Ventajas: Gran ubicación, personal profesional, bonita zona de piscina.

Desventajas: Se trata de una propiedad IHG de huesos desnudos y anticuados, que no es una máquina de bebidas que no funcionaba, no ofrece concesiones en el lugar, un termostato que no funciona y una señal de televisión por satélite intermitente.

Ventajas: La ubicación era céntrica para todo. El desayuno estaba caliente y había una buena variedad de comida.

Desventajas: Demasiado ruido por la noche. Mi familia y yo estuvimos despiertos por unos vecinos ruidosos que estaban ebrios, gritando y golpeando en las puertas de 12am a 4.30am. ¡Horrible! Tuve que llamar a la policía y a la dirección del hotel, pero no me ayudaron mucho. Teníamos un dolor de cabeza importante por la mañana. Arruinó nuestro día siguiente.

Ventajas: El desayuno era mejor de lo que esperaba. En general, la habitación era cómoda y estaba limpia.

Desventajas: Aparcamiento limitado en la noche. Las habitaciones están muy bien insonorizadas.

Ventajas: Location is strategic, good breakfast

Ventajas: The bed was super comfortable which made for a good night sleep.

Ventajas: 1) Nice location. Plenty of parking space. Close to the all attractions (the beach, shops, restaurants). Izabella Ristorante Italiano is a great Italian restaurant that is in 50 meters. Just do not forget to reserve a table in advance.

Desventajas: 1) The carpet in the room looked quite clean. However, after a few minutes of playing on it, the knees of our baby became dark. I do not know if it is a carpet color or dirt, but it was hard to wash off. 2) Overpriced (as everything in Tahoe in summer). 3) The breakfast area is too small. I suggest adding more tables outside. The breakfast itself is average.

Ventajas: Everything was great, location, staff, and very clean room, we did however run out of hot water on a couple occasions

Desventajas: Could of had more hot water for showering

Ventajas: Good value for the money. Clean . Within walking distance to shopping and casinos. Pool and spa exceptionally clean. Quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Beds comfortable.

Desventajas: Nothing to do with HI . I just don’t care for South Lake Tahoe. I prefer the other side of the lake.

Ventajas: It was close to everything we needed, rooms were clean and it was nice and quiet

Ventajas: Todo sobre este hotel es estupendo. Falta ningún detalle. Buen precio y gran experiencia. No apuesta la ubicación.

Ventajas: Las habitaciones son modernas, limpias y confortables. El personal es maravilloso, dinámico, servicial. Estilo Ecológico. Muy buen desayuno, estilo casero, no había mucha comida: super!

Desventajas: No hay cafetera en la habitación.

Ventajas: Bonita habitación, limpia. Un montón de almohadas.

Desventajas: No hay ascensor!!! Tenía que subir dos pisos con las maletas pesadas y dos bicicletas. El personal era bastante indiferente. No hay aire acondicionado. Ninguna guía de canales de tv.

Ventajas: The whimsical camping theme was very fun! The live music, lights, and camp fires was such a joy for the kids and adults. The staff was nice enough to decorate the room for my daughter for her birthday and even put a gift together for her!

Desventajas: I was charged $100 for a duvet cover after I left that I did not take. However after emailing the manager it was taken care of promptly and professionally.

Ventajas: everything was clean and comfortable. all is made with taste and a very interesting design.

Ventajas: The location couldn’t be better. Walking distance to all things important to us. The early morn/evening fire pits took the chill out of the air while sipping coffee or your favorite brew in the evening. Live musicians brought the evening all tog

Ventajas: Fantastic room,comfy beds, modern, industrial decor. Very clean. Live music each night but it finished at 10 then everywhere was quiet. We loved watching three raccoons from our balcony one evening.

Desventajas: Breakfast very basic. There is no lift so if you have heavy bags opt for the ground floor.Having said that the 2nf floor rooms are nicer with balconies.

Ventajas: The location was perfect; less than 10 minutes from the lake, and casinos. The beer garden area was really fun.

Desventajas: Both hot tubs were out of order.

Ventajas: Awesome non-casino location, atmosphere was welcoming and decor was very nice.

Desventajas: Parking is a little tight but we found a spot!

Ventajas: Was fantastic, lovely theme, outdoor games and fire pits, great location, rooms were fantastic.

