Destaco la amabilidad y disposicion del personal de recepcion,sobretodo Paola y Vanessa,que nos facilitaron la estancia en todo momento.Nuestro agradecimiento para ellas..

Necesita alguna reforma las instalaciones,sobre todo cocina que se empieza ya a notar el deterioro..Excesivo calor en la habitacion,lo que hacia imposible incluso dormir..Escasa limpieza de la habitacion..

the design of room meant only windows were at front making the room very dark

The room was modern and clean. The beds were very comfortable. Our room had a sea view (but most did not). The pool area was pleasant and not too busy even in August. The sun longers had comfortable cushions. There was free Wi-Fi but only in the reception area. The staff spoke excellent English. The hotel is close to the beach and shops. There is a big, proper supermarket right next door with normal (not tourist) prices.

It was not easy to park nearby and there was not even an unloading area outside to use for five minutes when checking in and out. No Wi-Fi in the rooms. Most rooms have no views. No kettle, toaster, grill or iron are supplied in the room. The fridge is adequate but the freezer compartment had no door and was frozen up solid. Our balcony door was broken and so could not be locked we reported this immediately but nothing was done about it - we were on the third floor, but the adjacent balcony could easily have accessed ours. The sliding wardrobe doors were broken and jammed making use of the wardrobe impossible we reported this twice but nothing was done about it.
