Ventajas: Gran relación calidad-precio. Gran servicio al cliente. Gran desayuno y gran cena. El alboroto era impresionante. Consigue la oferta de comida. Conveniente a la Terminal 4.

Desventajas: a 5,5 km de la terminal 5 a la terminal 4. No sabía cómo llevar el tren expreso a la terminal 4, así que acabó tomando un taxi

Desventajas: Debe permitir a los huéspedes hacer llamadas locales desde el teléfono en la habitación.

Ventajas: Excelente servicio. La comida es muy buena. Personal amable. Habitaciones limpias y sencillas. Buen aire acondicionado. Fácil acceso desde la terminal 4.

Desventajas: Largo paseo de la terminal 4 difícil para ir caminando. No hay extras como piscina o traslados al aeropuerto. Sólo lo básico, pero bien.

Ventajas: Era una habitación de hotel normal, sin lujos

Ventajas: La habitación para personas con movilidad reducida tenía un buen tamaño.

Desventajas: Personal agresivo en el check in a la hora de pagar las comidas.

Ventajas: Este hotel estaba muy limpio y cómodo con un personal amable. La cama y las almohadas eran perfectas para una buena noche de sueño. Nos quedamos agradablemente sorprendidos con la habitación, y superó nuestras expectativas. La tarifa de la habitación era genial.

Ventajas: Parada por conexión, el hotel esta dentro del aeropuerto el tren te deja en la terminar en donde se encuentra y no se tiene que salir uno del aeropuerto para poder llegar, esta muy accesible. Dentro del hotel todo esta limpio, la habitación es tamaño normal la cama super cómoda, el baño limpio. cuenta con toallas, secadora y plancha.

Desventajas: When we checked in the girl on the desk was very unhelpful and pretty rude. No eye contact, smile or desire to help us after a very long day and night of travelling. Other staff were great though, especially restaurant staff.

Ventajas: La ubicación en la Terminal 5 no podría ser más conveniente (tenía equipaje pesado) y de hecho me gustó más que los hoteles a los que se llega en autobús. Hubo un poco de confusión sobre mi reserva, bastante rápidamente resuelto, pero fueron muy agradables y me pasaron a una habitación mejor. Cené y desayuna en el restaurante, ambos buenos, el buffet de desayuno muy variado y con un aspecto delicioso, más allá de lo habitual.

Ventajas: Buen lugar para quedarse durante una larga escala. Justo al lado de Heathrow y cerca del metro. Las habitaciones estaban bien y el personal era muy servicial y educado.

Desventajas: Demasiado caro.

Ventajas: El hotel es muy conveniente para una salida de Heathrow. La habitación era grande y muy limpia y tranquila. Yo tomé el desayuno y la comida era buena, así como el servicio. También tenía servicio de habitaciones, comida India y era deliciosa. Me he alojado varias veces aquí en los últimos dos años y los recepcionistas siempre han sido muy agradables y profesionales, van más allá de lo normal para que te sientas bienvenido. Recomiendo mucho este hotel.

Ventajas: Mi hijo se dejó su peluche en el cuarto y cuando nos dimos cuenta y llamamos, nos dijeron que no estaba y que seguramente se había ido con las sabanas a la lavandería que era un externo. Se preocuparon en buscarlo y nos lo devolvieron, haciendo a mi hijo feliz!!!!

Ventajas: El hotel cumple con su propósito de manera excepcional. Está conectado con el aeropuerto por un pasillo y ofrece servicios indispensables para los viajeros como camas y almohadas cómodas, habitaciones perfectamente insonorizadas, con muy buena iluminación. Baño perfectamente equipado, con zapatillas y albornoz. Todo muy limpio y moderno. Room Service rápido y con un menú muy completo. Personal eficaz, profesional y muy bien entrenado.

Ventajas: The cleanliness. It is the most important quality in a hotel for me.

Desventajas: I was a little sad that only one restaurant was available during my stay. I also was hoping to use the sauna, but found out I was required to pay a fee.