Desventajas: Was not warned about the $75 deposit and this resulted in two pending payments on my card and then a 3rd appeared at check out. Only one cleared but I was still without that money as my bank held it as pending.

Ventajas: Friendly staff, quiet location, own beach, cool games area, on-site brew pub

Desventajas: Pool was tiny, parking a bit tight, no lift

Ventajas: The theme and vibe of the property was brilliant plenty of parking and the rooms were brilliant. Just ten minutes from the beach and ten minutes from the gondola.

Desventajas: We went in the summer so it was very hot whilst we was there the room didnt have air con so it was warm. We was supplied with a fan but it was really noisie.

Ventajas: Ambiance is nice and love the brewery on property really makes it convenient as a place to hang out.

Desventajas: Breakfast was subpar in my opinion, while I understand it’s included in stay you have to be up early to get it and was limited in selection.

Ventajas: Great style, good breakfast, friendly staff

Desventajas: Pricey, rather small rooms No smores in the evening as advertised :(

Ventajas: Everything! Super cool place, great staff, good location. Close to some good food.

Desventajas: The breakfast options were limited, but I was there later in the breakfast serving so entirely possible I could have missed out on the whole selection.

Ventajas: Hermosos jardines del hotel y la habitación. Parecían muy selváticos y rústicos, y aún así cálido y confortable. La habitación incluye las comodidades de un apartamento tipo estudio. El personal era excepcionalmente amable y servicial. Aceptan perros. Mi perro apreció el regalo ofrecido por el personal de la recepción!

Desventajas: Por accidente reservó el día equivocado, estaba dispuesto a pagar por una habitación más cara para cancelar la noche equivocada. El gerente Anastasia colgó el teléfono tanto en mí como en priceline.com

Ventajas: Excelente ubicación, a poca distancia de la playa y las instalaciones.

Desventajas: Aunque la habitación tenía una cocina completa, casi no tenía equipo ni utensilios y no había lugar para sentarse a comer. Para mejorar esto se necesitaría muy poca inversión. Nuestra habitación estaba en el primer piso y podíamos oír los pasos desde la habitación de arriba. ¡por suerte nuestros vecinos de arriba eran tranquilos! Nos alojamos en este hotel hace 10 años y el empeoramiento de las condiciones era notable.

Ventajas: Nos dieron acceso a una playa privada que estaba cerca y también muy cerca del pueblo y de los casinos.

Desventajas: No me gustó nada.

Ventajas: La cama era realmente cómoda, las señoras molestas que se quedan al lado de nosotros, se necesita un programa de reciclaje y alfombra y gabinetes actualizados.

Ventajas: Gran piscina y jacuzzi, cama king size, limpio, cómodo, balcón privado, personal amable

Desventajas: No me di cuenta de que admitían perros, pero se notaba por el olor que había habido mascotas en la habitación. La habitación estaba limpia pero tenía olor persistente de la mascota.

Ventajas: Tenía un ambiente agradable como de cabaña aunque estaba lejos de ser rústico

Ventajas: Esta es nuestra segunda estancia. El personal del hotel es muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar. El hotel estaba muy limpio, teniendo en cuenta que permiten a los animales. A pie de los restaurantes y el lago.

Desventajas: Necesitan cambiar los colchones.

Ventajas: 3 Peaks está situado cerca de todo el ajetreo y el bullicio de Tahoe, muy cerca de la playa, pero también se siente escondido y tranquilo comparado con algunos de los otros hoteles. También admiten mascotas, ¡lo que es genial!

Desventajas: Sentí que había pagado demasiado por una noche. No pudimos hacer el check-in hasta las 4pm, y luego tuvimos que hacer el check-out a las 11am al día siguiente. Tampoco hay nada más incluido en el precio, como el desayuno, etc.

Ventajas: Estábamos a poca distancia a pie de todas partes. El complejo te da acceso a una playa bonita.

Desventajas: La playa puede estar llena.

Ventajas: Dog friendly

Desventajas: Sometimes the parking can be short on the amount of guests, but most of the time easy to grab a spot close to the room!

Ventajas: Awesome location and very cute place to stay

Desventajas: Walls wew so thin you could hear other guests TV behind bedroom wall all night had to sleep on the couch, every toilet flush, shower from neighbors

Ventajas: Cheers for Isaac, always there to help

Ventajas: The location is good nearby the Lakeside Maria South Lake tahoe. the room is very cute and sparkling clean. the staff(Isaac) is so nice. checkin and out are very easy and quick.

