Desventajas: Our room was on the first floor of the building and very close to the street level. There was a lot of street noise during the day and in the evening. I had earplugs with me and so I could keep the window open.

Our room was comfortable and very clean and being at the back of the building there was no traffic noise. Our continental breakfast was what would usually be served but staff did ask if there was anything else they could provide and tea and toast was made as required. There was always a good supply of fresh fruit and fridge items were constantly replaced.

The room service is impeccable, everyday I returned to my room it looked like all new again. The location is in Kensington, a rather 'posh' area in the city as the cab driver told me, pretty safe as I walked in the neighbourhood after 11 p.m. several times. The hotel also provides discount cards of various London tourist attractions at the entrance of the rooms, I used one for city cruise with 20% off. Overall, I find it perfect for family or single tourists to enjoy London (maybe not in summer though), and I definitely would choose this hotel next time I visit London for leisure.

Desventajas: Well, the hotel is more like a home-stay kind of hotel, so the facilities are not very modern, therefore no AC system, and no socket on the bedside. I had to open the window every night for ventilation otherwise it would be quite hot in my room, but the noise right down on the street would make it difficult to fall asleep. The layout of the room does not make sense very much, the armchair in the small room is totally useless since I can't stretch my legs in the chair anyway.

Desventajas: The Shared shower is shared by 5 rooms. When I arrived the shower was not functional and puddles were all over the floor with the staff leaving towels on the floor to dry up the puddles. Therefore they told me to use another shower shared by another 5 rooms. Hence, I never showered. Fortunately I was only there for one night The bed wasn't clean. there were yellow stains on the comforter . I would not recommend this hotel I would prefer next time to spend a bit more money to stay at a nicer place .

I wanted to stay close to Hyde Park to run and it’s just crossing the street, also close to the tube (Underground) and Oxford Street (almost at the corner so great location for shopping as well). Desventajas: La habitación era pequeña (a pesar de ser descrito como una habitación "executive" con más espacio), que no había teléfono, y la "recepción" difícilmente podría funcionar como una mesilla de noche (que estaban completamente ausentes). No probamos el desayuno incluido porque la cola era muy larga (y/o el espacio tan pequeño) que no pudimos ver la habitación para ver lo que se ofrecía.

Desventajas: Tiny, dark, ground floor room at the back of the hotel with no outlook at all. Toilet outside the bedroom, we had to go out of the room into a small lobby to access the toilet, and there was a clear glass window in the door of the lobby with view to the front door of the hotel and outside. Worse still, the shower room was upstairs outside another bedroom, accessed through the lobby and up a small flight of stairs. Shower room was not too bad, but no space to dress/undress or anywhere to hang clothes or towels

Desventajas: The bedding was clean, but there were rusty items in the shower room. The remote control for the TV was filthy, and the ceiling fan was covered with dust. The bed was on wheels, so because the flooring was lino and the not carpet, everytime we got onto the bed or turned over, it moved!. The walls are thin, so we could hear the guests in the room next door all night long. The description of the room does not match the reality, the only true statement is that the room is small. The description also reads that along with the tea and coffee making facilities, there were complimentary biscuits and bottled water, we did not receive this. The location is excellent.

Desventajas: No lift. Very long, narrow stairs to room on top floor. No air conditioning. The breakfast was very basic and the breakfast room was tiny and therefore crowded. Breakfast was only provided between 8 and 9. Lots of pillows but no variety of firmness so we couldn't find a comfortable combination. The shower room was a tiny addition shoe-horned into the corner of the room.

Desventajas: Very noise hotel, I could hear everything about other rooms and the street, I only was able to sleep with earplugs. A lot of stairs without lift, difficult to climb up 82 steps with luggage. The bathroom is completely flooded after the shower. Not comfortable bed, the pillow was so bad that I couldn’t sleep with it. I know that you get what you pay for, but this hotel has so many major problems that I won’t stay there again, I will try somewhere else.

Desventajas: Hay muchos hoteles en la misma calle y todos tienen mejor pinta, aunque es verdad que todos son más caros. La habitación está bien de tamaño, pero todo el suelo tiene moqueta y no parece estar muy cuidada. El baño es muy pequeño y olía a cañería. La cortina de la ducha ni siquiera llegaba hasta el suelo por lo que tenías que tener cuidado para no mojar todo el baño. El agua de la ducha dependiendo de la hora en la que te duches sale con fuerza o no. El desayuno es muy malo: - Para el café hay un hervidor de agua y café soluble, ni siquiera hay una cafetera - Hay pan de molde, mantequilla y tostadas - Hay cereales Todos los productos son de las marcas más baratas. La wifi cuesta 5 libras. Si quieres dejar las maletas te dan la opción de dejarla en el comedor pero no se hacen responsables, si quieres que las vigilen tiene que pagar otras 5 libras. Es verdad que el precio es más bajo comparado con otros hoteles (aún así no es barato), pero creo que merece la pena gastarse algo más e ir a un lugar mejor.

Buen desayuno, tipo buffet, El hotel tiene extraordinaria ubicación para desplazarte por todo Londres, y una confortabilidad buena. La habitación tenía baño y ducha, televisión y una neverita para poder poner dentro lo que cada cual considere oportuno. No tenía la sempiterna moqueta, y eso para mí es un gran punto a su favor. La habitación daba a un patio interior y eso es también otro punto positivo por la tranquilidad en las hora de sueño. Se notaba cuando el metro pasaba por debajo, pero era algo asumible ya que en las hora nocturnas no pasaba. En resumidas cuentas, un buen hotel para hacer turismo por Londres o pasar algunos días si tu presupuesto es ajustado y tus pretensiones no muy elevadas, pero te gusta estar cómodo y dormir bien.