Ventajas: Convenient for a stayover at Terminal 5. Check in was a breeze and reception staff was delightful. Room was spacious and nicely outfitted. Bathroom was also spacious and comfortable. Good outlet locations for phone charging. Onsite restaurant and bar seemed reasonably priced.

Desventajas: Bed and pillows were way too soft. Got little sleep, felt every toss and turn of my husband -- which defeated the purpose of a daytime flight to LHR.

Ventajas: Perfect hotel for the traveler coming or going from Heathrow to the States - you are right at Terminal 5 so super convenient! The hotel pampers your weary traveler's body - wonderful beds, pillows, bath products etc. The bars are fun and the Vivre restaurant is excellent. Overall, we would always prefer Sofitel for airport stays as they are outstanding!

Ventajas: I have stayed at the Sofitel on previous occasions and the standard is always high and the location is perfect for T5 and trains. On this occasion Lavinia (Reception) stood out as particularly helpful, kind and professional and I would like to commend her for this. The cafe is very good both in quality of food, coffee, prices and professionalism.

Ventajas: Un hotel más nuevo, bastante contemporáneo sin ser chocante. Una habitación bonita que recuerda un poco a la de IKEA. Nos alojamos una noche entre dos vuelos internacionales de más de 10 horas; lo volvería a hacer en un abrir y cerrar de ojos. ¡un personal genial!

Desventajas: El hotel está a unos 800 metros a pie a través de un metro de metal desde la terminal 4 de Heathrow; puede ser un desafío para alguien con movilidad reducida.

Ventajas: Staff at Reception and Concierge, just so friendly and professional, nothing was any trouble for them. They knew their hotel, could make rapid decisions, explained things thoroughly yet succinctly. They were all excellent.

Desventajas: No issues at all.

Ventajas: This was our second visit to this hotel and it didnt disapoint, after a long haul flight from china, this place is like heaven, staff are super friendly, attentive and helpful, the rooms are super and beds so comfortable, the bar area is chilled and the breakfast was great, we will stay again after our next trip next year, highly reccomend

Desventajas: Hard to get to from other terminals. Our ac was not working and with no windows the room was very hot. I phoned reception, they said they would call me back. They called me back nearly 2 hours later, at 1am! Which woke me up when I had a short sleep anyway. Very overpriced.

Ventajas: Room and Staff were excellent. The Hotel in general, was a very pleasant surprise - for an Airport Hotel.

Desventajas: Shame you did not do a basic value for money independent food pub restaurant, to compliment the other food facilities you have there. We could have stayed completely at the Hilton instead of going into Terminal 4 - mind you that was no problem either.

Ventajas: I arrived very late in the evening from an international flight. Staff most helpful, particularly with airport transfer the following morning (less than half the cost of a London cab). Despite being on the Heathrow transport corridor, the rooms are quiet. Also clean and well appointed. Breakfast more than adequate.

Desventajas: It's an airport hotel! That said, the ambience of public spaces could be improved.

Ventajas: The property was located close to the airport terminal and tube station. There was a free shuttle bus from the terminal to the hotel. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable and housekeeping was prompt and efficient.

Desventajas: Reservé una habitación cuatro días de antelación y a mi llegada me negaron a alojarme en el hotel. Me dijeron que no tienen habitaciones vacantes. Me enviaron a otro hotel. El Radisson Blue no proporcionó ninguna explicación ni aviso previo. Me dijeron que el gerente me pondría en contacto conmigo para dar explicaciones y discutir la compensación. Ha sido una semana, pero nadie me ha contactado hasta ahora. Considero inaceptable desviar a los clientes de esta manera, sin previo aviso ni explicación, especialmente por el hotel que se elogia con una excelente experiencia de hospitalidad. No consideraré alojarme de nuevo en este hotel.

Ventajas: It was very cozy, definitely best for solo travellers as it is very small. It was a cool experience I felt like I was in a space ship. Shower is great.

