Ventajas: Todo

Ventajas: Very nice room with thought through features. Large gym with good equipment.

Desventajas: We stayed in a suite for a week, but immediately felt that they were charging extra for quite basic features (such as internet, which in 2019 should be complimentary). We tried to get an extra douvet for the bed, as the bed was provided with one large douvet for two persons. This was not possible through the room service. Also tried to get a lower pillow. Room service could provide a blanket and pillow, but only the next day. Upon asking again for the douvet in the reception, they could provide it at an extra cost of 70.000 KRW per night (!). Tried to book some treatments at the spa, but they were fully booked, so although they have a spa service, it is not really available (and is promoted for outside guests, so you probably need to book it weeks in advance). Breakfast was ok, but several items were empty, and the staff seemed a bit too eager to get finished before the closing time at 10.30, reminding us about the closing hours at 10.05 some days (so for the days you are jet-lagged, that can be frustrating). Also quite loud music playing in the breakfast area (which they were happy to lower at request)

Ventajas: We stayed at the Conrad Seoul for one night as a long layover on the way back to New York. Our flight arrived early at 5:30 AM. We took the 6030 bus from the airport (14,000 won/person) which dropped us off at the hote. Check in wasn't until 4 PM and we were there at 8 AM, tired and sleepy. We paid 60,000 won for early check-in and happily took a nap and shower to recharge before touring the city. Concierge was extremely helpful and friendly. Everyone spoke decent English which was great since we did the speak Korean. The room was nice, spacious and clean although starting show some wear (the wallpaper was peeling off). Overall a nice quick stay. Took the 6030 bus back to the airport ithe next AM.

Ventajas: good facility

Ventajas: Best location for night view of Seoul!

Desventajas: Nothing!

Desventajas: Staff need smiles, equally nice to the guests from the east and the west without a racial bias.

Ventajas: Lovely room with good views, gorgeous food, lovely staff, all the facilities with wonderful structural features in the lobby, restaurants etc

Desventajas: Location was not ideal for sightseeing based more in financial area but had good views and had all the luxury you would expect of a Conrad hotel. Probably ideal for a business traveller

Ventajas: Restaurants and Cafes were very nice !!! All the staffs I met were fluent with English !!! Room was very cozy !!! View of River was very nice !!! I enjoyed it with a glass of cocktail !!!

Desventajas: The glossy floor and bathroom were with some stains...

Ventajas: La atención de todo el personal es extraordinaria! Todos siempre tienen una excelente actitud y disposición!

Desventajas: Podría haber más restaurantes.

Ventajas: La atención de todo el personal es inmejorable !!! Las instalaciones están muy modernas nuevas y cómodas.

Desventajas: En el restaurante japonés del sótano no hablan en inglés y no te explican nada del menú, además no te dan muy bien la bienvenida y es tan como enojados los que te reciben y las meseras, unque la comida es rica y los chefs del sushi muy amables.

Ventajas: Room is spacious, tidy and clean. Staff in front desk and cafe (breakfast buffet) are nice and friendly. Jacucci in swimming pool is very comfortable.

Desventajas: Without safe in my room....

Ventajas: I recommend this hotel for those who are traveling with their families. Apartment size is excellent and equipped with full kitchenate

Desventajas: The place is located in business area and little bit far from market where you need to take taxi everytime you want to go to the market in meyong-dong.

Ventajas: I like the whole place

Ventajas: Front desk staff are the best thing in the hotel and the gym as well. Also room view was great from room 703. My daughter 3rd birthday was celebrated by the staff in a beautiful card and words and sweet was placed in our room. The hotel is located in a classy area where you can go to the park and IFC mall is one of the best malls in Seoul.

Desventajas: Rome size little small. And room service restaurant needs to improve

Ventajas: I love staying here, even more so when I'm spending more nights. Great location and very nice facilities, impressive breakfast. The only minus is that there's no 24-hour room service.

Desventajas: Actually, it's quite good, no complaints

Desventajas: Que no permitan el early check in, pues teniendo la habitación disponible solo te permiten la entrada pagando como si fuera una noche adicional completa, es muy desconsiderado después de viajaR mas de 24 horas. , MUY MALA POLITICA.

Ventajas: Staff are nice, helpful and able to communicate in English. Room is spacious and clean. We did not know how to use the washing machine. Housekeeping staff came to help very quick after we called. We asked sight seeing info. Staff from front desk were eager to help with useful information. Overall, it is a pleasure experience staying here with my family. Definitely will choose the same hotel next time travelling in Korea.

Desventajas: Just the water tap of the sink in the toliet is a bit not convenient to use.

Desventajas: Poor breakfast. Old equipments. The small opening window does not cool your room

Ventajas: Bed, tv, staff and size of the room

Desventajas: Toilet. Looks dirty because old. Inside toilet a few woman hair

Ventajas: I love its proximity to the river and the park. It is a good place to be at for relaxing night strolls nearby. The subway is also easily reached after having a leisure walk.

Ventajas: Fast wi-if an comfortable bed

Desventajas: So hot inside the room and I couldn’t regulate the temperature

Ventajas: I booked a river-view room. The view was fantastic. The breakfast was over my expectation.

Desventajas: The air conditioner was not good. Too hot or cold. Little bit dry.

Ventajas: The hotel room is spacious with a large bathroom and comfortable beds. The breakfast was also nice. We had a nice morning stroll at the Han River Park which is only 5 minute walk from the hotel.

Desventajas: The room was too hot due to the central heating. It would have been better if we could control the room temperature by turning on the aircon.

Ventajas: Un gran vestíbulo y un gimnasio. Buena ubicación y personal amable.

Desventajas: Si fueras a alojarte en el vestíbulo, sería un bonito hotel. Sin embargo, las habitaciones eran directamente de los 80. Y no se han mantenido desde entonces por el aspecto que tenían. El papel de la pared estaba literalmente clavado en ella. Las camas tocaban al suelo. Si hubiera sido de unos $50 o menos habría estado bien, pero el precio que cobran por un alojamiento ruinoso me decepcionó.

Ventajas: Airport shuttle is close, metro is nor far. Stuff is friendly.

Desventajas: Room facilities need to be renovated, room is not very clean, feels like 3 star hotel.

Ventajas: The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was clean. Excellent location.

Desventajas: Bathroom was pretty low standard and desperately needs renovation. Staff at the reception could have been more friendly, approachable and polite. Outragiously expensive; I paid 40,000 W for 3 small size coffee. All entitled facilities in the room were not sufficient for 3 people despite informing staff at the reception.

Ventajas: Clean & neat

Desventajas: Rooms were stuffy, lobby toilets very small, smaller than airplane toilet. Don't think big size people can fit in

Ventajas: Location great. About 5~10 minute walk to Yeoido Park and IFC mall, and subway stations. Shorter walk to Han River Park. Broadway Buffet is great for its price.

Desventajas: Would be better if the executive rooms buffet was at Broadway, not the lounge. Food was limited. Not bad, but Broadway is much better.
