The services given by the hotel to make may stay enjoyable The is no shoping center near the hotel
They gave us roses as a givet for our honey moon, I liked our room, balacony, beach, room services, and breakfast It is very expensive, the room dining was not good beacause we requested for dinner and was bad and expensive, boat trip and horse riding was also expensive.
Junior suite was spacious and well equipped. Lots of beautiful gardens, fish ponds, streams, and a private beach made it a relaxing stay. New Jebel Ali Palm construction detracted quite a bit from the view from the room and beach.
The white orchild restaurant was one of our favouites. The beach was lovely and the garden areas. You could always find a quiet spot. The beach front suites were very spacious. We had a really relaxing week and would definitely go back.
Service was superb but not intrusive. It was good to be in Jebel Ali for a relaxing break rather than the commercial downtown hotels. Still trying to think of something!!!!
Rest with children. The magnificent children's room with suppers for children, is a lot of personnel in all languages. Peacocks it is beautiful, but is very dirty.
Our room opened up to a garden and within a short walk stright onto beach, this was excellent. Nthe spa is wonderful as the staff. We shall book again
I was very happy to see the hotels great service . I would like to come back fro sure .
I liked the atmoshphere, area was quite. Facilities were good. The blankets were seamed to be uncleaned though due to human hairs stuck on it.
The beautifully landscaped & maintained garden environment and pools as well as the courteous attitude of the staff. It is very peaceful during Ramadan, yet still permits flexibility for non-muslim guests. I feel that the hotel could provide a few courtesy airport rapid pick-up and drop-off transfer buses a day - maybe to link in with the shopping bus trip times. This would enable at least some guests to opt to wait for the bus rather than having to pay for expensive taxis. Also, I think that whole fresh fruit baskets should be available in rooms as a healthy snack option rather than chocolates, etc