Pedimos que nos cambiaran la mañana siguiente y el personal nos cambió las maletas a una nueva habitación cuando volvimos para el día de mucho mejor tamaño para 2 pero el baño era enanísimo.

Desventajas: Había una pequeña cama doble en la habitación, que era campamento de verano. Cualquiera que sea la cama era, estaba limpísimo. La ducha/cuarto de baño era súper mini y olía a moho u hongos. La habitación era de dormitorio tamaño así que era muy pequeña. Fueron unos largos 2 tramos de escaleras, aunque el titular no fuera para ayudar a traer maletas, si lo necesitaba. Subiendo y bajando la calle había otros pequeños hoteles que ofrecen habitaciones por menos de la mitad del precio que pagamos. Realmente, esto era una pensión y los $107 eran excesivos.

Generally unclean in the shower/toilet room. 3. We had to queue for a breakfast table or share. Although the the breakfast was not bad. 4.the hotel was generally grubby and in disrepair. 5. Old cigarette butts still on the balcony. 6. At £99 a night I hoped for a little more (I know it's london) 7. Ceiling light as you enter not working 8. No lift had to carry bags up the stairs.

Cold water in the shower, towel on the floor in front of the shower, probably left behind the previous guest, bathroom sink just as big as a breakfast plate, used soap left on the sink...I had to use a drinking glass and fill it with warm water from the bathroom sink in order to ‘take a shower’. If it hadn’t been that late and if I hadn’t been that exhausted - and above all! - had the receptionist given me a ‘normal’ look on arrival, I would have definitely complained. Awful experience in the middle of the night! Eggs served for breakfast were floating in oil, sausage tasted like plastic, coffe and tea had some undescribable taste... I arrived at 2am because of a very delayed flight and the receptionist gave me a look that resembled of the unsaid: ‘what do you want now, in the middle of the night???’ All in all - stay as far away as possible from this gloomy place! Terrible!! The only good thing was a location but it is definitely something that could be attributed to this total misery of a hotel.

I made a request for a first or ground floor room while booking because of my knee condition. The person at the reception was not very helpful and they gave us a second floor room. The property has no lifts. So I maynot want to stay here on my next visit.

Desventajas: I stayed in a basement room, accessed by a tiny staircase. It felt a bit unsafe with an external flight of stairs outside my window as a lone female traveller. Breakfast was a bit disappointing.

Desventajas: Where do I start. Very very run down and shabby, carpet in room very stained and dirty, room smelt despite the window being open, bathroom a dribble of hot water, literally. Mould on all the grouting, the top above the window was rotten and cracked. The bathroom windows had plastic stuck of them for privacy but it was all peeling off. Bed was very lumpy and had a bar across the middle. My fixed beside shelf was falling off at an angle. The bed was very small, looked bigger in all the pictures. We went downstairs and looked at breakfast and walked out and went to a cafe at Kings Cross. No more Comfort Inns for us.

Desventajas: El desayuno deja un poco que desear, tanto en cuanto al lugar donde se sirve (muy reducido) como a la variedad y calidad de los productos que se ofrecen. Y es una lástima porque solo con mejorar un poco la calidad ya sería un avance: Te permite salir del hotel con un té y una tostada en el cuerpo, pero nada más: el café es horrible y no tienen mantequilla (solo margarina); el fiambre y los bollos están bien.

Desventajas: **Tried to charge us cash for booking upon arrival even though we pre paid online. Have read other reviews saying they were also double charged** There is no “nearby” tube station. We were around a 30 minute walk from the nearest station through an industrial estate to get there. The hotel is quite a bit further away from Camden than we expected. General cleanliness of the rest of the rooms is poor. Doors, skirting boards, walls are noticeably dirty and dusty.

Desventajas: The place itself wasn't very clean bed sheets, floor windows, bath etc the milk that they provided with the coffee was lumpy and out of date, the fan that came with the place was working but didn't stand up so was faffing around with it in the middle of the night as it was too hot in the room, looking outside of the room was dirty had kids socks outside didn't know how long they had been out there.

Desventajas: The windows in our room didn’t close properly so there was a draft the milk in the room had gone off, the bin in the room was broken along with the safety deposit box. It stated continental breakfast and it was cereal, toast and a yoghurt but it was enough. The dining room looked like it hadn’t been dusted or cleaned for months.

Desventajas: la conexión wi-fi era muy mala y sólo se ofrecía en el vestíbulo, no en las habitaciones. Las habitaciones no estaban bien cuidadas, había manchas en las sábanas, pisos y paredes viejos, algo de suciedad y suciedad en los baños. Se necesitan muchas reformas.

Desventajas: I wouldn't give it even 2.5. Room was tiny, squalid. Bed rickety. Only 1 pillow each. Pervading damp smell and indeed whole outside wall was wet, with flakey plaster and paint and salts building up. There was heavy rain and much of this fell inside the room, drenching the curtains and carpet. Shower was OK. But no plug in sink. Thankfully we were only staying the one night.

Situado muy cerca de la estación Victoria (muy importante). En la habitación disponiamos de todo lo necesario, baño, Tv plana y Wifi. Además, nos cambiaban las toallas a diario y limpiaban la habitación todos los dias.

Desventajas: It was like being in a cupboard under someone's stairs. I could hear other guests snoring away, the tv didn't work and it was needing maintenance. Breakfast wasn't worth attending. You shouldn't really charge more than 20 quid for a room like that.
