal, super limpio y moderno. Como un hotel boutique, las habitaciones son pequeñas, pero bastante buenas. Las camas son ridículamente confortables. Amplio garaje por 5 euros por día.
Desventajas: Ubicación, estacionamiento, servicio, cómodas camas.

Ventajas: Reservamos este hotel por capricho después de decidir salir de Faro un día antes. Fue perfecto. Fácil de encontrar, el recepcionista era muy servicial, la habitación era sencilla y estaba limpia. En general, una gran relación calidad-precio.

Ventajas: Instalaciones modernas, buena ubicación dentro del casco antiguo, tiene parking aunque es de pago.
Desventajas: A la llegada el personal de recepción no fue muy amable. En el check out estaba otra persona diferente y nos atendió mejor. No puedes controlar la temperatura de la habitación y nos pareció que la temperatura estaba alta 34,7°, pasamos calor. El desayuno lo encontramos elevado de precio comparándolo con otros hoteles y los precios de mercado en Portugal.

Ventajas: The hotel was clean and efficient and the staff very friendly. The breakfast was buffet style but very generous in it's assortment of food and drinks available.
Desventajas: The room was facing out onto a busy road and therefore very noisy, I actually thought the window was open but there was no soundproofing.

Desventajas: Salimos a ver la ciudad a las 10 h. y después de almorzar volvimos a la habitación a las 15 h. y todavía estaba sin arreglar (habíamos dejado en la puerta el aviso para que la limpiaran). A la media hora, cuando estábamos en pleno descanso, llamaron a la puerta con mucha insistencia, hasta en dos ocasiones, para hacer la limpieza. La explicación que nos dieron después, y no de muy buenas maneras, es que la limpieza de las habitaciones se hace de 10 a 17 h. No creemos que sea una buena política por parte del hotel. Es muy molesto si quieres descansar a medio día. Las habitaciones que dan a la carretera son ruidosas por el tráfico de coches. No ponen toallas de mano, solo dos de ducha.
