Just forget it ! impertinence / not tolerable noise Insolence beause of Constructionwork = 3. Informed Reception without reaction = impertinence 2 = 1. Everything must be renovated during operation +- 5 years (...if money reaches to the end) ... I wish guets good luck! = 4 Staff except the old lady at the door (dictator, Manipultor = 2) friendly = 8 (cuddles = 4). Breakfast average = 6- impertinence if all try to smile and a lot of Alternativ old Guests without Travel hotel experience move their Points to "I was happy because I must have be happy, because I've Paied. Just Rubish

Good internet Good breakfast Very central. Walking distance to Major places Had too much noise from construction nearby. Asked to change rooms and it was provided on the same day. Sadly, smaller room but ok
Had a water leak on my bathroom at night from upstairs room. Asked person at front desk to investigate and seemed not too interested in taking care of issue. Had to ask 2 more times to at least come and see my bathroom or go and check upstairs room. Had to put all towels to at least stop the dripping noise.

The hotel is in an excellent location. Great restaurants, cafes and sites very close by. It was a quick taxi ride over from the airport and very close to the historic center. It is also next door to a fabulous restaurant, Casa da Rosa. The room was big and the bathroom had a great shower head. The check-in and -out process was quick, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We didn't spend a lot of time in the room, mostly just to sleep in while we explored the city.
There was no air conditioning in the room, which is the norm for the area and I understood that. But there wasn't a screen on the window, so leaving it open began a problem with bugs. So it did get hot in the room.
