Ventajas: I didn’t get on this flight. Due to the departure at LAX. It would’ve been nice to know that this was a possibility before the arrival. Although the ladies at Japan Airlines were able to get me on a later flight, it almost didn’t happen. But the kept making calls to help me. I’m very thankful they were able to get me on ANA flight at 8pm.

Ventajas: The coach seats were larger than seats for domestic flights. The windows were dimmable for optimal lighting.

Desventajas: The armrests did not go up all the way, which made it difficult to maximize comfort with my travel partner.

Desventajas: I didnt get bulk head seats that are near the restroom for my disabled father. He had a terrible flight

Ventajas: Crew was fantastic.

Ventajas: I like the option to upgrade for a paid seat. Having the window sit with the middle seat available provides extra space.

Desventajas: Not being delayed at takeoff. We didn’t have enough time, as it was, to catch our flight to Boston and had to run to catch our flight. The scanners at passport control were also a problem.

Ventajas: Great new airport. Friendly staff. Traveled with them before and will again. Great rate and 2 bags!

Ventajas: Due to my religious faith I had booked special meals on Turkish Airlines. ( isegnent - Turkey to Washington DC ). Not only did the crew decline having my food reservation but they forced me to have food totally against my faith. Not sure if he airlines is biased against religions

Ventajas: Bad handling and organization by JAL ground management. There was no support at the gate or clear leadership or direction of what needed to happen or what was to be done for the passengers They dumped everything in the Malaysian ground agents to handle without clear direction. Very poor service and no accountability

Desventajas: I don't think it could be made better but legroom on this flight was cramped. Certain planes in the JAL fleet have really cramped legroom and uncomfortable seats.

Desventajas: Chose emergency exit on Cathay 777-300. Terrible.. was squished like a sardine! And I was in window seat... was not even able to eat! Worst economy class I have been in years!!! Never again....

I was ask to go to another person who issued me check in baggage sticker and told me to hand over your baggage to a person inside. At last he mentioned to not put any valuables in that bag. My carry on bag was just 1lb extra and the first person could have told me right away and I would have thrown away chocolates and brought down the weight to permissible limit. In general passenger do carry valuable stuff in carry on bag. I had to follow whatever I was told.

Desventajas: Actually I was disturbed that CX offers a tabloid newspaper like Apple daily, especially at this sensitive stage when hk is going through such turmoil instigated and supported by Jimmy Lai’s group. It is offensive that such a biased newspaper is on offer, when there are other Chinese newspaper with a more neutral stand. Cathy has been viewed as a sympathiser of “yellow” rioters because of its involvement by management n crew. Now it just brings it more to the memory how CX might be what the leaked reports that many equipment has been compromised by CX crew onboard. Many of CX customers are from middle class, and it could be a big turn-off. It is unwise to patronise a tabloid newspaper when the owner has been named by China as the culprit of the recent troubles in hk. It’s like offering Al Jazeera news on united airlines entertainment........During the whole trip, I was captivated by these thoughts.
