The common area decor was very pleasing. No bedside table, no directions as to where things were in the hotel upon arrival (like the elevator, which was down a hall) or that complimentary coffee was In the lobby every morning (Ie no coffee maker on the room), no info on Palm Beach in the room, dirty bathroom(my barefeet stuck to the floor) with no shampoo, someone else's hair in the drain, no morning paper, room next to outdoor seating for the restaurant so very noisy, music from function room until 1 am, loud air conditioner next to the bed so cold air blew on you all night.

I loved the charming unique decor and genuinely friendly kind staff. Location was wonderful!! The red robes were so pretty and unusual candy in the room a fun surprise
The rooms are wonderfully appointed with rich wood cabinets, comfortable furniture and beds that you could sleep in for weeks. The staff was very accommodating with all the hallmarks of a well run hotel. The food is creative and tasty. Try the White Cosmopolitan cocktail - it is delicious.
The staff was exceptional Booked the room 15 mins prior to arrival on Kayak, the reservation was not processed to the hotel in a timely manner, this made check in take much longer than normal
The grounds are imaculate, loved breakfast in the courtyard. They mix a good Martini. Relaxing. A little variety in the Musak. I have heard" time after tme" more times than I can remember. A "resort" fee of $60 is not appropriate, there is no resort aside from a lovely wading pool. Concierge absent, (assume they have one). Front desk was not up to the task. Ground floor Room lacked a window to the outside world. A door led to a claustrophobic, one chair sized patio Enclosed by a ten foot wall that limited the view to looking up at the sky. Furniture was frayed, toilet ran, wheel fell off rolling desk chair. Bring you own mouth wash, "house' mouthwash is on the mini bar tray.
I love the room. The staff was very attentive. They room was nice and clean. The ambiance was quiet and nice I wanted to try the restaurant. The chef is Daniel Boloud, a well known chef. The food was OK, but not a memorable experience. The only thing I found extremely good were the Madeleines. Those were the best. The rest, was good, but only good. I was expecting much more.
