El personal era fantástico. Tenía que llegar más temprano de lo que pensábamos y preguntamos si había un check-in temprano nos dijeron que teníamos que esperar hasta la limpieza. Llegamos justo cuando nos dieron la primera habitación disponible. Con mucho gusto me quedaría aquí en mi próximo viaje

We would've had a better experience if the windows had been dual pained. We had a hard time falling asleep because we could hear all the traffic from the freeway and the road below us. We felt like the windows were open, but they were closed and drapes pulled closed too.
The price for the location was pretty good. The staff was very helpful. Wifi was unuseable. Carpet was damp and stained our feet black. Room card stopped working and we were locked out of our room for an hour while they tried to fix it (in our pajamas). Ultimately had to pack all our stuff and move to another room.
Convenient location to Amtrak Rough neighborhood, deeply soiled carpet, aged and no restaurants close by! Would not stay here again, regardless of photos and/or price!
Sheets were clean which was nice. Great location. Room they gave was a smoking room without notice. No other rooms available. Main lobby smelled really bad. AC didn't work.

Entrance to the Motel is not marked. It is behind a McDonalds Restaurant and a Chevron Gas station and you must enter through the Chevron Gas Station parking lot. Drove around a few times to figure out how to access the Motel.
Accessibility to the freeway,restaurants and shopping center. the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The room had a bad odor and the bedding did not look clean.
The upgraded room as far as the flooring. Fast check in. Also requested a downstairs room and they were able to accommodate me The bed was a little hard. Nothing else. Actually l, it was better than I thought it would be.
Really liked the clean, well-lit facility. Parking was not the easiest as several trucks took up multiple parking spaces.
Close to where I needed to be, not too pricey. Easy to make a reservation. I could be wrong, but I found it odd that there was no shampoo in the shower and no blow dryer. I just thought that was standard.

For the price, it was clean and updated. I would stay there again. The only thing I would've liked was for the room to have carpet instead of wood-laminate floors, but I can understand why. It is easier to keep clean.

The room was super cheap! But I guess you get what you pay for... Don't know that I would come back. The hotel did not provide free wifi, even though they advertised they did. In addition, they did not provide shampoo and the towels had human hair in them.
The staff tried to help, but in the end what type of hotel issues you a room without a key available!!? They had other rooms!! Why didn't they just give me another room!!? The room smelled like smoke! There are signs all over the facility stating it was a smoke free place and that no smoking was allowed on the premises, but there were numerous people standing right outside my room smoking!! The room also had numerous gross stains on the carpet. Was almost afraid to even sleep in the bed, and I'm the type of person that can sleep anywhere! Not even going to rant about how moldy the bathroom was!! Again, what type of place assigns you a room without a key available!!? I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone, especially a family. For $100.00 would at least expect a clean room sans stains, smokey smell. And at least a key to get in without having to go to the front desk to have someone open my door!!!!

Beds are not clean, hairs on the bed sheets: carpet dirty non smoking room smells like smoke, need hair dryer and iron for convenience and maybe luggage carts to help with luggages. Breakfasts could be better Breakfast poor quality. Hairs on bed sheets.

