Got destroyed by bed bugs
I was attending Sundance and was terrified as I am older and have a prosthetic leg. Ice and Snow are not my friend. I was greeted and treated like royalty. The staff offered to walk with me to and from the room so I had a stable shoulder, they gave me extra waters for the altitude, and generally were there to make sure my stay was peaceful. They even approved a very late checkout on the final day as they knew my event was late in the day. All this during the crazy Sundance festival! Only thing was the heating in the room had not been reconnected to the wall thermostat. Once they showed me how to control it manually it was just a nuisance and they comp'd me a full breakfast to make up for it.

Shumba at the front desk was super friendly and accommodating. All the staff was responsive to my needs and very professional. I was so impressed with the new renovations. I had stayed there 2 years ago and it was run down and dated. Now, it looks like a brand new hotel. It was excellent value for the money. The only negative was my ice tongs in my room were covered in something gross and very dirty. I alerted the front desk and they were super responsive, apologetic and made it right.
Location Location Location The chocolate chip cookies are addicting. So delicious! Would have liked breakfast with the room rate, also, would have preferred a lower rate given it was off season and the hotel was more than half empty.
Staff was so helpful and nice. Excellent customer service. Location to Park city ski resort is great. Free bus is right nearby.

No only we got an amazing room with ability to walk outside. Parking was good. Albertsons close by and ohhh the cookies!!! Gained weight with those cookies.
I reserved a room with a king size bed. When we got to our room it was two doubles. I went back to the front desk to get fix it and was told there were no other king rooms available. I wasn't happy and was making that clear to the worker. The manager over heard the conversation and intervened. She upgraded us to a king suite. I thought her customer service was great. I found out that booking a hotel room through third parties doesn't guarantee you the type of room you get despite what you think you're booking
