    Excellent breakfast, lovely pool area & lots of space, however as we didn't have a car, we did find that we had to get a lot of taxis to go Carvoiero. The shuttle bus only went three times a day & the last one at 5pm. So, if you are planning to travel around a bit its wise to hire a car. Staff are very polite & helpful.

    We had dinner in hotel one night only as we found the restaurant manager very indifferent and left us standing for 15 mins before he sat us down even though there were a number of empty tables.

    The breakfast was delicious, great choice of options. The stuff was very friendly and helpful: "anticipates the client's needs before the needs are needed" (nice touch: lunch box for the guests leaving very early, before the breakfast is available). The green area around the hotel is good for the nice short walks (especially after the heavy breakfast). The pool is in good condition, with plenty of space around it. There are several amazing beaches close by (for people with cars).

    The rooms were a bit dark - some improvements in the lighting are needed. It would be nice if there were some dishes, knives, bottle openers etc in the room - for guests who want to have some light meals inside or on the balcony (like fruits or cheese with wine).

    Very nice hotel/resort, excellent customer communication, nice little park, breakfast outside possible, option to opt out of room service and get a voucher for the bar

    Only 3 course menu possible in the restaurant, SuitePad in the room was missing (would have enhanced the guest experience)