I was kicked out of hotel after inquiring after my belongings being stolen. At that I was kicked out on Christmas day because I got the police involved. The hotel is not even clean they make you no type of breakfast. The day my stuff was stolen was the same day the maids did not full finish making my bed I should of known then my items were gone but since I had been staying there for almost 3 weeks I did not think nothing of it until I had sought after my stuff. I was about to charge my phone and as soon as I was going to do so I discover my cord to my charger was gone. Now before I went downstairs I looked high and low just in case they came in and put it somewhere else although if I am ever at hotel when they come by for service I tell them I am fine without them cleaning for me. Now I had a whole PS4 game system and more items put they took this stand out item and after I could not find I went downstairs. Once downstairs I told the manager about the situation. He snaps at me and tells me his workers are not allowed to steal like that stops anyone from doing so. I asked him could he call and ask them since this was after the normal working hours for them but he told me NO. So I asked what time do they come in for tomorrow. He told me they will be in at 7:30 am. They give me a gas station phone cord for the meantime that took my battery charge down even some more. So 7:30 gets her I go down and ask have they came in yet they tell me no they will be in at 8. 8:30 gets here I go back down they tell me they letting them come in at 10. I asked then so you can call and tell them that but cannot ask about my stolen items. I come back down at 10:32 he tells me they are not coming in at all. So I informed him I am just going to get the police involved (yea like that helped) now this was Dec. 24, 2015. So the police came told me basically a bunch of nothing because I had no evidence. So after i spoke with them I had to go on with my work day since my job just relocated me out here and I have yet to find a place. I did not get home till late that night. Christmas morning I go downstairs he tells me he booked my room. So I go back up stairs and come back down with my reservations on my phone verifying the room. He then tells me he refuses my service of being here as if I was the thief. In shock I had to ask so you are putting me out on Christmas because of my stuff being stolen. This buster said yes and because you called police and he was the main person telling me yes should gone and call them. I wouldn't shelter a homeless mf in his rude broke down smell like dog tail with eggs on the side establishment. He really showed his true character with the messed up Christmas he sent my way I am out her without a family member or friend and I had no where else to go due to it being Christmas and my money is messed up due to this broke down mountain fish rock of a establishment. nothing this place is worst than the 76 motel, there was roaches all over the room , and the smell of weed, bad place to bring family here i wouldn't recommend this place unless your dealing with drugs and or are a gang member.

I had such a bad experience, I'm surprised this hotel was on a travel site. I use hotel rooms at least 3 times per month and booked this one because of the location and the fact the other hotels I usually stay at were either full or priced way higher than usual. There were hairs all over the bathroom - in the tub, on the towels, counter and floor.There were bugs, small ones but we had gnats, moths, and pretty sure the two other ones I saw were baby cockroaches. We were so uncomfortable I went to the office to get my money back but the office was locked and there wasn't anyone inside, there were three signs that said no refunds. When we looked around, there was a huge toenail and other clippings on the floor by the bed, there were wrappers stuffed in the chair, a dirty pair of panties under the chair, a used make-up brush on the bathroom counter and a knife tucked into the cushion of the other chair! We left because we were scared and creeped out. I was with my child and didn't feel safe or that I could even take my shoes off. I wont ever stay there again and I'm disappointed with Kayak for supporting a place like this, I want my money back! I had to go pay for another hotel and feel I should be reimbursed.
A decent place to stay for the location and cost. The night manager refused our online reservation, telling me there were no rooms and told me to get a refund. This was after telling my husband that rooms were available for cash payment. So now I wait the 7-10 days for my refund, plus we stayed because we had few options. I also had to rescue the female pizza delivery woman from his harrassment. We later awoke to him getting yelled at by another patron early in the morning. The next morning, we had to pull teeth to get the desk clerk to put my name on the reservation so that I could get reimbursed for my travel. The staff was extremely unhelpful and rude. I thought maybe an isolated incident for us, but the previous reviews warned about this staff. You have been warned.

All of the other Hotels/Motels were completely full in the area, this hotel was available to meet my needs for a place to stay. The Hotel is older with dirty carpet and bugs.
Horrible, horrible, horrible When booking, I selected 4 people would be in the room with 2 queens. Upon check in, the owner/manager, says he has nothing available and can't fulfill my room. He proceeds to blame kayak.com (why is this their fault I wonder?) why just want money he says (but he is the one who said what was available to kayak, sounds like he just wants to money..) I ask ok well I have 4 people, who will issue my refund? He then points to a sign stating 'no refunds' and he doesn't know what to tell me about that. Well, I call kayak, and the customer service agent was great. I told her the situation and she said she had to call the hotel to confirm this info. After being on hold 10 min, she returns to the line to say the guy hung up on her and now won't answer. I explain that this guy was a sketch ball and she said "yeah this is strange" and tries for another 15 minutes to call. To returns a final time to say the refund has been issued. I'll never know what happened on the other end of that call, but what I know is kayak takes care of their people.
when I called ahead to make sure of my booking was complete the reception is very friendly and if I had a choice yes I would stay there again and plan to in the future everything was excellent no bad complaints. there isn't anything about the hotel in that I did not like.
