Grand Hotel Açores Atlântico

The property was immaculate, the staff was amazing and more. Very attentive and detailed with every aspect of our stay. The staff, especially the front desk, actually impressed us so much that we changed our next reservation to return to this hotel from one down the street. A++++

Good choice at breakfast. Staff always happy to advise or help. Nice decor.

Although the hotel is no smoking throughout, someone was smoking on a balcony below ours. It was hard to determine where the person was from our viewpoint. We reported it but there was very little the staff could do about it. I suppose installing smoke detectors on the balconies is not very practicable.

Superb location, great breakfast and helpful staff.

Swimming pool was a little cold.

The hotel was beautiful, the rooms were clean and very nice, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location was very close to town with lots of shopping, restaurants and points of interest nearby.
