Ventajas: Everything was as expected. It's idea JAZ standard as usual. Last year, I've been to Jaz Makadi Oasis resort, it was a little bit more cozy, luxurious, and comfort. Animation team was below average in Saraya resort compared to those I met the last year in Oasis resort. Staff are very helpful and friendly.

Desventajas: Animation team. Rooms are very basic - standard room.

Ventajas: Lovely hotel, our favorite in Egypt. Beautifully maintained. Stay here in October 2019 our 20th time. Sustainable excellent service, quality food , choice of food is fantastic(Chef Emad is real wizard!),rooms are large and clean , the beds and pillows are very comfortable. Friendly and professional staff, hospitable and considerate. Special thanks to management of Jaz Makadi Saraya for our gorgeous vocation. Cannot wait to be back!

Wifi is very bad, I wouldn't recommend getting payed one cause it don't work as well Bigger cheese selection during lunch and dinner would be great. Don't get me wrong it's really minor things considerring what you recieve

Ventajas: The staff is very good, helpful, and friendly. Variety of restaurants to choose from and the food at the main restaurant was good. Snack bars offer good options. They have many pools with at least three heated pool. The aqua park is fun and there is another small aqua for children. Animation team is good and offers fun night entertainment.

Desventajas: The facility is a little old with poor master plan design. You have to walk a lot to navigate between places (aqua, sea, restaurants, etc). Room bathrooms could use some updating and better cleaning. No easy access for strollers or wheelchairs in every building.

Todo bastante limpio, mucho personal trabajando, bufette de todas las comidas muy abundante tanto en cantidad como en variedad de platos. Animacion constante y zonas para descansar. Piscinas limpias y cuidadas. Jardines fabulosos.

Ventajas: Las instalaciones, la comida, el equipo de animación. El snorkel desde Olaya espectacular.

Desventajas: Habitaciones muy antiguadas dignas de un 3 estrellas. Lea cuesta lidiar con los problemas individuales. El trato no es personal te sientes como en un rebaño. En la playa te asedian los vendedores de masajes, fruta y otras excursiones. (Dispones de una bandera roja para colocar en tu tumbona para evitarlo pero tan pronto como te desplaces unos metros caen sobre ti como moscas)

Ventajas: Excelente atención!! Muy completas las instalaciones!!!

Ventajas: My wife ,our baby girl and I spent 6 days in Jaz, most of staff were kind and friendly specially Mr Mohammed Abdelhamed at housekeeping and Mr Hany Alsaed at restaurant, We really appreciate the small celebration with our anniversary. the swimming pools were clean and the Aquapark was fantastic also free WiFi package was acceptable

Desventajas: 1/it will be nice if the hotel provide few life jackets at the beach 2-WiFi signal was poor inside the room 3-it will be good if the hotel provide professional coffee machine (even one only) for the coffee lover because the existing one not taste 4-the food was good but it can be more assorted specially by adding more kind of seafood

El personal hacen que tu estancia sea única, muy buen servicio, alojamiento muy limpio. Tienen muchos detalles, como fruta de bienvenida, invitación. cocktail con rifa de premios ( para promocionar los servicios del hotel) y gesto de despedida ( dulces típicos y marcapáginas de papiro) Para media pensión y todo incluido, preparan una cena romántica en la piscina y cena a la carta en uno de los restaurantes internacionales del complejo de lujo. Buffet de muy buena calidad y muy variado.

Desventajas: Wifi gratuito es muy lento, y el de pago tampoco funcionó muy allá. La playa es regular

Ventajas: The welcome was one of the best we ever had. The cleanliness, the pool landscape, the positive vibes of the staff, the breakfast buffet was outstanding, especially the hot pitas. We felt like being in a 5 star hotel.

Desventajas: The individual restaurants were not better than the buffet. The Italian place was really bad in terms of salad, parmegiano, bread and choice, the Mexican was ok.