Desventajas: N/A

Ventajas: Room very clean and most staff are very nice and helpful.

Desventajas: Actually received the most low level room in that hotel seemed due to online reservation. Lot noises from upstairs and neighbors. Did not receive beach access pass in the first day until we asked on second day afternoon.

Ventajas: Close to all the shops

Ventajas: Another wonderful stay at 3 Peaks! Spacious and comfortable, and close walking distance to some of our favorite dog- friendly restaurants. Will return for sure.

Ventajas: The location was great.

Desventajas: The rooms are really noisy. I wanted to sleep in but could not after hearing the noise in other rooms and outside.

Ventajas: The bed was very comfortable.

Desventajas: My husband and I booked a pool side suit. But when we arrived there the front desk associate told us we were booked in a different room. And said that “there was nothing he could do for us” We were on our honeymoon and this ruined it. We were put in a tiny room with a tiny bath room. The rooms were loud. Maid service never gave us any new towels. I wish I never booked here. Now I will never get that time back for our honeymoon.

Ventajas: La ubicación es muy bonita. No demasiado lejos de nada. Justo en la playa es la mejor parte.

Desventajas: La playa está llena de embarcaciones. Las camas están bien, pero los baños dejaban mucho que desear. Las toallas tenían manchas. Un montón de bichos alrededor. Piso del baño tenía bichos muertos tumbados. Por último, pero no menos importante era cobraron dos veces por mi. Una vez en la reserva app (kayak) y luego cuando me fui. Me cobraron mas de kayak. Más de una queja por kayak/getaway.com.

Ventajas: La habitación estaba limpia pero era pequeña. Vista de la autopista. Pensé que tendría una habitación en la playa en Tahoe. Otras habitaciones similares eran un cuarto del precio, pero estaba pagando estar en la playa con una vista agradable.

Desventajas: Asegúrate de llamar y conseguir una habitación en la playa a este precio. La mayoría de las habitaciones no tienen vista a la playa. ¡Me sentí desgarrado después de ver mi habitación!

Ventajas: Gran ubicación, justo en la playa. Excelentes vistas. céntrico. Muy buena relación calidad-precio.

Ventajas: El personal y la ubicación son fantásticos. Muy cerca del agua y de las tiendas. El alojamiento está limpio en general.

Desventajas: Habitaciones muy pequeñas, espacios bastante estrechos, y no hay desayuno de cortesía. El agua potable cobró $3.00, ridículo. Por la noche se permitía a la fiesta del jacuzzi continuar hasta muy tarde, ruidosa.

Ventajas: El personal hizo que nuestra estancia fuera perfecta.

Desventajas: Las habitaciones eran un poco pequeñas, pero la chimenea y la terraza las complementaban perfectamente.

Ventajas: Me encantó la chimenea en la habitación. Me encantó el esfuerzo hecho para ahorrar, con el champú, el acondicionador, el lavado de cuerpo, el lavado de manos y la loción. Además, nos encantó que teníamos la opción de no cambiar las toallas y las sábanas para ahorrar agua. ¡el personal era muy amable y servicial!

Ventajas: La ubicación frente al lago era excelente. Hamacas para disfrutar de las vistas y al aire libre. Muelle excelente para ver las puestas de sol.

Desventajas: Los edificios son viejos. Nos alojamos en el 1st piso y oímos cada grieta y grieta mientras la gente de encima de nosotros caminaba. Estaba al tanto de su cuarto de baño y de sus hábitos de ducha. Nuestra habitación no era la más limpia. Las paredes tenían un montón de manchas, olían como un spray de insectos, pero trataban de cubrirse con olor a limón. Nuestra cama era extremadamente firme, así que somos las almohadas. Con el ruido de arriba y la incómoda cama era difícil dormir bien.

Ventajas: ¡Me encantó estar justo en la playa! Fuimos entre semana y teníamos la playa casi solo para nosotros. Las habitaciones estaban bien. El personal era genial.

Desventajas: Lo único que no me gustó fue el olor del jabón, champú, etc.. Tenía un extraño olor medicinal.

Desventajas: Debido a los errores administrativos del personal que nos cobraron más de 200 dólares en el servicio de habitaciones, que no eran nuestros "pero parecían cerca de nuestro número de habitación", causó una situación embarazosa e incómoda cuando nuestra tarjeta de crédito fue rechazada a la hora del almuerzo, debido a errores graves del personal, y también no tener acceso a nuestro dinero por 2 días, lo que es una molestia extrema cuando estás viajando.

