Desventajas: The TVs weren’t working on the seats for the duration of the 8 hour flight. Some of them were working for other customers and we pointed it out to some of the flight attendants but they took no action

Desventajas: Swiss air returned my bagage damaged and there is no way to report it!

Desventajas: They lost my suitcase

Desventajas: My checked bag did not make it to London, and it’s really affected my short stay which requires a lot of traveling around England.

Desventajas: Awful experience, we're travelling with a Toddler and they didn't have any consideration at all...the staff always with a bad attitude

Desventajas: The people working on the land side lack of a complete sense of service. They are rude, unrespectful and with no professionalism. It is a shame that the last impression you get from Israel is the aggressiveness.

Ventajas: The flights were on time. The crews on both flights were friendly.

Desventajas: Figuring out how to get boarding passes after seat assignment was not easy or forthcoming because I flew basic economy, especially on my connecting flight. Having instructions on that would be helpful.

Desventajas: I didn’t like that the flight had a 4 hour delay!

Desventajas: When I booked my flight I was never asked if I wanted to include a piece of luggage so I assumed it was covered, and then I got charged $120 for it at the check-in desk. No apologies whatsoever from the lady, who was pretty rude. I will never fly with them again since the service is not great and this charge made the overall cost of the trip more expensive than traveling with a better airline.

Ventajas: The customer service phone number was impossible to get through on in order to take to someone within 24 hours of my flight in order to make my Special Meals request as I have Celiac's Disease. I was unable to make this selection at booking as when you book through a third party like Expedia, which I did, you cannot access the same internal tools required to make that selection. You can ONLY then call once you have checked in before the flight in order to let the airline know of your Special Meal needs. This is not only a terrible policy as it undercuts those who ARE ultimately still buying tickets to their airline, and that the airline is CHOOSING to sell. It provided me with an extremely subpar experience of the airline but left up to the last minute with doubts about my ability to board a 13 he international flight without the reassurance that I would have ANY meals aboard and no other options should that be the case. Right before my flight departed I was reassured that the information we had requested Expedia relay to the airline internally the day before, who we called when we couldn't get through to the airline, WAS able to convey this Special Meal request and I was going to have food on the flight, so I then did not purchase a bunch of snacks in the airport to have as options. The first meal in, no Special Meal was provided and I had to explain then entire situation all over again. They assured me they would figure it out and get me taken care of. However, no one who assisted me conveyed this to anyone else on the flight and every time food was dispersed, same situation. This was stressful and exhausting and the options provided me were modified to be gluten free, such as an entire plate of fruit for my snack, instead of the protein heavy snack everyone else received, because there truly wasn't extra for that type of dietary restriction. This was stressful and I was very hungry on the flight. One of the attendants got me a few chunks of cheese from first class, but otherwise, it wasn't great. I would advise travelers with Special Meal requests NOT to fly with AirCanada.

Desventajas: Have kinder staff. Be more customer oriented. Be more like Westjet.

Desventajas: The flight was delayed by 3 hours making me late for the next two flights and ultimately costing me an entire day longer in transit. While I understand these things happen, Air Canada's response to me asking for help was abysmal. Ultimately, they didn't care and told me it was my problem. Sadly, one of the first people I talked to really did want to help and arranged flights that would have gotten me back on track but he was prevented from confirming the changes due to management. I will never fly with Air Canada ever again.

Desventajas: More comfortable seats

Desventajas: Lots of delays and sometimes confusing communications from the airlines about departure times.

Ventajas: Terrible

Desventajas: American isn’t my preferred airline for obvious reasons (delays, notoriously bad service, old planes, and a lack of amenities like WiFi and tv’s), but now I’ll never spend my money with them again. They took me off an already delayed flight after I’d already boarded to examine my smart bag. I know that lithium batteries can’t be taken in the underbelly of the plane and I knew my bag would likely be checked at the gate (why I removed the battery and left it at home in the first place). When they asked me if I had a lithium battery in my bag I said “no.” They then gate checked the bag and allowed me on the plane. After everyone had been boarded (half an hour after we’d been scheduled to take off) they then called my name out on the speaker. I had to then de-board the plane and re-explain to staff that there was no lithium battery in my bag. The staff didn’t believe me citing the infallible logic: “there are ports so there’s a battery.” I told them again and again that the battery had been removed and the charging ports—while there—were inert as they weren’t attached to the battery. STILL, I had to remove all of my clothes from the bag, and open every single compartment (of which there were many) for them to allow me to get back onto the plane. They were telling me that they might have to “rebook the flight” if my bag couldn’t get on. I don’t think I need to explain how agitated/terrified that made me.

Desventajas: Full can of soda

Ventajas: Full bottle of water and continuous refreshments in flight.

Desventajas: Connections booked together need more time for larger airports. I had over an hour connection on paper and had to run through the entire airport to even catch my flight. My mother on a separate flight arrived ten minutes before her flight took off even though booking stated a full hour. Also the quality and cleanliness of the plane needs improvement. Lufthansa is normally amazing quality but both flights today were subpar. Bathroom smelled of urine, old and dirty seats with no support. Dirty hand rests and outdated screens which skipped with movies

Ventajas: Drinks served on flight. Comfortable seats.

Desventajas: Food.

Ventajas: Smooth flight for the most part.

Desventajas: Better food choices. Better communication and better boarding procedures by rows or groups.

Ventajas: The crew was fantastic!

Ventajas: KLM STAFF WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL

Desventajas: SOME CREW MEMBERS WERE ABIT RUDE. THEY NEED TO WORK ON THEIR ATTITUDE

Desventajas: Staff at the airport pushing you to upgrade to first class but not making it clear only the first trip from Athens to Amsterdam which the first class uses same uncomfortable seats as the economy to pay extra 130 euros ridiculous airfrance stuff! I should have flown all the way to NYC first class!!!

Desventajas: I was almost forced to stow my luggage in the hold despite me telling the check-in people tjat I had my meds and cpap in the carryon. I spoke to multiple people. Not sensitive.

Desventajas: Boarding (by bus) was a total chaos. I had to stand for about 50 minutes, either on the crowded bus or, after climbing with great difficulty three flights of stairs to a high jet-bridge (I am 76), standing there forever with 200 persons waiting to get access to the plane. Totally unacceptable. They started the boarding process early (50 minutes before departure), but passengers were allowed to actually board the plane at the time it was supposed to take off.

Desventajas: Advertised October Pink products but did not have them for breast cancer support

Ventajas: The seat was very comfortable.

Desventajas: My boyfriend and I were required to gate check our carry-on luggage which required us to go through customs in Paris to get to our bag and re-enter security for our connecting international flight. I am unsure why this was the case as other passengers brought the same size luggage. Very upsetting.

Ventajas: Seat was very comfortable, plenty of leg room.

Desventajas: Food trays left for 45 mins. This was premium economy Check in took forever even though I checked in 3 hours before departure. Didn't seem to be any staff near self serve check in screens to advise passengers.

Desventajas: Size of the seats

Ventajas: Unlike my previous BA LHR-PHX flights, this one was in a 787. The humidity is much better in a 787. It makes a huge comfort difference in a 10-hour flight. As always on BA, the food was very good.

Desventajas: Seats were a a bit cramped. The flight crew seemed overworked.

Desventajas: The least comfortable and smallest narrow business class seats ever

Ventajas: Flight was on time and clean.

Desventajas: They missed by special meal once.

Ventajas: I booked an aisle seat and they did not honour it at checking
