The cleanliness and prompt and clear reaponses from the hotel staff. The location was great and the business center was a huge plus! The breakfast was delicious and the bartender who tended to us was good. The room was very clean. I felt safe and comfortable the entire time.

Fantastic Breakfast. Loads of veggies, eggs, bread, pastries, fruit, soy & oat milk etc. Very comfortable bed. Large bedroom. Friendly staff.
I liked everything about this hotel.

the staff was great, friendly and very helpful. This helped make up for the fact that the rooms were not that comfortable and that you really needed to take the tram or a taxi to everywhere you needed to go...
The beds were not that comfortable. Wished it was closer to all of the action in the City...

The staff were really helpful - even before we arrived they gave useful info. We drove here from the UK so the garage was really important. Fabulous breakfast loads of choice. About a 15 min walk from the old town and right next to a tram stop. Great hotel and great staff. Lovely restaurant nearby too
