The view of the city was beautiful at night though walking to the Epicenter was interesting as a group of adults were two blocks up trying to panhandle on the one side of the street. Family stayed at the same time and said they had robes on there room and we did not. Also cold water in room was not cold but warm. Also housekeeping did not leave correct bath amenities and toilet handle was broken.
The staff was very friendly, always offered assistance, great place to take your family and dog, great location in Greenville within walking distance to many restaurants and places to do something fun, we recommend this place highly and planning on returning soon! Staff was amazing Rooms very clean and great views at charlotte Dog friendly they offer treats and water in the lobby Close to restaurants
I liked everything about my stay except for a few unfriendly and standoffish hotel employees and security staff members... When I first arrived I was greeted rudely by the security staff... There was an event/wedding under way, and because I was dressed in casual urban attire I was blocked at the front door until I informed them of my reservation.... The only people who were genuinely friendly to ke throughout my stay were a valet associate named Matthew and older Spanish woman in the gift shop and the young ladies at the concierge counter. If it wasn't for those 5 connections my stay could've been undesirable... Those individuals mentioned above, salvaged the negative impression that the security staff left with me....
Very clean. Friendly staff. Good food. Nice and comfortable bed!
Everything When I got there the room was clean. But the bathroom still had dirty towels in from the previous people staying in my room.
Excellent location! Perfect walking distance from all of down town! Great view of the Panthers stadium. Room was generally clean. Received an unauthorized charge after check out of $20 for self parking after paying for a very high end hotel room. There were very few self parking spots and most of the garage was taken up with construction. There were plenty of reserved valet parking spots, but we WERE NOT TOLD about the $20 self parking and the $25 valet parking, so we just walked the extra distance thinking we were saving money.
I love the fact the asked me if I wanted a high or low room..of course we took the high and the view for the 15 floor was amazing
Valet is super I had a modified reservation with a better rate and the manager Darron acted as if I was making it up! Not satisfied with his handling of it.
Bed was very comfortable and the staff was my favorite part. They were very helpful and nice. The place was very clean and loved the checkout time. My fiance and I traveled to Charlotte for one night to attend a concert. We pulled in and cones were blocking the entrance to self park which resulted in us using the valet service. Service was great but it was 30 dollars for one time valet. Very pricey especially for something we didn't want to do in the first place. Checking in didn't go as planned either, my reservation wasn't showing up but I had a printed and email confirmation. About 20 minutes later it was sorted out by having to make another reservation. The staff was by far my favorite part. They were helpful and patient even with a ton of people bustling around needing something.
Overall, a very nice hotel. Up to standard. Was not pleased with my stay. I checked in at 6:30 and none of the rooms were clean. I found this ridiculous and almost unheard of. I was not put in the room that I had originally booked which had bathrobes. The room they put me in did not so I asked for them three times. They promised they would bring them up and they never did. Very disappointed in the staff and customer service so I will not be staying here again unless I am reimbursed.
I didn't like that I requested a room on a high floor with a nice view and wound up with one on the 7th floor with a view of a roof. I also didn't like that I had to keep pestering the hotel staff for a remote and the only way someone finally seemed to act was when I requested another room, one with a remote. The TV had the channel and volume button disabled so I could only watch the never ending hotel channel. It drove me insane and I missed my favorite TV show because 3 phone calls, a trip to the front desk, and an encounter with a gentleman on the floor taking care of something else didn't seem to be able to produce a remote. Why didn't the cleaners check previously that a remote was in the room? That is standard. I was also disappointed that the hotel didn't have wifi. Some computers, especially MacBooks do NOT have an ethernet port so they cannot be plugged in. I wound up having to tether my computer to my phone just to surf the net. For the price, this was a very bad experience and I will NEVER stay at this hotel again.
The quietest room I have ever been in, never heard anyone and I was there for 4 nights. This could have been because of the door between the bedroom and living room. Had a dated feel.
location and friendly staff there was practically no cold water pressure and only 4 handicap parking spaces. the parking lot was extremely narrow and small
Indoor pool and suana. Large bathroom. Microwave is placed very low...and the timer difficult to see...making it very easy to seriously overcook food. A minor gripe. Hair dryer does not have a very good shield over the motor...my wive got her hair caught and burned in the hair dryer.
Location. Staff. Good breakfast. Take with breakfast bag, pretty neat. Room was just ok, the remodeling was nice in concept but lacking in quality of execution.
Front staff are friendly & efficient. Rooms are nice size with comfortable beds. Cookies are a sweet treat! The pool water looked murky. The towels are not soft and looked a bit worn.
