Hotel Augustus et Otto

The location is nearby to Andel station for about 5 min. The room is decent and well priced. Got free taxi ride from Airport to Hotel (one way only).

I don't like one staff at the reception. She never gives a proper explanation when I asked about the City Tax which I told her I already paid fully when booking. She keeps telling me you have to pay, you have to pay. For me, I don't mind paying just I know that in the booking.com invoice, got the breakdown of City Tax which I assume I already paid in full. I eventually paid the City Tax and when the staff returns my deposit money, she just slams the deposit on the table, which I find very rude. After that, when I wanted to keep my bag on the last day after checkout since already argue about the City tax. The staff told me just keep there in the common area and don't even have the courtesy to show the place. Keeping our bag does not guarantee any security because there is a baggage tag also given to us. The bed comforter is too small.

The location was good, 15 min walk to main attractions, but the neighbourhood was nice and calm. The staff was helpful and nice!

The room was extra small, beds quite old and not comfortable, we were able to feel every spring im the mattress. The pillows also not comfortable at all.
