Karina, the manager, and the entire staff were truly professional and just wanted us to enjoy our vacation. By the way, definitely don't forget to make it to the Ocean Club, and if you're staying for 5 nights, you'll get to try a restaurant at the Grand Velas; don't miss it! having to leave ;-)
Internet does not work and staff was not attentive. hotel changed room when we checked in to a smaller room than we booked (and paid for).
We took advantage of the free kayaks and paddle boards. The guy working there was excellent. The bartenders and waiters were good but a few more waiters would have been perfect. The buffets and menu restaurant food was good for the most part. There was no plug in at the computer desk. They broughtr 2 prong extension cord for a 3 prong plug which was useless.
Food was exceptional for all- inclusive. Resort is run- down, and needs a lot of updating.