Desventajas: I thought it was a little over priced for what it is, but I think it’s worth it for the convenience being inside the airport, especially when you have an early flight like I did.

Ventajas: Not much about this hotel... The staff were nice enough and they give you complimentary tea and coffee.

Desventajas: The hallway was very smelly and dirty. Sheets were not soft and the bed was uncomfortable. All through the night you are woken up by people extending their beds from the seated position the sleeping position. Unless you are staying in terminal 4, the location is awful - there are no early pre-six am shuttle buses or trains to the other terminals so we ended up spending an additional £22 on a Uber to Terminal 2! Ridiculous!

Ventajas: the location being right at the airport is really good. just needed to get into the lift to go check in. Brilliant for early starts. The novelty of the set up is quite cool, and the tv and wifi is good.

Desventajas: the area is a bit rundown and you feel like you are heading into a dungeon when finding your room. Also it is very difficult to find the hotel in the airport premises. it does not have the same level of signage that the other hotels do. you have to use a particular set of lifts other wise you cant find it.

Ventajas: Staying at Heathrow for an early flight I was very pleased with my accommodation and its location, which was close to the link from Terminal 4 to Terminals 2 and 3. The accommodation was tiny but comfortable and included everything I might have wanted for an overnight pre flight stay.

Desventajas: I found the bed surround a bit difficult to clamber over to get in or out of the bed and I am a reasonably agile person and not overweight.

Ventajas: Close to the airport

Desventajas: The room has an air conditioning that blows cold air directly on your face while you are sleeping. Supposedly one can regulate the temperature but it didnt work for me. After two hours in bed without sleeping because of the noise of the fan and the air in my face I got up got dressed and went to reception to ask the guy to turn down the air. The guy told me that was not possible. I left this morning for my day of meetings without having slept and with a cold. I feel dreadful.

Ventajas: Love how was easily accessible. able to use the free train to get between terminals. Was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Unlimited hot drinks was good in addition to there being two restaurants one beside it and one on the lower level that met my expectations. It look just like the pictures.

Desventajas: There is this noise that sounds as if it is the pipes. It seem to go off at every 10 minutes,. When I asked about it I was told it some sort of suction of the air. It was very loud luckily I can sleep through anything. I was told every room hears it and that's probably why each room came with ear plugs.

Ventajas: Cosy, clean and comfortable - and, of course, inside the airport. A great option for a very early flight!

Desventajas: Not Yotel's fault, but it took me 45 minutes to transfer to terminal 4. I'd recommend going by tube and ignoring the 'free train transfer' option - so much walking and trains only seem to go every half hour.

Desventajas: Stayed at this hotel a few times and this is the first time we was put on the first floor. There was so much noise we could hear from outside even with the windows shut and there was alot of noise coming from the room above us. Very loud.

Ventajas: This hotel has a very relaxed chilled feel to it. The room was very clean and quite spacious. The breakfast was decent with lots of choice. The shower in the room was amazing, especially for London! The bar is also great.

Desventajas: The hotel is a good 35 min bus from the airport, which I'm sure is probably halved if you take an uber or something.

Ventajas: Location versus cost was excellent. Staff were extremely helpful as I arrived late at night and had to leave very early in the morning, they showed me where a pizza place was and got coffee for me when I checked out.

Desventajas: The cost of the hoppa bus to get there was almost the same as a taxi (Uber) the following morning.

Desventajas: Se necesitaron dos días para reparar un inodoro que no funcionaba correctamente. Avisé a la recepción tan pronto como entré en mi habitación y otra vez al despertar a la mañana siguiente. El aparcamiento era extremadamente estrecho y los agujeros son un desafío a no ser que tomes el servicio de transporte.

Ventajas: Volviendo a Estados Unidos desde un viaje europeo, tuvimos que trasladarnos desde Londres Gatwick a Londres Heathrow tarde por la noche y luego salir a la mañana siguiente desde Londres Heathrow. El Hilton Garden Inn era ideal. Está situado cerca de la Terminal 4, y nos dio un buen lugar para alojarse por la noche. El personal es muy servicial.

