Ventajas: Nice room.

Desventajas: Staff was so rude. The first person that checked us in around 11 said to come back 2/2:30 and our room should be ready. We came back at 2:53 and the lady at the front desk said “check in is at 3. You can wait in the lobby until 3” without event checking if our room was available. In addition, we had indicated in our reservation that our flight got in early and the hotel responded that they would try to accommodate us. So much for trying.

Ventajas: Very clean bedrooms

Desventajas: Fairly hard bed. Not the best selection for breakfast I have seen... anticipated more for that price.

Desventajas: Bed was too firm. Semi skimmed milk option for tea making facilities.

Ventajas: Good location. Walking distance to tourist attractions.

Desventajas: One of two lifts not operating for the 7 days. Made movement to floors slow.

Ventajas: La atención en especial de Alejandro, se preocupó por recomendarnos lugares que visitar y que en nuestra estancia todo fuera bien. Súper recomendable céntrico y buena relación calidad-precio.

Ventajas: Muy buena habitación. Cama y baño cómodos y estaba muy limpio.

Desventajas: Que tengan el minibar trabado y tengas que solicitar la apertura para poder usarlo.

Ventajas: Great location, major sights at walking distance. Rooms good size - mini-bar and coffee/tea making facilities always a plus. Breakfast pretty good ( although the coffee is horrible). Pillow selection.

Desventajas: Staff in general needs more hospitality training, especially front-desk (too many juniors). No pro-active / smiling attitude in general, no friendly chats. Bar / bar area is heavily under utilised and could be made into a nice area to hang out. I always like cozy bar areas in hotels, with good atmosphere, friendly lighting and some background music (good for booze sales as well!) - but this was missing unfortunately. 2 exceptions, bar staff Jezus and Simina were wonderful and do understand the importance of making your guests feel welcome. Breakfast - food selection is fine (full english always nice) - but personally I find a good coffee (cappuccino / espresso) very important and this is sorely missed. Simply invest in a good, self-service coffee machine and I'm sure the guests will give top marks for breakfast. Beds slightly too firm for my liking - but this is personal preference.

Ventajas: The room was vacant and we were checked in early. Pleasant staff, clean room Nice building in a good location

Desventajas: Bath a bit awkward to get in and out of because of fixed shower screen

Ventajas: Amazing location. Very comfortable not noisy neighborhood. Close to Victoria coach station and shopping, restaurants at Victoria underground station. Walking distance from embankment. Very clean bathroom. Quite spacious room and good mini bar.

Desventajas: Russian speaking lady at reception was a bit lost and gave me ground floor room which I didn’t like. Had to change it within same day via manager. Other personnel was good and very helpful.

Ventajas: The attention and friendliness. food very good cleaning staff excellent as well as all staff.

Desventajas: Chairs in room not comfortable

Desventajas: Las paredes de la habitacion,tenian moho por un lado y las sabanas no las cambian y el desayuno bien, pero me hubira gustado un poco mas de variedad.

Ventajas: The crossiants were lovely but the bed not very comfortable needs new mattress !

Desventajas: The bed!!!

Ventajas: Friendly quirky hotel. Ideal location for my trip. Good value for money. The honesty bar is a good idea and appears to be used honestly by the guests

Ventajas: Themed rooms, made staying at the hotel a bit unusal, but good experience.

Desventajas: Though i love the design of the place and the free tea and coffee and chocolates and chilli jam a really nice touch it is ultimately about a good nights sleep and sadly the bed i had was terrible (thin mattress, squeaky springs) and next to a shared loo i was told was only for my room and one other and yet during the night it must have been used 6-8 times loudly and again numerous times in the morning, The loud fan for the bathroom was left off as if the light is it stays on. The doors all seem to bang loudly which again makes it very hard to sleep for any period at all. Little changes could greatly fix all this (better mattress and bed, auto switch off for the fan, door catches to minimise slamming shut and signage to limit who uses the shared bathrooms. It's a lovely themed place , nice staff, good location and lovely extras but if you're awake most of the night it's hard for that to matter much.

