There was a large variety of fresh foods available at breakfast suitable for all cultures and tastes.

The service from the staff at the lounge on the Mezzanine level was regrettably below average. One evening I waited very long to receive my order of spaghetti bolognaise and when it arrived it was cold. On another evening I decided to order a cold dish in order to avoid a repeat of what happened earlier in the week and ordered a cheese and meat selection. My colleague ordered a pizza which arrived and he was finished eating and my order had still not arrived. Eventually it was brought to us 1 hour after I placed the order and it was just the cheese platter with no meat selection. Another thing is that the housekeeping staff deliberately folded and tucked away one of my cardigans in the back recess of the shelves in the cupboard. I especially did not use the shelves for fear that I might leave something behind. I knew that I had put the cardigan on a hanger with all my other clothing items that morning and when I was packing up my belongings I could not find the cardigan. I then found it tucked away - there is no doubt that it was intended to be collected by the house keeping staff after I had checked out. The same night this happened there was no turn-down service which I found a little odd. Some of the towels were removed and not replaced. Also the mini bar does not contain all the items listed on the card and those items that are in the fridge are not marked on the card so how is it possible to know what has and hasn't been consumed?
