Desventajas: Old Aircraft Interior, could be more comfortable

Desventajas: The boarding was substantially late. There could have been better communication about the delay. However, the plane still landed on time and the flight was quite comfortable

Ventajas: Easy boarding and flight was 3 and 3 across. Short flight but nice surprise that they still served a full meal and came by twice serving drinks. Would fly again.

Desventajas: They keep the air temp. somewhat warmer than we are used to in the US in the cabin but we just kept our vents above our head open with a breeze on us so it was ok.

Ventajas: Missed our connection flight. Time to close terminal to far away. Ran to gate closed as we got there.

Desventajas: Spending night in Chicago O'hare airport where we rerouted.

Ventajas: Despite the fact that im a platinum member they offer no benefits during the flight. Seats are torture chairs . Im definitely moving my bussiness w another airline

Desventajas: The plane was very old. It had cigarette ash tray in the armrests and bathrooms. It also only had three screens to watch movies. The headphone jack did not work properly and you could not hear the movie well. There were no screens in the chairs in front.

Desventajas: Plane left an hour late - due to not enough water! American always has some excuse. On an overnight flight where people like to sleep, the pilot shouldn't be making an announcement one and 1/2 hours before landing, waking everyone up! Movie selection is very old.

Desventajas: Being near the back of the plane we missed out on all the food options except for the chicken wrap which was horrible. You ran out of everything else.

Ventajas: Nothing. I flu form FLL to Yul and back. I have 3 hours delay each time. At the beginning they announce 1 hour and after that nothing. No explanation why.

Desventajas: Continued. In my way back my seat was on the back of the plain. As soon I take my seat an urine smell hit my nose. All passengers around me complain about same issue. Desventajas: On board crew provided poor services and lacked proper training. Overall, the crew were hostile toward passengers and did not provide proper services of cleaning the trays or providing adequate beverages during flight

Desventajas: Unfortunately there were many babies crying and poking around the entire time, but that can’t be helped. Everything airlines related was great though.

Desventajas: The seats were not really confortable and the TV menu did not have enough English shows or new movies, even old ones within the menu would've been great. Also - this probably has nothing to do with the company but- there were passengers who took their shoes, even their socks out! It was disgusting

Desventajas: Flight delayed again. Flight was delayed due to “preparations “ but the plane was at the gate for 3 hours before boarding. Did not make sense. Flight was warm in the plane.

Desventajas: Boarding by bus .... on time but departure delayed 45 mins ... I guess typical for China ...

Ventajas: Helpful friendly staff serving on a clean, modern plane, with meal service on even two hour (international) flight. Great value.

Desventajas: Most flight attendants have only limited English ability, but it’s enough for basic communication. Very friendly and helpful in Chinese though!

Ventajas: Being in economy seats for 12+ hours could have felt more cramped, because I'm a big guy. However, there was adequate space as long as the kid in the next seat has had adequate parenting. (That was a problem, but I can't blame that on the airline.) The flight attendants were helpful and friendly.

Desventajas: As others have said, the food wasn't great. It's kind of a cross between Chinese and western fare, but it's edible. Also, the economy seats were a little hard. I sat on my memory foam neck cushion to give my butt a break.

Desventajas: Better seating... seats are small and crampy. The flight attendants were not friendly and attentive. I pressed the call button 3 times within an hour to receive headphones and they never came. My neighbor let me borrow hers. The food was terrible. Not many vegan options.

Desventajas: Flight was good. Since flying is everyday anymore if you want perks you will just have to pay for something more.

Ventajas: The crew was amazing but I was on a United flight since American was late leaving Athens. AA booked me on a later flight from Chicago to San Francisco on United. They issued separate inside seats for my wife and I. United showed me their kindness by putting us together in economy Plus.

Desventajas: I don't blame American for being late but putting me on a United flight and splitting up my wife and I seperate seats was a little under the bar.

Ventajas: I loved the film with kabuki characters to introduce safety procedures.

Desventajas: I am diabetic & would have been better if I could get a aisle seat as I requested otherwise I didn’t have to wake up too often my both side passengers!! We were few Indian passengers missing our Hindi movies...

Desventajas: On time is always nice. Overbooked someone in my seat when boarding. On arrival sat for a while to get into the gate on a flight that was already 90 minutes late

Ventajas: The crew always smiles and very accomodating.

Desventajas: The main course could have been better or improve. I wasn’t satisfied with the taste.

Ventajas: Crew was attentive, food tasted great, the whole experience wasn't anything like the American style companies that try to shake you down for every penny and still get get ripped off.

Desventajas: The whole experience was great for flying economy long distance. I will 100% be looking for Japan air as an option for any flight I do in the future.

Desventajas: Even after requesting fruit platter as my food a few times, I have not got any food at all. They offered meat options that they had at that time, but no vegetarian option at all.

Ventajas: Premium seating made a huge difference. Even though I am petite, I had a laptop, tablet and work that had to go under the seat in front of me, and I still had plenty of legroom.

Desventajas: The seatback offered free streaming of AA entertainment on my tablet, but when I opened the browser and selected entertainment, the only option was to pay $9.95, so I just watched downloaded Netflix episodes. Plus the movies offered on AA streaming didn't look especially good.
