Location perfect. Far enough away from city but close enough to visit (free shuttle 5/6 times a day) The staff are fantastic, so friendly and welcoming. Food amazing, so much choice for all ages and tastes. The grounds are immaculate and all communal areas spotless. Such a positive experience. Highly recommend. Would love to go back!

Mohammed front of house manager, guest services manager , reception manager & room divisions manager all great, so efficient & helpful , it’s fantastic place, I have rebooked for next year and taking friends - brilliant - food amazing - shuttle bus into the city hourly was great - cab only £12 if miss the shuttle. Fantastic spa Entertainment team are very good Lots to do All staff very nice & friendly
Would’ve been nice to have a bath in the rooms & more UK tv channels WiFi could be better
