Ventajas: Crew was great, very responsive and hospitable!

Desventajas: more lunch choices, especially choices without dairy products.

Desventajas: Staff at the airport pushing you to upgrade to first class but not making it clear only the first trip from Athens to Amsterdam which the first class uses same uncomfortable seats as the economy to pay extra 130 euros ridiculous airfrance stuff! I should have flown all the way to NYC first class!!!

Ventajas: economy plus seats were nice, great movie selection, especially international movies

Desventajas: crew was not friendly, i had to ask for water many times, usually water person walk the aisle. food was terrible. other carriers food were better

Desventajas: Departure time was almost 2 hours late and the communication of the cabin crew regarding this issue was poor. Almost an hour went by without an update.

Ventajas: Nothing !! Such a bullshit flight ever !!!

Desventajas: No tv fo 14 hr long flight !! Flight delayed for 1 he !! No proper arranged to board .. it was kiosk!! Food quality was worse. No space to seat !! Can’t sleep .. no leg space !! Worst fight till the date !!!

Desventajas: The best airline what I was flying so far !! Excellent food, drink, comfort seat, free entertainment with great selection.

Ventajas: Flight attendant was rude to my non French speaking 12 year old. He ripped his charger out of the USB port and threw it at him.

Desventajas: TSA was sketchy and gave a FULL search, part down, etc. I kept asking and the excuse kept changing. Final excuse ridiculous! Flight attendant could have not treated my son as he way he did. I was unaware that the usb cord being inputted during taxiing As was my son. He was horrible to him!!

Desventajas: Seats don’t recline at all and wasn’t even offered water on a close to 3 hour flight. Bare bones service to be sure.

Ventajas: Food was good, lots of great movies to watch during such long flight.

Desventajas: Check-in process and seat selection is misguiding and confusing. Boarding was slow and takeoff took place an hour later than scheduled.

Ventajas: The entertainment was ok.

Desventajas: The staff was rude and ignored me and the person who sat next to me drinks we ordered (just simple water and a coke). They offered a variety of meal options, yet when they got to me they said they only had a beef option so i had no other choice but when they went to the person behind me they had dif

Desventajas: We went to Gatwick(75.00 Uber) to reschedule in person and we were told there were no refunds and if we wanted to change it would be 250 pounds. It is my wife’s and my 35 year anniversary and this wants a mood dampener

Desventajas: crew seemed bored and annoyed to be on the plane, seats were pretty awful

Desventajas: First of all my booking didnt have a checked bag included !! Since when british air do not include checled bags in their tickets . Second its way too expensive to add the baglike 100$ for each flight !! 400$ for me and my wife !! Third when i checked in and wanted to chose my seat 50$ each !!!

Desventajas: No es posible que retrasen tanto un vuelo cuando hay quienes vamos a la CDMX por unas horas a tener dos o tres citas y perdemos una o dos por culpa de sus resfriados. Más de dos horas y media perdidas en espera del vuelo, terrible, y ni siquiera un intento por acomodar a quienes nos urge llegar.

Ventajas: The crew was very knowledgeable and assertive in their commands.

Desventajas: Planes are too small. There weren’t any TVs on them and all 4 of my flights ran late.

Desventajas: Tried to select my seat 2 weeks out from flight. Was told by multiple delta employees I can only change at the gate. Was unable to change seat and ended up getting downgraded to middle seat middle row. Rude flight staff that barked at the passengers

Desventajas: Really packed together seats...more room. Crew spoke very loudly on plane...jarring

Desventajas: There was no in-flight entertainment! This is ridiculous for an overnight, international flight.

Ventajas: The crew was amazing but I was on a United flight since American was late leaving Athens. AA booked me on a later flight from Chicago to San Francisco on United. They issued separate inside seats for my wife and I. United showed me their kindness by putting us together in economy Plus.

Desventajas: I don't blame American for being late but putting me on a United flight and splitting up my wife and I seperate seats was a little under the bar.

Desventajas: For such a LONG flight, grateful to ask Turkish Airlines to make available bigger aircrafts.

Desventajas: It took around 15 minutes for airplane to park and I was very near to loose my second flight, if my second flight had not delayed I would have loose it totally.

Desventajas: Old Plane, My seat control had an error message, service could improve a lot it was a first class ticket and I had no service at all... I had just ONE DRINK during all the flight. Flight attendants were MIA the whole time. Food service was regular. I am completely disappointed of Aeromexico

Ventajas: Cheap flights

Desventajas: Needs better customer service (includes on the phone and in person) Provided no help at the Aeromexico counter, ended up missing my flight. Due to unable to print my boarding pass cause the flight was delayed. Definitely will not fly with this airline. Will NOT recommend to friends!!

Desventajas: The luggage was mishandled when we got to EWR. Landed 9:15, got my luggage at 10:45

Ventajas: Because i changed to business class, it was a different experience. Comfort, convenience, good service.

Desventajas: Que hubiera un mejor manejo con el equipaje, extraviaron una maleta de mi familia.

Ventajas: MUY BUEN TRATO Y CÓMODOS LOS ASIENTOS

Desventajas: OTORGAR AUDÍFONOS Y EVITAR QUE LOS PASAJEROS COLOQUEN SUS MALETAS DE MANO EN LUGARES QUE NO LES CORRESPONDEN PARA AGILIZAR LA SALIDA AL ATERRIZAR EL AVIÓN.

Ventajas: perfect

Desventajas: Entertainment system is dated. Screens froze often, were not very touch sensitive and the sound was pretty bad (on mine, would only provide sound to one ear, so I had to turn up other bc of poor quality and ended up w a headache.) Also, bathrooms were gross; ran out of paper and floors were "soiled"

Desventajas: We were packed like sardines! My flight made me want to retire from traveling!

Ventajas: Food was ok

Desventajas: AC was not turned on until flight was up in air. That means for 30 minutes passengers were sweating sitting in a suffocating cabin. Crew refused to give Green Tea, saying only available in business class Inflight screen size was very small ...5-6 inches only

Desventajas: 70’ late on a 45’ flight

Desventajas: My wifi was not working for the entire trip!

Ventajas: They had a movie screen with movies available. Even though the trip was short, it was nice to have that option.

Desventajas: More leg room in economy class seating. Very little recline of seats. It is torture flying on a Boeing 777 for 8 hours in economy.