Ventajas: En general muy bien. Playa bonita y zona de piscina. La habitación era muy cómoda y limpia

Ventajas: The room met expectations.

Desventajas: Checked in, went to room and it wasn’t cleaned yet. Staff should have checked the room before they checked me in to make sure it was ready. I checked in about 4 pm. Room should have been ready.

Ventajas: We liked the close proximity to the beach and lake. It was quiet. Very close to the casino's and shops/dining. Was very close to the pool and hot tub and fire pits. Our "view" room was not really a great view but was nice anyway. We loved the back sliding door access to the beach.

Desventajas: Parking. TV did not have a lot of selections - couldn't even get local news/weather. Last and worst...the shower in the bathroom has mold growing around the bottom around the door. Needs to be replaced with new caulk or grout.

Ventajas: The Boathouse on the Pier restaurant was a very nice place, atmosphere & people. The food was extra GREAT, we went 2 times, had the shrimp, Salmon, & then the scallops. Our compliments to the chef!! We liked the access to the beach!

Desventajas: Breakfast at the Sidelines Sports Bar was NOT very good. Food was greasy and it upset my tummy. We had the breakfast sandwich and breakfast burrito & I will not recommend to anyone!! The weather was too cold (40 degrees) to go inside the pool or spa and staying on the beach.

Ventajas: The location was pretty great.

Desventajas: The staff at the boat restaurant was a bit slow. We waited patiently for a server but it was not until we asked for help that someone came over to help. Maybe they can improve their customer service.

Ventajas: There wasn't much to breakfast - it could be more substantial. But the experience, location and amenities were very good. We liked the restaurant on the pier. That was excellent.

Desventajas: Breakfast was the only thing lacking, but not a show stopper

Ventajas: What I liked was our bed was comfy and the shower was great

Desventajas: I booked 3 rooms it was my wedding day.. I emailed and requested to have the rooms a bit early 3 or 330pm' since my ceremony was going to be at reagan beach .. when I arrived @ 345pm the only room that was ready and I was allowed to check in was my room. I then checked in that room when tried going to the bathroom the toilet would not flush.. there was 8 adults and 3 children In my party. So trying to change in to our clothes was a nightmare. Went back downstairs @ 410pm the other 2 rooms still not ready ' still allowed to check in' but when we got there the room wasn't clean.@ that point we had to go to the ceremony. We came back after the ceremony' my 3rd room was given to us in a different floor away from the other 2. So also the 3rd room on the other floor was extremely noisy for my family member . I let the staff know early at checking about the situation' .but there was no resolution' I really doubt want to be upset on my wedding day so I decided not to argue with anyone. When I checked out I let the girl that check me out what my experience was and she offer a small discount which I'm not sure what it was' I didn't have a receipt emailed to me like I asked for' it really made feel bad that I explained to the girl that checked me out . But it seemed that she wasn't sympathetic with the situation .. I'm sorry but by far away my stay wasn't enjoyable . I regret booking this hotel .on top of that the door on toom 310.. which was the suite didn't close right..

Ventajas: have been staying here for over 20 years. ideally located. love pier and beach

Desventajas: My wife and I booked this place for our honeymoon. She did book through a third party site. We paid extra to have a lake view. After check in, we did not. We requested a room change and was told there was no lake view available. We had also realized how small the shower was. And after asking about it we were given a handicap room, which smelled EXTREMELY musty. We booked 5 days and checked out after 1. I am sorry to say we are both not going to return here to stay.

Ventajas: Great hotel, very luxurious and staff are great. Nice extra touches such as marshmallows to toast on the fire. Beautiful location everything there in the hotel but can take the transfer bus to the village also for different restaurants.

Desventajas: Its not cheap but I guess you expect that at this kind of resort. The compulsory US$15 per day for car parking seemed a bit steep.

Ventajas: The beach out front was a great place to relax during the day and soak up some sun. The Tiki Bar on the beach was also fun, it was a great place to watch the sunset.

Desventajas: The resort offered many amenities during the peak summer months as part of the "resort fee", but these were not available in late September. This would have been nice to know prior to booking. The rooms were somewhat small, but we didn't spend much time in the room itself so this was not a concern for us.
