Desventajas: OTORGAR AUDÍFONOS Y EVITAR QUE LOS PASAJEROS COLOQUEN SUS MALETAS DE MANO EN LUGARES QUE NO LES CORRESPONDEN PARA AGILIZAR LA SALIDA AL ATERRIZAR EL AVIÓN.

Ventajas: Crew amazing, food really good, I just had a better experience because the lack of leg room, my 3 years old was hitting the next seat so the lady totally ignorant and mediocre was arguing with me.

Desventajas: Change people seats when they are very picky

Desventajas: Some of the crew members were rude and inconsiderate - if you see that someone is sleeping, you don’t stand at their seat and lean on it and shake it while you’re waiting to give the security demo before take off.

Desventajas: Crew was rude to passengers. One passenger asked for extra bread and crew arrogantly commented , we dont give but ok take one.

Desventajas: Staff at the airport pushing you to upgrade to first class but not making it clear only the first trip from Athens to Amsterdam which the first class uses same uncomfortable seats as the economy to pay extra 130 euros ridiculous airfrance stuff! I should have flown all the way to NYC first class!!!

Desventajas: No hacer perder los vuelos a sus pasajeros ya que tenia que vilar ayer y me cerraron la puerta en la cara xdocpor una demora con la policia me demoré y robaron 150 € por cambiarme el billete cdo nonera mi culpa. Deben tratar mejor al pasajero. Ya que el avion estaba aun con la manga colocada.

Desventajas: I cancelled the flight within hours of booking and got the ticket refunded three weeks later, not the 5-7 business days they promised, but I never got a refund for the luggage fee. Will do my best to avoid them in the future

Desventajas: I really wonder about the boarding procedure... isn't "back to front" more efficient? What is this Comfort +, Main Cabin 1, Main Cabin 2, Basic thing? Is that supposed to make you feel better because you paid for a seat selection?!

Flight attendants were MIA the whole time. Food service was regular. I am completely disappointed of Aeromexico

Desventajas: Small seats 4 abreast--too close for any comfort for transatlantic flight. Would not fly this particular airplane again if possible.

Desventajas: Being near the back of the plane we missed out on all the food options except for the chicken wrap which was horrible. You ran out of everything else.

Desventajas: The crew were not too courteous, but I've come to expect a little bit of cheery happiness from them after flying porter. Not sure I'd complain about this, though. The food was the highlight. The only vegetarian option was mac-n-cheese, and it was horrid. I didn't even try finishing it.

Desventajas: The seats are quite worn, with crumbs and drips here and there from previous flyers, and the magazines very dog-eared - makes you feel a bit like you don't want to touch anything.