Desventajas: No puedo pensar en nada

Desventajas: Leí en una crítica que el transporte era malo y estoy de acuerdo. Caro , libras 4:50 cada uno. Peor aún fue el maleducado, grosero, INÚTIL cretino que llevaba el autobús. Horrible.

Ventajas: It is close to the airport so convenient enough. There is a shuttle bus that runs every 45 minutes for 5 GBP each and takes around 25 mins to terminal 2 and less for 3 and 4. Good Costa coffee available.

Desventajas: The reception floor wasn't very clean. There is no one to help you with the luggage up your room. The furniture in the rooms could use some renovation. The restaurant in room dining service provided cold food though they charge 5 GBP to bring the food up.

Ventajas: Hotel is located in LHR airport area, but the room was really quiet. The breakfast food selection was great.

Ventajas: Clean rooms and bathroom. Very close to the underground.

Desventajas: Very noisy, could hear everything that went on in the corridor and in the rooms next to ours. Ordered a taxi that was supposed to pick us up for Terminal 2 at 0450 in the morning, but it didn't show up before 0510. That being said, the hotel actually paid the taxi for me once it showed up.

Ventajas: Convenience

Ventajas: Close to Haton Cross tube station with reasonably priced parking, smallish room but adequate , well soundproofed and very clean. No complaints

Ventajas: Always a pleasure staying here.

Desventajas: The down side was no breakfast was provided for early morning departures and a breakfast grab bag would have been a good alternative.

Ventajas: Los autobuses hacia y desde el aeropuerto circulan con frecuencia y te dejan justo en el hotel. Uno de los mejores precios que podéis encontrar por "buen hotel".

Desventajas: Estaría bien un servicio de transporte al aeropuerto... aunque por el precio se comprende.

Desventajas: Las habitaciones son minúsculas, te sientes como si estuvieras en un crucero barato. Se puede oír a los huéspedes de al lado, arriba y abajo. Si necesitas dormir, busca otro hotel

Ventajas: Cerca del aeropuerto.

Desventajas: Las habitaciones diminutas, estrechas, sombrías. Ducha terrible. Casi todo se había acabado en el bufé de desayuno.

Ventajas: La ubicación era buena

Desventajas: No hay servicio de transporte a la terminal del aeropuerto, que sugirieron la ciudad en autobús. Pagamos extra para conseguir un taxi a/FTI. El aeropuerto. Este incremento del coste en un 20%.

Ventajas: El hotel está sucio

Desventajas: No te ofrecen las comodidades básicas como pasta de dientes como en otros hoteles. Tienes que comprar la tuya propia!

Ventajas: La ubicación era estupenda, limpia y funcional. Gran relación calidad-precio.

Desventajas: Estaba a 5 minutos a pie del Marriott y venía a 423 de la terminal 5. Volviendo, el autobús gratuito estaba a sólo 2 minutos a pie.

Ventajas: Cama muy cómoda La habitación es bastante pequeña y estrecha (en su mayoría) tranquila Buen desayuno buffet a un precio adecuado, mejor precio de todos los hoteles de aeropuerto

Desventajas: Más alejado del aeropuerto, al final de la zona libre de Heathrow Las porciones del restaurante son pequeñas y la comida es bastante regular por el precio lento acceso inalámbrico a Internet, más que en las horas punta

Desventajas: El personal no fue tan amable como esperaba.

Ventajas: El personal de recepción era excepcional, maravilloso y muy amable. Se tomaron su tiempo para atender a los clientes. El ambiente estaba bien cuidado y era agradable.

Desventajas: Lo único que no me gustó fue la recepción dada en su restaurante - les tomó mucho tiempo para atender y no pudieron darme los servicios que pagué - me di cuenta de que todas las personas que vinieron después de mí nos sentaron a tiempo y enseguida me dieron una cesta de pan - que no me dieron ninguna cesta - se lo mencioné a la cajera - entonces tratando de traer a mi habitación, que me Hágale saber que era demasiado tarde para eso. Fuimos andando 20 minutos desde IBIS (señal roja) hasta IBIS Styles (señal verde, la parada es lo primero).