Nothing AC A/C didn't work keys didnt work spa was cold . Poor maintainace would not recommend. 1 pf 5 stars
Staff are friendly. Large rooms and nice toiletries. On both nights there were fights in the parking lot. It was so loud it seemed like it was happening just outside our window. Couldn't sleep after that. Another loud & disturbing noise in the hallway the morning we checked-out.
Great room - very big. Two queen beds in a separate room. Two flat screen TV's in the room. Sofa (with pull-out), desk, chair and a large ottoman was in a separate area from the two queen beds. Also includes a nice, hot breakfast. Bathroom was a bit small but I didn't mind since the living area of the room was bigger.
The separate living and bedroom space. The cleaning staff was VERY loud. I arrived very late and was trying to sleep in the next morning and was awoken to the having a 'party' while they worked and the noise continued through out the day.
Breakfast, location. Discolored sheets, mold on shower ceiling.

Nothing about this hotel is worthy of positive comment except the Valet Servicecleam Cleanliness. Service. Food. Beds. Quiet - the walls are paper thin. Elevator access - terrible. Response to problems - pass the buck. I do go to Charlotte a bit and I will NEVER stay here again.. Room was filthy with hair in the tub and used tissues behind the bed. The rolls were literally half baked dough. The beds could have been from the Spanish Inquisition. Worst of all was the front desk staff. While courteous, their answer was to pass the remarks on to Management and "see what could be done". Hey Hyatt - Don't make excuses, find solutions. It's called empowerment and unlike your hotel - It works!
The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Everything in the room was spotless. The location was very convenient. Breakfast provided lots of options and the staff serving it went out of their way to make everyone feel welcome. We were a bit surprised by the $22 charge for required valet parking but the valets were great. The morning we left, only one elevator was working, which caused a bit of a wait since we were on the top floor.
It was very close to our venue of the concert at the stadium. Just a block away. But it was close to the metro station which had some shady people. But that's givin near any city area. There was bars and restaurants nearby. We had a good time. Just keep a close eye on yourself. But the view from our room was very nice of downtown. Especially at night when the building lights came on!
The location is a few blocks away from where I would prefer to be, but otherwise this is the perfect hotel for business travel
The location, staff, and room were great! Very helpful staff and comfortable beds. They only have 5 luggage racks, and there were non available upon check in or check out. It made it hard to transport our luggage with our 9-month old.
It was my first time in Charlotte, staff left a very good impression!
Great breakfast in the morning and great nightlife at the bar with amazing rooftop patio. Internet connection never really worked so we didn't make use of it.
The staff was great. Marvin is an excellent staffer. He was helpful and friendly.
Good breakfast. Accommodating front desk personnel when wine bottles needed to be opened. Key required for elevator ; didn't always work, card keys frequently failed . Very difficult to figure out where the entrance was, especially since it was in an area of one way streets.
The layout of the room was great! And the bathroom was outstanding. The hotel was difficult for many members of our party to initially locate. All most everyone went to the Hyatt House, 2 blocks away, before finding the Hyatt Place. Increased signage is needed, given that the entrance to the hotel is not road side.
No parking and pool is on same floor as upscale restaurant.
We really had a great stay there!!! The hotel and staff were excellent!!! The only complaint was the parking,,, the valet was great but wish they would have had a parking lot, but being in the city that is understandable.
Nice hotel Pool was good The hot tub was not available for use- maintenance ?
We arrived late (1am) after a concert and the desk person was friendly, helpful and very pleasant. The hotel itself was clean, freshly decorated and inviting. The only complaint is that the sofa bed mattress was in need of replacement. The springs poked my daughter and made it uncomfortable. Sofa beds are never great, and this was no exception.
There was vent fan in the bathroom
Easy to find, complimentary breakfast was actually substantial and varied. Our room was tiny, and the pillows were all very soft, even the allegedly 'firm' ones. Couldn't run laptop/tablet into the television.
Breakfast was superb. nada.
It was clean, nicely decorated, and comfy. It also featured good customer service and nice amenities. The way the room was set up was a bit awkward for getting the luggage cart in and out of the room in a functional manner.
Beautiful facility, great staff No
We liked the cleanliness of the hotel along with it's buffet breakfast. The location of the hotel was a bit out of the way from major shopping centers and restaurants.
Super clean...fresh bed cover...lots of pillows...great breakfast. I really liked everything but an indoor pool would be nice.

Clean and modern Charging for morning coffee.
Very clean room.
Comfy bed, friendly and accommodating staff Breakfast over at 10 am
Loved the look and feel of the Bistro. Hadn't seen that in a Courtyard before. Staff was great. Popcorn cieling in the room.