Ventajas: Friendly staff, special mention Amanda and Alexandra who were extremely friendly and professional

Ventajas: Hotel was totally different to anywhere I had stayed before. I just loved every minute of my stay. Staff were exceptional. The quirky communal lounge with Honesty bar beautiful. Cleanliness excellent. Complimentary water, chocolate, hot sauce and L"OCCITANE products in room. Bathroom exquisite Breakfast more than worth the money - exceptional quality. Church Street Hotel really should have higher star rating in my opinion Location also great for travel into central London. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be back.

Desventajas: Only thing I would have changed were the light switches in my room. They were chrome coloured and too modern for such a unique place. Apart from this it was perfection

Ventajas: Loved the theme of the hotel. Unique and trendy. It was clean through out Rooms and shared bathroom clean and tidy Loved the bar facilities with free hot drinks The staff were really lovely

Desventajas: It was really hot in the rooms ..but that was due to weather that weekend ..very hot! There was some noise at night from outside. The room doors to the rooms did not have a latch so it was so easy to get locked out. We did a couple of times and had to get the reception to let us in

Ventajas: Fantástica ubicación cerca de la estación Victoria.

Desventajas: Nos dieron una habitación en una zona anexo al otro lado de la calle del edificio principal. Era muy pequeña y probablemente merecería calificaciones diferentes a las habitaciones de la casa principal. Un poco de cebo y cambio. Desde luego, no parecía que las habitaciones anunciaban en su sitio web.

Ventajas: la situacion

Desventajas: El baño, antiguo, la pileta super pequeña, imposible lavarse la cara, y el mueble medio podrido de la humedad y sin cepillo para el wáter.

Ventajas: Central location , olde world atmosphere , comfortable stay . Our special request for A quiet room with view was organised efficiently . Breakfast was very good value.

Desventajas: Room was compact with not too much extra space for luggage and wardrobe .

Ventajas: Location was good and close to Victoria station, nice place to stay

Desventajas: Pillows were very uncomfortable, awoke with bad back! Shame there wasnt a pole for the shower as you could only have a bath.

Ventajas: Muy buen alojamiento para la media de Londres. Sala de desayunos muy bonita y desayuno muy bueno.

Ventajas: Hotel and the service are both good.

Desventajas: When I book a room I would like to be informed in advance clearly starting "the room you are about too book is in the basement, floor -1". Sorry but for this price I expect a window. Apparently it is specified only on their website. Quality/price falls... at -1

Ventajas: Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very clean and comfortable. Beautiful place to stay

Ventajas: Everything is great. Location is superb very close to Victoria Coach Station and Victoria Station. Room is big for London standard and beautifully decorated. The mattress, pillows and duvet are very comfortable. The towels and robes are plush and soft. The toiletries are of high quality from The White Company London. Breakfast spread is very generous too.

Desventajas: Nothing.

Desventajas: There is nothing common with a 4 star hotel. There were no lobby, elevator, air conditioning system, refrigerator or minibar......I had a room on fourth floor with narrow steep staircases.

Ventajas: Great lovely hotel ideally located to Victoria Station with easy access to the centre of London

Desventajas: Shame about the scaffolding outside at the moment with work going on but it didn't effect our stay at all

Ventajas: Very attentive hosts and charming rooms!

Ventajas: Classic, clean and elegant facilities that gives timeless yet historical English atmosphere. Staff were all friendly and service was quick and smart. Access is also good from Victoria station by 5min. walk. Very good hotel.

Desventajas: Room was small, but value for money considering the price for location.

Ventajas: La habitacion sencilla pero con lo indispensable. El personal en general muy amable, tuvimos un problema y es que en la habitacion se habia fundido la luz y estuvimos así hasta el dia siguiente que lo solucionaron. En general todo bastante bien, lo mejor la ubicacion.

Desventajas: El desayuno demasiado escueto.