Ventajas: Come en el restaurante del hotel.

Ventajas: I was all ready not to like this hotel, but it turned out to be excellent. It was impeccably clean, excellent value for money, the staff were polite, friendly and extremely helpful, and it was perfectly located for Heathrow, provided that you know you can get any one of a number of local buses free of charge from the bus stop opposite. This is much, much better than getting the Heathrow Hotel Hopper, which may or may not go to and from the hotel and which costs 5 GBP. Breakfast was an unexpected surprise. When I saw that a "continental breakfast" was included in the cost of my room, I expected some coffee and a piece of cake or toast. Instead there was a good range of fruit, yoghurt, toast, croissants, cheese, ham, boiled eggs and cereals, all replenished frequently and promptly by the kind and helpful staff. Great.

Desventajas: The worst thing about this hotel was what made me not want to like it. If you have been to hotels around Heathrow before you will know that many of them have confusingly similar names. This hotel is the Ibis Styles Hotel, not the Ibis Hotel. I found that out when I reached the Ibis Hotel, loaded down with luggage and tired after a long flight. I got the impression in reception there that people showing up at the wrong Ibis hotel is something that happens quite often. My fault, of course, but it is an easy mistake to make. What I would like is for all hotels with confusingly similar names to put a clear and prominent warning on their websites telling travellers to be careful to go to the right hotel. That's all. You also need to take a toothbrush and toothpaste: they do not give you these.

Ventajas: Second time been there and loved it both times

Ventajas: The coffee was quite good and apparently for free. Ibis hotels are always exceptionally clean. Bed comfy. Good location, good soundproofing, it's ideal for a before/after flight stay.

Desventajas: The A/C was loud, had to be turned off, it was quite impossible to sleep because of the noise. Breakfast was probably the poorest I saw in my life. The restaurant has a limited pub-food menu with tasteless food. The hotel has very limited parking spaces available.

Ventajas: Cercanía del aeropuerto.

Ventajas: Comfy and quiet and easy to get to via the free bus from outside Heathrow

Desventajas: The dinner in restaurant seemed like it had come straight from a microwave. Pretty tasteless

Desventajas: No hay ventanas en la habitación excepto una pequeña ventana en el techo. Los pasillos eran como un laberinto. No hay servicio de transporte gratuito desde y hacia el aeropuerto (hay que esperar al autobús del aeropuerto) y pagar 6 libras por persona.

Ventajas: El personal era de primera categoría. Todos fueron muy amables e hicieron que nuestra estancia fuera muy agradable.

Ventajas: The hotel was quiet. We had a good nights sleep before our flight. That’s all you want.

Desventajas: Restaurant could do with a lift.

Ventajas: Looks like a brand new refurbishment throughout has taken place. Modern, interesting and very nice! In the room itself, loved the rain shower, the TV size and the general room mod-cons! All very good - would recommend and would def. stay here again.

Desventajas: Registration form is not GDPR compliant! Not happy with the "If you do NOT wish to receive marketing info etc... then tick the box" - poor! Also, thought the Indian food was average at best. Would actually remove from the menu if can't cook it well! Lamb Roganjosh and Dal were liquidy, lamb tasted processed and where were the lentils in the Dal?

Desventajas: Much disrepair in hallways. Staff gave the feeling of trying to up sell you. Actually more the hotel policies than the staff, they were just doing what the were told.

Ventajas: Loved the room and the easy location to Heathrow Airport. Great nights sleep with easy check in and check out. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Organised a taxi to the terminals.

Desventajas: I booked because it was so close to the airport and had an overnight layover. In the morning, I came down to get a taxi and was told it would be 45 mins! I ended up downloading Uber and it took about 20 mins but this is something that DEFINITELY should have been warned about when checking in (considering my plane ended up taking off about 400 meters from the hotel).

