Ibis Styles London Excel

- Breakfast was really good.

- Very noisiy (building works). - Not as clean and cosy as all the previous Ibis I was before (I visited nearly 10 different Ibis hotels, including Ibis budget, Ibis styles, etc). - Far from city centre. However, Greenwich was not that far. - The toilet was really narrow.

Room was quiet even if it was facing the underground station directly.

Working in the Hospitality sector myself I feel almost obliged to leave a feedback about my recent stay. I hope this won't be taken too personally and will only help in diverting the effort to improve in the right direction. I haven't felt much welcomed by the reception staff, we arrived at around 22 in the evening after a long journey and were quickly greeted by the receptionist, handed over our keys and told the opening hours for the breakfast. Coming with a wheelchair I would have loved for the staff to acknowledge it and ask if we would have liked to have it stored. The room booked was a double, basic one with not much room for a wheelchair.
