elevators are not easy to use

1- if you have a car, then you will be charged 50 dollars a day obligatory for valet. It’s a 70 floors hotel so imagine how many cars are parked and the wait time. 1-Sorry guys but the elevator thing is ridiculous. If they’ve parked your car and you want to take it, first you have to take the following 3-elevator-trips 1) from your room floor ( say 35th floor) to 70th floor ( lobby) 2) then exit the elevator and take another elevator from the 70th floor to the ground floor. 3) then exit the elevator and take a 3rd elevator to the parking floor !!!! So once I forgot something in my car, it ended up taking 6 elevator trips.. and lost an hour!!! It’s a hassle. It’s just ridiculous.

Excellent location, Top notch gym, super clean, a lot of restaurants, highly recommended.

Very slow room service, it can take over an hour to receive your order, small swimming pool.

Amazing skyscraper, very modern, wonderful view from the lobby at the 70th floor, where you have to check in and out. The view from the room is interesting because the window is huge!

Very few bathroom accessories, such as no toothbrush, no q-tips, toothpaste, mouthwash, razor, shaving foam! No bathrobe, only some regular towels...

La cama era tan cómoda que nunca quería marcharme

Es un poco molesto que tenga que tomar 3 ascensores para volver a su habitación si aparca su coche con el servicio de aparcacoches, eso es todo.

Un precio más barato sería más atractivo
