Desventajas: The boarding process.... we had to change gates kind of last minute and from there on it was a bit chaotic ... we boarded via buses and then had to climb stairs to enter our airplane.

Desventajas: The flight and crew were very good. An hour late taking off with not explanation. Frustrating on an hour flight.

Desventajas: The attendants could have been more hospitable

Ventajas: The crew was amazing. The economic seat (I always prefer to select aisle seat) was OK for me.

Desventajas: I often prefer to take Air Canada flight for the departure to any international cities, because it hardly happened to have any cancelled AC flights during my Air flight dates in my past years trips.

Ventajas: The seats were comfortable, entertainment during the long flight was very good.

Desventajas: Do not show options with a connecting flight boarding before the first flight has arrived. My family had to run a long distance from our arriving gate to the departing one in the Munich airport, which is not a small one!! Luckily United was holding the plane for us!

Desventajas: The transfer at Frankfurt was a horrible experience. The terminal for departure was all the was at the other side of the airport. Leaving me barely enough time to transfer.

Ventajas: No complaints about the flight or the crew.

Desventajas: Delayed repeatedly. 3 hours behind schedule and no clear explanation was offered.

Desventajas: Flight was delayed by 3 hours, but not United's fault. Also the snack selection not great. They did play movies on back of headrests, but we had no volume and no where to plug in headsets that I could see. So basically had to watch a movie with no sound.

Desventajas: Lufthansa missed my flight

Ventajas: Comfortable seats, no delays, smooth flight

Desventajas: Food choices were terrible - breakfast time and no breakfast food, no sandwiches just overpriced snacks.

Desventajas: Half the screens were not working - crew were made aware but nothing was done. Vegetarian choices were poor to non-existent ; I witnessed crew insist to a passenger that there were no vegetarian options! They finally cobbled something together for him but not a pleasant experience

Desventajas: Provide another blanket when needed, was wearing shorts and a short sleeve shirt.

Ventajas: Crew was attentive. Timings were spot on.

Desventajas: Virtually no information at boarding which made everybody just make a huge line. Boarding they a bus, it was raining and we got wet.

Ventajas: Efficient well groomed staff, thoughtful amenities such as baby seat belts & toiletry kit containing toothbrushes. Palatable tasty cuisine.

Desventajas: The seats it’s too cramped, also paying 4 dollars for a water is ridiculous and to top things off children crying the whole flight I rather spend my money on another airline

Ventajas: Nothing I couldn’t get this flight because of the delay of the previous one

Desventajas: The company could have hold it knowing there were travellers on connection. If not, knowing that they were no flight before the next day they could have prepare hotel booking for us because all hotels were full at midnight when we finally could get there.

Ventajas: We loved the snacks, the hot towels, the timely beverage service, and great selection of video options.

Ventajas: Safe and fast journey.

Desventajas: It was warm on the fight, it would had been better if the air conditioning was turned on the entire duration of the flight.

Ventajas: The crew was amazing but I was on a United flight since American was late leaving Athens. AA booked me on a later flight from Chicago to San Francisco on United. They issued separate inside seats for my wife and I. United showed me their kindness by putting us together in economy Plus.

Desventajas: I don't blame American for being late but putting me on a United flight and splitting up my wife and I seperate seats was a little under the bar.

Desventajas: Plane left an hour late - due to not enough water! American always has some excuse. On an overnight flight where people like to sleep, the pilot shouldn't be making an announcement one and 1/2 hours before landing, waking everyone up! Movie selection is very old.

Ventajas: Crew was great.

Desventajas: There is for a 4 hours flight just a small snack - just like a local flight. Then there is no bedding at all, just a blanket. Very poor for a F-class ticket.

Desventajas: Had the seats in the emergency exit row had liftable handles between the seats, it would have been more comfortable... the rigid seats where not easy on my hips for a 9 hour flight

Ventajas: It was ok...I always find paris-jeddah better than Frankfurt-jeddah (in food service, plane size, entertainment...etc)

Desventajas: Food level need to improve...The chicken meal was not well prepared, and the chicken needed to be cooked well... flight attendent was nice and switched to a beef meal.

Desventajas: offering water at regular intervals (or at least once or twice in the entire 8 to 9 hour flight would be good.

Desventajas: Many delays boarding plane. No entertainment at all on a flight longer than 3 hours is insane. Flight crew are great, though.

Desventajas: Late check in and takeoff because cleaning crew didn’t show up on time. Late landing because plane below was cleared to take off late. Didn’t receive instructional video until after takeoff because TVs wouldn’t work at first. Uncomfortable seating.

Ventajas: We appreciated the generous amounts of free red wine.

Desventajas: We were not notified by email for checkin. When I went to the Lufthansa site as directed, the confirmation code didn’t work. I called Lufthansa, and it wasn’t easy to find the phone number. My confirmation code had changed and I was told I had to go to the United site. Why wasn’t I informed?