Desventajas: Como pegas decir que, las almohadas de la habitación eran excesivamente altas pero la verdad es que no pregunté si tenían de otro tamaño, y que no tenían coca cola zero solo pepsi light que no me gusta nada. Pero salvo por estos dos detalles que son bastante personales el resto de 10.

He was very helpful from the beginnig. The guest realiton also called me every day, that am i statisfied. Very polite really!!! The meals ohh my god!!!!!! it was so delicious!! The soups, the starters the cakes and so on. I could speak with the Chef of the kitchen, i congratulated for this perfect kitchen, i saw he checked always everything that the guest are satisfied!! One of the best hotels in the world!! You are doing a great job!!!!!

Ventajas: We came as a family with our one year old daughter and we found everything easy and convenient. we especially liked the fact that there were several restaurants to chose from and the staff which was absolutely adorable. The heated pool was awesome for our daughter and the room was what we expected. It was a success.

Ventajas: Pool and beach were great. Quite good WiFi. Strong entertainment team. Clean and well kept property. Responsive reception desk (before arrival).

Desventajas: Blunt food at the buffet, every meal the same overcooked dishes. Turn down service in the evening was a call from the reception desk instead of knocking to a door. Staff (bartenders and waiters) sometimes seemed tired and annoyed with the guests (guest facing training might help as they all are good people). Overall very good experience so these are only small flaws.

Desventajas: Le falta algunos puntos para ser un verdadero todo incluído. Los jugos frescos nos están incluidos y solo se pueden consumir licores nacionales que son muy limitados. No hay muchas opciones de snacks rápidos entre comidas .

Ventajas: Las instalaciones son de altísimo nivel y el personal es superprofesional tanto en cocina recepción personal de animación como camareros Le doy un diez en todo siempre y cuando sepas inglés o alemán.

Ventajas: Todo genial. Contratamos un paquete que tienen ofertado como "honey moon" y fue un acierto.

Desventajas: Contratamos un masaje en el spa y fue algo regular. Básicamente cincuenta minutos untándote aceite por el cuerpo sin mucho más misterio ni ciencia.

Ventajas: Very friendly staff, very good service (food/drinks/housekeeping).

Desventajas: 1) There are noisy constructions going on on top of the two wings of the building. At first, our "Deluxe Suite" was placed right below that, a few days were needed to resolve this. 2) The lobby/central area looks great, but is lacking a central staircase to the upper floors (and the elevators are notoriously overloaded). They are thus somewhat difficult to reach, especially so because one elevator/staircase at the wing was blocked by the constructions. 3) There was an irritating strong smell on the corridors, maybe related to the constructions, maybe not. 4) Internet (via Wifi) bandwith is too low for the many users around. 5) I think the ratings at booking.com are skewed for this one. A truly overproportional number of enthusiastic reviews seems to come from bookers of the Egytians & residents only rate.

Ventajas: All front disck staff are professionals, helpful and friendly specially Mr. Michael and Mohamed Mahmoud. All restaurants and pool staff are very polite and supportive, Restaurants varieties is good idea to suit all tastes, good location and design

Desventajas: Animation team is very poor, entertainment and activities during all the day are not good, Shower gel in the bathroom is not available in all days, Transport boat closing time is not good and not matched with facilities timing, there's no Turkish coffee in all the resort, no ironing facilities available in the rooms.

Ventajas: The beach was amazing n the pool was heated n nice. The staff were friendly n gr8 (except for the reception staff). The food is good especially the Asian Restaurant.

Desventajas: The reception staff are so disrespectful and aggressive, they are always nervous and angry. Even on our way out of the hotel one of them ran after us with a scissor in a scary way to cut off the wrist band, which was weird and that is why I will avoid Albatros group next time.

