Ventajas: Cars are located very close to the check in desk; staff was helpful

CASH GRAB
Ventajas: The car.
Desventajas: We picked up the car at LONDON GATWICK airport and it would have been helpful if the girl who processed our pick up could have informed us about the LONDON CONGESTION CHARGE. We learned about it after driving in to London twice. You can pay the charge before going in to London and it is A LOT CHEAPER.. now we have to pay the fines AND PAY ENTERPRISE A 35 GBP processing fee per fine. I understand it is our responsibility to be aware of things but a little heads up would have been appreciated. Especially when we dropped off the car at Stansted and were told by the young man who processed the return that we should have been advised about the London Congestion charge.
