Ventajas: Check in was incredibly smooth with no stress at all, the room was immaculately clean with the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. The breakfast was phenomenally tasty as well with room service top notch as well.

Ventajas: Nice reception staff, very efficient and professional. I asked for a high room and got it no problem - there's a load bar across the road and I didn't want to listen to the people outside all night. The view was great. It is clean and well maintained. Ok size room for normal standards, but this is London so compared to what you get in this city, it is enormous. Plus the pool and steam room were a nice bonus to clear the head in the morning.

Ventajas: my self and my sister were taking in the proms and party in the park the hotel was in easy walking distance with loads of facilities outside the hotel bars cafes supermarkets etc.

Ventajas: Stayed for one night after arriving from a 24 hour flight. I requested a quiet room which I was given. Explored the area a little and found lots of lovely eaterys and pubs close by. Nice coffee pod machine in lobby for guests was appreciated. Staff were kind and helpful- yes, if staying in London, I would book again. Easy access to Paddington station- it's a moderate 10-15min walk, but lovely to see the beautiful potted flowers and gorgeous bulidings on our stroll. Metro(underground) and busses also easliy accessable. I found it really expensive for single trips on the Metro, so invest in a Oyster card if staying for more than one day.

Ventajas: Very friendly staff. The location is great: less than ten minutes walk from Paddington, and very close to Hyde Park, so really convenient if you want to go for a morning walk in Hyde Park, or just in the neighborhood.

Ventajas: Es el hotel en el que me hospedo siempre que voy a Londres. Me gusta la zona y el hotel es muy tranquilo. Tiene tiendas y servicios muy cerca y en la habitación hay una pequeña cocinita que te permite desayunar y hacer pequeñas cenas. Cuando vuelva a Londres, que lo haré, volveré a este hotel.

Ventajas: Cerca de Heathrow que seguía siendo en Londres pero muy cara. Té para dos personas en el hotel costaban 32 libras ( $50) y nos dieron una taza de té, un bollo, 3 sándwiches de té, y cuatro diminutos pasteles. Cuando pedimos más té acaban de poner más agua caliente en nuestra taza de té. Al final nos quejamos cuando vimos que a una pareja junto a nosotros les dieron dos bollos, pero teníamos que ir a través del gerente y nuestra comida había llegado y estábamos llenos de tanto beber agua caliente. Sabíamos que se debe pagar una prima por tomar el té en el hotel pero estábamos cansados de nuestro viaje y nos decepcionó que el personal sea tan poco atento.

Ventajas: Croissant flaky, bed very comfortable. Just needed to sleep after a very long flight. Hotel most convenient being next door to the station. Room was ready at 12.00 which was pretty good.

Ventajas: By far, it's location next to Paddington Station and the 15 minute shuttle service to Heathrow.

Ventajas: This hotel is connected to Paddington station, so a very easy option if you need to catch a flight (the Heathrow Express leaves from Paddington). It's also in a great neighborhood with lots of transport links and restaurants, and of course lives up to the usual Hilton standard of being a nice hotel. The rooms are also a pretty nice size for London.

Ventajas: Location is perfect for access to and from Paddington train station, especially with luggage. Paddington village also offers a wide variety of products and services.

Ventajas: Everything is well organized! Perfect location from airport, easy access to everywhere, clean and nice room, breakfast and executive lounge, everything is great!

Ventajas: This was one of the worst places I have stayed, the staff were miserable and rude. The shower was cold, the hallways had leaking water coolers, noisy strobing lights and damp patches on the walls. As a disabled female travelling alone on the morning of my departure I phoned reception 4 times to ask for some assistance with my bags but there was no answer. When I struggled down myself I then asked at reception for a taxi to be booked being told to go to concierge, at the concierge desk I was told to ask the man on the door and when I asked him another staff member butted in saying I should wait on the pavement and flag one myself. The reason I asked was because I was carrying so many bags which he could see I had and this was far from the service I expected. I was left so embarrassed struggling out of the hotel, I travel a lot and will never book a Hilton again.