Desventajas: Absolutely not worth the money! - The check in took more than an hour - the rooms seemed to be not cleaned for quite a time - a bottle of wine as an excuse took 2 hours and 3 phone calls (wasn’t sure if we would get it anymore) - minibar in „suite“ only had water and 2 Softdrinks Idk about the prices of the standard rooms but the suite was ridiculously expensive for what you get! For a tenth of the price maybe okay

Ventajas: kids pool is overseed by lifeguard pretty well, fish cookings from the chiefs are nice and tasty, volleyball is normally good but only one field(up to 6 teams in a raw), kids mini disco is nice, shows are pretty well done, baby room animators work well with kids esp. Vika(Viktoria), unfortunately romm works only 4h/day

Desventajas: overall service level is medium, some staff is not smiling at all, wifi disconnects on a daily basis and does not work for skype calls properly, rooms are not that clean as it can be, sea can not be entered directly but only via buoy/ponton darts and ping-pong equipment is too old(rockets, dart shifts)

Desventajas: Staff - particularly waiters were annoying. Many of them seemed in bad moods or fake friendly trying to get a tips. Clearing the table before we had finished eating was prevalent. Food - Very average quality and every meal similar salads and deserts.

Ventajas: The hotel was very clean, most staff was friendly, the daily food selection was good, but could be improved to offer more a selection. The beach is a long walk from some rooms, shuttle rides should be offered as an option for customers who can’t walk that far. The Christmas dinner was exceptional.

Desventajas: Experienced a check-in issue, but was resolved by the GM. He was very friendly, accommodating, and professional.

Ventajas: My stay at this hotel was exceptional ... Everything was great ( the room, the heated pool, the food, and the snack bars) and overall this hotel offers a great value for money. In particular, I would like to thank the staff for their hospitality & professionalism, specially Mr. Hany & Mr Mohamed Hegab, they were very friendly & professional. I would definitely come back to this place and recommend it to my friends.

Desventajas: The only downside of my stay was the poor/ super slow free wifi connection at the hotel, it really needs enhancement.

Don’t go the pharmacy over the road, he will rip you off for stuff, Make sure you have enough sun cream and pain killers for your trip Tour guides will walk around the sun loungers all day trying to get some business, which can get annoying.

Ventajas: There are a lot of things to talk about here. - The quality of the food was excellent and the variety was exceptional. You have 1 free entry for most not all A la Carte restaurants. For breakfast, there is nothing you cannot find: from a wide wide range of cheeses, to pancakes, eggs, waffles, French toast... even their chocolate spread was not the liquid one, it was the true glass jared ones comparable to Nutella. For lunch, you can either have it in the main restaurant or at Nassaya, the snacks lounge at the beach. In the main restaurant, there are so many types of salads that indecisiveness strikes you. For dinner, every night you will find a cuisine from a different country or region in the world. It was very nice to be honest. The best part of my experience was the food, so a big thank you to Mr Wagih for doing such a nice job. - Organisation. To make a reservation for an A la Carte restaurant, there is a touch screen at the reception floor where you make you reservation for the dates you wish for. There is a main frontal area where it is not open sea so you could swim safely. Because the resort is adults only, so it is very peaceful and quiet. - Entertainment. Attended the best shows ever seen in any hotel or resort. Every night, there is a different show. The best ones where the talent show, the Hollywood dance show and the salsa dance show. It was excellent. - The wifi. The connection is amazing wherever you go. In the lobby, in your rooms, and restaurants. Even at the beach, but the connection is less strong. - The sea view from the room was stunning.

Desventajas: - The rooms in general need to be renovated a little bit. For example, the bathroom door was quite old and the wood was shipped.

Ventajas: The staff was efficient and friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. The view from the balcony was nice. The hotel is older but well maintained and clean.

Desventajas: From our room we could hear the noise of the ventilation system and the strong smell of gas until 11 pm. The beach is quite limited. The food is not the best quality but it's not bad. The price of the resort could be a bit lower.

Desventajas: muy pocas cosas, quizas algo repetitivas las comidas

Ventajas: Everything was great , everyone working there helpfully since first minute I arrived Mohamed on reception helped me with check in and everyone else was friendly! My only concern about the hotel that there’s not enough activities over there!
