The hotel was in a great location. The breakfast buffet was the best we had anywhere on this trip to Europe. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was small but comfortable.
We were told we were getting an upgraded, renovated room. While the room was nice, it was located on level 1 adjacent to an open mezzanine overlooking the hotel lobby. At nighttime the noise from the lobby made it difficult to sleep. We didn't ask for a room change the next day because of the hassle to repack and wait for another room so we used earplugs to minimize the noise. The view from the room looked directly at large horizontal and vertical pipes and ductwork. (Not that we are staying here for the view though).

Breakfast was included and we had executive access to the lounge which included lunch, wine, happy hour, and spa. Great value!
The lighting in our bathroom made it almost impossible to see to apply my makeup.

Fantastic location. Walking distance to the train station and all the major sites. Breakfast was great with an unbelievable variety.
I had an odd shaped room. Top floor in angle-roofed building so half my room was unusable.

Super selection for breakfast. Even sushi ;) Central location.
Heavily overpriced. The hotel requested full prepayment of the room through their credit card processing system which was awkward as they had my CC number on file. The prepayment was not required as per booking.com rule for this room but I did not want to lose the reservation. The worst though was that they have given me a room with NO WINDOWS. literally no windows at the 6th floor. This is unacceptable for 170 euros rate. Even if they have changed the room after my complain.