It was close to where we wanted to be They gave us the one room with no view and wouldn't give us a king size bed
Helpful staff. Especially at breakfast. The price
Location was perfect and having a kitchen was great when traveling with kids. Dogs barking at night on one of the nights.
location was very good, privacy was very good, breakfast was good but did not start early enough for people that work. dust in corners, room showing ware, room need a little more attention to be good concerning cleanliness. clean but dust and grime in corners and around baseboard.Cost too much. Needs a night light in bath area. After taxes I ended up paying --- dolla
Layout of room Fan in the bathroom too noisy (bad bearings?) and should be replaced. Did not think to mention to staff.
Beds Hotel staff was uptight
It was close to Bank of America Stadium. At check in we were charged for parking when I clearly showed them that it was to be included in my reservation. They said since I booked with a third party, there was no guarantee that the amenities I paid for would be honored by the property. REALLY??? They also knew we were a party of 3 and clearly needed 2 double beds but put us in a king with a roll away. Not overly pleased with the overall experience at check in.
Excellent hotel in every way, except was a little too expensive. Price was too high .
Comfortable linens and an attentive staff highlighted our quick get-away weekend to this Queen City of the mid-Atlantic. It was a plant 15-minute stroll to the uptown area along quite, tree-lined streets. We expected queen and king-sized beds. We were given a room with two full-sized beds and ill-fitted sheets. The lighting was not all in working order, and my phone failed to charge overnight, leaving me curious about the staff electrician. There was no door in the walk-in shower, and the overspray nearly caused a slip on the floor of the cramped bath. It was a week after the DST time change, but the clock hadn't been touched. None of these issues was show-stopping, but noteworthy as a collection of caveats.
Design, ambiance, and yes even the shower. Pillows! Horrible pillows ... no support ... wasn't comfortable at all.
Decor Restaurant was a joke. Empty and expensive. Not a great value
En general, buena relación calidad-precio. Personal amable. Fácil de encontrar, etc. Sería un buen lugar para una estancia de negocios extendida. El desayuno era... no muy bueno. El personal no era demasiado amable. El café de los hoteles no tiene porqué ser muy bueno, pero este era horrible.
Be careful if you stay at this hotel and plan to sleep. This property is situated directly across the street from the Epicenter which houses several very loud nightclubs. My room was on the street side and it was so loud I felt like I was actually in the club. Be sure to ask for a room on the back side if you want quiet. This is a new hotel so it was nice that everything was so clean and comfortable while I was awake.
The staff was very friendly and attentive; the location was great for attending events at the Times Warner Arena, shopping and dining; the room was clean, and very comfortable.
Nice place and location. Comfortable room Why did the cleaning staff try to barge into our room repeatedly starting at 8 in the morning? Seriously tried to come into room 3 hours before checkout, then tried two more times before 11am. Ridiculous.
Every representative of the hotel we encountered was awesome. They went above and beyond their duty to provide outstanding customer service. So impressed!
Every staff member was personable and friendly. Quick responses to any question/issue. Nothing ever runs perfectly but it's a great company that responds and works to improve in the future. Their GM should be proud. No much. Restaurant menu could use more vegetables but that's just me.
We liked the beds and the comfort of the mattress. It was also very nice to have both a fridge and microwave available in the room. The coin laundry is always a welcome add on. The pool was nice and always empty. The breakfast was good. I liked the addition of greek yogurt. The coffee was very good! Most of the staff was friendly and accommodating. The "gym " was OK, but nothing more. No barbells, no weights. The cycling machine and one treadmill were not functioning. It was surprising to see housekeepers more attentive to talking on their cell phones than doing their work.
The hotel must be going through renovations. There was a lot of plastic all over the place. The room I had on the first floor was not well lit. Then when I got someone to come in and add light bulbs to the bedroom lamps, they blew the whole rooms power out. So I had to move to a room on the second floor. Not a good experience at all.
Everything. :) No complaints except it wasn't as close as I wanted to mt destination.
The staff is very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. I will definitely return the next time I am in the area. Great value! The fact that I had to drive all the way to Charlotte to stay there. ;)
Afforability thru kyak The pool was under construction. The app lead me to believe it was indoor and it's half indoor half outdoor..
Staff was very helpful room nice and spacious. Would not do my stay any differently.
It was for the most part clean, it was rather convenient to get to the beach, and the staff was really nice. We loved they truly enforced their no smoking policy. Although mostly clean, the bedboards looked like they hadn't been cleaned since Jesus was born, and the only working Ice machine was up on the last floor. Also their change machine did not work for the snack machine, and they were unwilling or unable to break it at the register
I loved the hotel itself. It had a front porch and it was clean. The breakfast was the worst breakfast I have ever experienced. They keep a fridge full of microwaveable sausage biscuits and cheese and egg bagels with a bowl of hard bowled eggs. It was not good and cannot be cost effective.
