Location, swimming pool, seaside, hotel staff old furniture, noisy room, ancient bathroom
Great location, big swimming pool with sea water Staff is not friendly, poor rooms, expensive bar in the lobby hall
Didn't like at all. Found lots of bird shit on the balcony floor. furniture is old, bathroom is horrible, bed sheets size is not enough to cover the bed
Cleanness of the room, very close to the sea. location at heart of the city for our price 1900 rubles breakfast were not provided
I like reception service! Mrs. Valeriya the best Didin`t clean my room! Dirty!(((((
The Hotel itself was very smart and well appointed,. The pool and spa area were lovely. Some of the staff were really nice and very helpful. The Hotel was very , very expensive and yet wasn't quite as slick in its execution as a top flight hotel should be. Some of the staff were a bit offhand and not really up to the standard of the hotel. There was a problem with the airconditioning that took two nights to sort out.
Only breakfast everything
Location close to the sea (with some view) and city center The booking made on booking.com one day ahead was not in the hotel, as they seemed to have no Internet connection. On check it we've changed 2 rooms before we found an acceptable one - first was too smoked, second had no balcony.
The location is fantastic. The adventures you experience here + the indoor wildlife facilities are fantastic. It seems like a good place, when you enter by daylight. Then you start wondering wtf is the jaguar doing behind the reception and what's the use of all these parrots. Then you get back from late-night dinner and all of a sudden the lobby is filled with prostitutes who offer you all kind of alternatives for a good night of rest. Apparently your neighbour couldn't resist their offer so the 1 mm walls between the rooms give you a Hollywood kind of experience - like you're really there with him and her yourself. At first you can laugh about it, then you resort to earplugs and sleeping pills and then you start banging your head to the wall, thinking about your coming days on the business trip.
the view from rooms they play loud disco music in the morning at breakfast restaurant and elevator.instead it should be classical
refurbishment was done long ago but is kept clean, beach is bad and located far from the hotel.
The pool was excellent, the suite was large and very comfortable, the location was near Riveria park (10 min walk) and so all in all was good value for money (for a Russian Hotel in Sochi... ie overpriced). The breakfast was indeed excellent, but every other food/drink was very high priced. Well it was good ... for a Russian Hotel. So of course the staff dont know what service is. hardly speak any other language (but I speak some Russian) If you ask a question you will get a direct answer (yes,no), but not a helpful one. They will try and take money off you every chance they get. Airport transfer 1500 rbl (take a private taxi 600rbl). The really annoying thing is the lack of internet access as advertised. This costs so little, but we had to crouch in the lobby and ask for the lights to be raised to make facebook updates and check email. That was really annoying (if is only worked 5 meters away at the pool, I would come back).