Ventajas: The room was clean and had tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The breakfast room was laid out well, especially for single travellers like myself. There were smaller tables available for one or two people. The choice of food for the continental breakfast was good.

Desventajas: When I booked a number of weeks ago I asked for a QUIET single room but when I arrived they put me in a basement room next to the main street. When I questioned this I was told that the quiet single rooms had all been taken and were not available. I feel that as a single woman travelling alone I do not get the service I should get and for which I am paying for. I feel I am dismissed in some circumstances.

Ventajas: The male receptionist upon arrival at 12:00pm Monday 30th couldn’t have been friendlier, he was so helpful and enthusiastic and ensured us if we had any questions to not hesitate to ask. The room was very clean and bed were very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, I loved that I could toast the croissants

Ventajas: Good location, okay breakfast. The rooms are spaceous and in good enough condition.

Ventajas: The location was really convenient. 10 minutes walk from Victoria Station. Very clean hotel, the room was small, but at least I had a window which I could open. Really, excellent value for London.

Desventajas: Bathroom was very small, but again, its London and it was very clean.

Ventajas: Me alojé aquí con mi hijo de 16 años por tres noches; agradable área; el personal del escritorio fue cortés; pudimos comprobar en un par de horas antes; muchos mercados de comida y restaurantes cerca; este es un hotel fino/funcional - nada tremendo pero nada horrible; un buen valor por $100 por noche este cerca de Hyde Park

Desventajas: Hubo un cierto ruido en la calle, ya que grupos de personas que se alojaban en los hoteles de los alrededores estaban caminando por la calle por la noche; las habitaciones son pequeñas, pero lo que esperaba para un hotel de cuatro estrellas en Londres

Ventajas: La ubicación estaba bien y el hotel estaba limpio.

Desventajas: El personal era particularmente poco servicial y no atento. Nadie nos miraría, y mucho menos saludaría cuando entramos en el vestíbulo. Nuestra habitación era una "habitación familiar" con cuatro camas abarrotadas en una habitación para dos. Si usted no puede acomodar a cuatro personas entonces no diga que usted puede. También estábamos en el sótano al lado de la zona de desayuno. No sólo el equipo de preparación era ruidoso a las 6AM, nuestra alarma contra el humo se apagó a LAS 7AM debido a las brindis en el tostadora.

Ventajas: La ubicación y el hotel en general están bien.

Desventajas: El sumidero de la ducha no tragaba bien y el agua de la ducha se estancaba. Uno de los días no limpiaron el baño y con el problema de la ducha se notaba más aún.

Ventajas: Great location in a neighbourhood full of restaurants with easy access to the Underground and within walking distance of Kensington Gardens/Hyde Park, Portobello Road Market, and Paddington Station.

Desventajas: Double bed was a bit small but comfy No shower caps provided in bathroom There was an electric kettle with mugs & spoons but no tea/coffee

Ventajas: We loved the location and the breakfast. The price cant be beat!

Desventajas: Our first room (403) was right next to the elevator so we heard that all night. Also the drain in the shower did not drain but the room was large and the bed comfy. Our second room (209) was much quieter but small and the bed was uncomfortable.

Ventajas: La ubicación y el barrio es muy bonito y puedes encontrar muchas cosas al rededor, hay bares, restaurantes y tiendas sin fin, el metro muy cerca y se respira un ambiente muy Inglés. El desayuno es muy bueno, Felicidades.

Desventajas: Pues que en las fotos muestran tal vez las mejores habitaciones y la que nos tocó era muy pequeña, incómoda y nada moderna, la calefacción y el aire acondicionado son aparatos independientes sobre el piso, de por sí la habitación pequeña y aún teníamos que dejar espacio para estos aparatos.

Ventajas: Location good, about 7 minutes walk from nearest Tube. Cooked breakfast good if not over-generous in portion but plenty of cold food on the buffet. Room very clean, bed ok but not the most comfortable. Check-in friendly and efficient.

Ventajas: Reception friendly, clean and great location.

Desventajas: The size of the room although i was kindly upgraded to a double from a single but still small.
