The property is big and spread over big area. Nice buffet

The approach road to this property is bad. The big potholes are bound to distract you every now and then. Please drive carefully to reach to the property. The food inside the property is very costly. Also as the property is near jungle the room is bound to have cockroaches. We had in our room. The minibar was empty and also service was quite slow.

The property rooms are ok. But the staff is extremely unprofessional.

Check in was extremely bad. They are rude, you have try and ask for assistance. no one is bothered about you are checking in. Probably this is just a wedding hotel, and cant cater to FIT's. Since i have already made the payment at the hotel a day before check in for my parents, the front desk insisted while checking in the that my parents pay.When i called reservations they were least bothered and said payment is made. Only if you tell the person in front office can we do anything. Than they finally checked and called me back saying nothing like that happened at check in and the guest were not asked for payment. It was as if he just said that i made up this story up.
