The customer service was excellent! They were very eager to help in all our needs. We were very impressed and would stay here again.

Staff was courteous and changed sheets upon our request, after we noticed stains and discoloration. Location was good. Filthy sheets and comforter. Stained and discolored sheets. Business center requested credit card to use computer, and charged to print when it had technical issues. Expensive snack bar in room. No Continental breakfast. Rooms need updating
Very comfortable room. Trevi's restaurant was fantastic. Grout in shower needed to be replaced.
The suite I had was great! A well appointed room in which the bed was situated to look out the window. Room service was great. The food was good and a lot of choices that were not terribly expensive. I liked the bathroom had a shower separate from the tub. I stayed in my room and had a wonderful stay. I would go again. The Mokra spa that's attached to the hotel was also very nice. If you are a runner there is a 3 mile course that goes around the lake next to the hotel. Getting to the gym was a hike, think finding your way around the hotel in the Shining. Going to the lower levels of the hotel the smell was rather bad. It smelled like sewage. However, when I got to the gym it was a really nice gym for a hotel. It was large and very clean. The locker room was much better than expected. It housed a dry sauna and two showers. They had amenities such as toothpaste, mouthwash, and feminine products available.
The hotel was very nice, big, beautiful and wonderful location. My only problem was that the heat was not working in our room and the temperature outside was in the 30s that night. I woke up feeling extremely congested and realize my friend increased the heat to 89.5 degrees and was still sleeping in her pullover because the room was so cold. I didnt call maintenence to report issue because it was 4 in the morning when i realised the vents was only producing cold air and we were only staying one night. The girl at the front desk asked us how was our stay and i mention the temperature in the room. She asked if i reported last night I told her no. I have been fighting a cold since staying in this room. Other than that I would go back but I hope that they take the time to make sure thermostats are working before assigning guest their room. Also checkout is a 12pm two different cleaning ladies knocked on the door twice between the hours of 7am and 11am. Obviously, we hadn't checked out why were they knocking on our door. I worked in the hotel industry before and cleaning service knows which guest have checked by a reporr the front desk provides them. Other than that very nice hotel and the pros out weight the cons. You will not be disappointed especially since the hotel has a restaurant and popular bar. Also reasonable price resturant non chain food are 10 minutes away by car.
Just overall friendly people and clean. Plus one of the most amazing place to eat in DFW is less than 1/10 of a mile from here! All male staff?!?!?
Wanted to add that management and staff were above and beyond accommodating . The double beds are just to small.
The hotel was very nice and the staff was very nice and professional The price didn't match the room size also while I was there I didn't get much rest because there were a group of young teenagers in a room next door who kept making noise and going in and out of their room each time someone left out I could hear mind you I was there to enjoy and spend time with my fiancé before she left for California
