Desventajas: For Air Canada to go bankrupt.

Desventajas: We had a 3.5 hour delay. The crew could have offered extras to make up for it.

Desventajas: Cramped seats. No IFE. Chaotic boarding. Luggage missed flight.

Ventajas: La tripulación era genial. Se me perdió un artefacto y uno de los sobrecargos hizo lo imposible por ayudarme...y lo encontramos. Siempre estaré agradecida! Ofrecían botellas de agua a menudo. Muy bien

Desventajas: La comida (pasta) no tenía nada de sabor y mucha grasa. No fue nada agradable.

Desventajas: USB charging didn’t work. WiFi wouldn’t connect. Food was horrible. Cheap pasta. Flight attendants are just German, no warmth or connection, they just gave orders like we were employees. Will try to avoid Lufthansa in future if possible

Ventajas: Nothing. I missed my original connection because the flight from Budapest was late and I was put in a cramped middle seat while there were seats open in First Class. I should have been upgraded

Desventajas: Upgrade passengers that you make late.

Ventajas: The crew was awesome u almost missed the flight but they really helped out.

Ventajas: Good amount of space on the plane, lots of movies to watch, good food and drink.

Ventajas: The crew tried to be helpful but were equally frustrated with the ground crew.

Desventajas: Follow your own policies. Allow people to board (economy plus) with their hand luggage who have followed all the rules and chosen a seat in the front of the plane. My daughter and my KLM approved baggage were taken by the boarding crew while allowing other passengers to go with more than allowed

Desventajas: I was almost forced to stow my luggage in the hold despite me telling the check-in people tjat I had my meds and cpap in the carryon. I spoke to multiple people. Not sensitive.

Ventajas: Great crew and entertainment. Terrible experience at CDG airport but that’s the airports fault.

Ventajas: The seats were bigger across the shoulder area and had more padding than some other budget airlines.

Desventajas: Wish there was more elbow room in the seat. I am a big guy and I was having to squish myself so as to not interfere with my neighbor

Ventajas: The crew was so helpful and they feed us well. We relieved a snack, a meal, and a desert. The airline left on time and arrived early to my destination. Very enjoyable flight.

Ventajas: Everything from the crew being super accomodating and friendly to the comfort and taste of the food was delicious.

Desventajas: Swiss air returned my bagage damaged and there is no way to report it!

Desventajas: Crew wouldn't let me board because a ticket from Spain to France was not sufficient evidence I would leave Europe. So I bought one from Italy to Singapore and they didn't accept that either. I lost over 1,000 dollars.

Desventajas: Between first flight from Venice to get the airplane to San Juan just 50 minutes. We were running to get a board

Desventajas: Pedí una dieta especial ovolactovegetariana (con tiempo para no pasar congojas ni hambre) y me dieron una dieta completamente vegetariana. Hice todo el proceso en línea y ahí aparecía la opción de la dieta deseada, pero parece ser que pasaron por alto una parte de mi solicitud.

Desventajas: Boarding was somewhat chaotic. They kept changing the gate often. Had to walk from extreme end of terminal, then walk back.

Ventajas: The food is terrible no choices you can tell nothing is fresh they did not even have enough white wine

Desventajas: The seats were so uncomfortable for such a long flight. And they was not enough space between rows. I felt like cattle. It was in humane. My legs were numb several times during flight. My chair would not recline properly. I’m exhausted. Won’t be booking aireuropa ever again.

Ventajas: The crew was very attentive, as was to be expected for Business Class service.

Desventajas: Out of a total of only seven (7) Business Class passengers on the flight from Venice to Madrid, for some reason they only had five (5) meals available, so we were offered a selection from the standard economy class snack list, which was substandard and very disappointing considering we paid for Business Class and therefore expected a Business Class meal and not just a snack! Very poorly planned and completely unacceptable!

Ventajas: The staff is always very polite and nice.

Desventajas: First flight of the day was majorly delayed. I understand these things happen. But all flights before 09:00 are the star flights where airlines get their on-time departure scores. They failed today.

Desventajas: Include the baggage fee in the price of the ticket

Desventajas: Delayed 1.5 hours each way for maintenance, did not allow us to switch seats to sit together previously at flight and the flight was very empty. Very uncomfortable seats. Will not fly AA again

Desventajas: We changed terminals and the communication was minimal. The original plane had mx issues, so the boarding/takeoff time kept slipping.

Desventajas: The video screen freaked up a lot and I was unable to watch movies listen to music for the better part of the 11 hour flight. I noticed other passengers had the same problem.

Desventajas: Crew service, uninterested, careless, unemphatic, absolutely not dedicated to service, even borderline rude.

Desventajas: Half the screens were not working - crew were made aware but nothing was done. Vegetarian choices were poor to non-existent ; I witnessed crew insist to a passenger that there were no vegetarian options! They finally cobbled something together for him but not a pleasant experience

Ventajas: 15 years ago I told myself not to fly Delta anymore. But these 2 flights Detroit to Amsterdam and back changed my mind. I enjoyed the flight very much and I'm looking forward to the next one.

Desventajas: When a bought my ticket, I had asked in the office about WiFi. They told me that you have WiFi on the plane. I had checked this information on KLM.com and saw the same, that you have WiFi. This was the reason, why a chose KLM! Then I tried to connected on board but I couldn’t! WiFi was not available. Crew told me that they don’t know anything about it! I was disappointed and angry.

Desventajas: Don’t pack people in like sardines! Our seats were so close it was in humane! Also we were in the back of the plane and it was uncomfortably hot! Why are there no individual a/c blowers over each seat!! Because of the heat and the cramped seats had to keep getting up and standing in the back because I was so claustrophobic!! Miserable, miserable, miserable!!!

Ventajas: I got an aisle seat right near the bulkhead with so much leg room. There were so many free amenities. It was the biggest plane I'd ever seen - very well kept and clean. Crew was nice and quick with service.

Ventajas: Nothing. The airline changed the departure time for the first leg of my flight so I could not check my connection and had to cancel my flight and rebook with another airline.

Desventajas: The flight was delayed by 3 hours making me late for the next two flights and ultimately costing me an entire day longer in transit. While I understand these things happen, Air Canada's response to me asking for help was abysmal. Ultimately, they didn't care and told me it was my problem. Sadly, one of the first people I talked to really did want to help and arranged flights that would have gotten me back on track but he was prevented from confirming the changes due to management. I will never fly with Air Canada ever again.