Ventajas: Hotel was clean and the rooms were excellent. The Breakfast was more than expected for the all-inclusive price. Many of the more expensive hotels in the area are not as good as this

Desventajas: Great location for a stay at the airport. After national exspress coach cancelled a coach and didn't notify anybody so l missed my flight and had to stay Heathrow the night. I don't recommend national exspress. But do recommend the hotel areil

Desventajas: First my key cars didn't work & I had to go back down to reception from the 3rd floor with heavy baggage! Then I tried to call reception from room to book hotel for early morning but phone would not work! Very unpleasant stay I'll never go back

Ventajas: My son and I were only there for the night before an early flight. Both of us agree that it was the best night of sleep we'd had in a while. We awoke energized for the flight. We didn't partake of the breakfast as my son prefers a specific restaurant (Okay, I do, too).

Desventajas: Parking was a bit tricky because of on-going construction, but that is not anyone's fault.

Ventajas: Alójate aquí solo si tienes que devolver un auto alquilado y viajar desde Heathrow enseguida, solo para eso sirve. Devuelves el auto y un bus te lleva a tu terminal como cortesía de la empresa luego de que te lo cobró diez veces por adelantado. Si vuelves al hotel también hay bus gratis, y desde el hotel a tomar el vuelo también, son los de línea pero a los turistas no les cobran. La zona es muy fea. Permanente ruido de aviones pero la habitación tranquila. Nos facilitaron una balanza común para chequear el peso de las maletas. El wifi bien

Desventajas: El parking NO ES GRATIS como aparece en booking. Pensamos tener desayuno incluído y parking gratis porque lo pusimos como filtro en la búsqueda y no tuvimos ninguno de los dos. Ir al centro de Londres desde ahí es muy caro.

Desventajas: I was looking forward for my stay so much. However, once I opened the room, I realised that me and my partner will be staying in a box room. The corridor was full of cutlery and plates and it’s been like that until the cleaners came in the morning. The hotel is very old, not soundproof. I could hear my next door neighbours flashing their toilet. The bed makes squeaking sound which isn’t what we were expecting.

Ventajas: Close to the airport for a flight layover.

Desventajas: The hotel was a little beat up but matched the price I guess.

Ventajas: Quite convenient as I had to get to the airport quite early so the location was just perfect

Ventajas: I absolutely loved the location: just 10 min by local bus from Heathrow and you can find yourself in a quiet neighborhood. Was quite easy to get to London too.

Desventajas: The room was tiny (which was ok, that's how it was advertised) and smelly! The window was open when I arrived so I didn't notice the smell at first. It was like the bedding wasn't dried properly and produced this unfresh smell. The bathroom and the hallways were quite smelly too. If you are sensitive to smells, proceed with caution. The pillow was too small for me but in general, the bed was quite comfortable.

Ventajas: Great shower Quiet

Desventajas: The website stated parking available but this was not the case. The staff working at the guesthouse had very poor English and was unable to explain where we could park. He actually came across as quite rude but this could have been due to his poor English.

Desventajas: Communication. I also miss placed my items but I've been trying to communicate with the house and I've haven't had any success with that

Desventajas: There was no-one for open door because of late arrival. Luckily they managed to open door remotely.

Ventajas: Got a better room than expected, lovely host - greeted us, showed us to our rooms, explained how to access the wifi, what the keys are for, where nice local restaurants are. Fresh towels and shower gel provided, comfy beds, tea/coffee making facilities. Minimal noise from the airport with windows closed. Free parking at the front of the property on the driveway, but also ample parking on the road outside. The area felt safe (we arrived after dark) and the location was excellent for accessing terminal 2.

Desventajas: There was a slightly strange smell in both bathrooms but the host did mention it when we arrived, and when we shut the bathroom doors we didn't notice it. One room had a fan, but the other didn't which made it a little uncomfortable during the night because it was so hot outside and wanted to keep window closed due to planes taking off/landing. Although the planes do stop flying after about 11:30pm (I think).
