The Peninsula Beverly Hills

The Peninsula Beverly Hills is like a home away from home, only better! The service is exemplary, the facilities are first class (hard to move from poolside) and not to mention the beds - best I've ever slept in anywhere in the world. The monogrammed pillow cases are a particularly nice touch! Family friendly too which is a big bonus. We have stayed twice here and honestly would not go elsewhere.

Beautiful, spacious rooms with very comfortable beds and pillows. The concierge were extremely kind and helpful. They upgraded us and gave us a free drink at the bar whilst we waited for the room to be ready. Then the manager personally came over to us to give us the key which was a very nice, personal touch. He went around speaking to other guests as well which you don’t normally see in many hotels! The room service was delicious, with a good choice of options and the portions were very generous. The decor of the hotel is stunning it epitomises refined luxury. The pool is also very nice, as are the gym facilities but unfortunately we weren’t there long enough to enjoy them in our trip. Overall great hotel with great customer service and walking distance to all the best shops (Neiman’s 7 minutes) and Rodeo Drive (10-15 minutes).

Could update and modernise the shower head.

The property is very beautiful. The interior decoration was very well done with old time glamor. Location is great.

There were some surprises! On one of the nights, there were people moving furniture and disassemble furniture outside of our room for about 1.5-2 hours between 9pm-10:30pm. This is complete unacceptable at such an expensive hotel. We complained about it and the manager on duty just said sorry that she would ask the staff to work quietly. There was no other things offered. I feel that is was a turn off.
