The staff was incredibly nice and very helpful. Antonio their shuttle driver was absolutely amazing during our stay and helped us greatly to get out to things prpmptly. I got a 'deal' on booking a king suite with them but considering the size of the room, amenities, paying for parking, and location, I was was rather disappointed overall. The only shinning light was the support staff -not including the front desky workers
It's located in downtown and has a modern touch - for some that could be a disadvantage. In every other hotel I've been (2 to 3 stars) breakfast and parking is complementary - not on this one. It was annoying to pay $10 for parking just for one day at the hotel. Also, due the location, it could be loud at night (bar at lobby).

location The hotel needs to at least cover the cement walls in wallpaper or something
location to downtown area was close to everything. you can Uber cheap if needed. could have been a lot cleaner. carpets seemed like they hadn't been vacuumed regularly.
Location n sports bar
location It just seemed a little run down. The lobby was uncomfortably hot, like they didn't have the a/c on. The furniture in the lobby was super shabby, and not in a decorative way. The bar was really hot and they didn't have any music playing.
The atmosphere was unique! Unlike any place I have ever stayed. Loved the comfy beds. Actually finding the hotel. It was in an odd spot. After making a couple of circles, we made it!
That it was next to the Cox Convention Center Didn't like that the hotel looks run down charges you $10 a day just for parking even though you're paying over $100 a night for a room the staff is rude asked for towels didn't get towels for over a day shuttle provided was not reliable
Unique rooms, with a great view of downtown!
The rooms were large and very open Bathroom only has sliding door so you get no privacy. Sink modern but when put on all the way splashed all over you.
