The flight was oversold by five people and although there were first class seats available, the agent initially wasn’t willing to give them to us without upcharging us for them. No way we were going to get upchargwd for something that was not our fault!"

Desventajas: "The crew wasn’t as friendly and acted annoyed because some people’s were taking too long to be seated. Instead of reminding them friendly, they were rude and just told everyone to hurry up and sit down."

Ventajas: "Friendly gate staff Friendly flight attendants Seats bigger than Spirit Airline's Just $15 for an upgraded 6th row window seat Accepted my carry-on bag free, without measuring the the wheels as part of it's measurement. Note: Spirit always accepted this same carry-on for many flights over the years, but didn't on this same trip to my location. ( This Sun Country trip was on the return flight. )"

Ventajas: "The Security at both Logan and Minn. where first class. Suncountry had its own section which allowed for a quick and efficient security process. The food options, though paid for, are reasonable in price and much greater in variety. I do wish they had some free snack options."
Desventajas: "No entertainment, well they had hand held devices you could rent but that was not ideal. The room in the seats was the worst in the industry. I am 6' tall and I could barely fit my legs under the seat in front of me with a small bag there. For the price it is well worth it and I would do it again for a short flight but nothing of length."

Ventajas: "I Like That's That They Have Non-Stop Flight To MSP. The Crew And The Confort Of The Airplane Were All Great. I Would Definitely Fly With Them Again."

Desventajas: "The flight was 8 hours late. The stated reason "weather" was not credible and we not informed. There was no offer of a meal or any other accommodation at all. I will NEVER fly Sun Country again!"

Desventajas: "it would be easier and faster if they started loading from the back first, this way it wouldn' t hold up the people that have seats up front and are in the way of the people that have to go to the back seats. I t' s o k for the 1st glass people to load first and parents with small children too"

Ventajas: "Everything was great and quick from Fort Myers to Cancun"
Desventajas: "Once leaving Cancun, we went through main security with no problems. But as we were attempting to board I had to be checked a second time, I do not feel that this was necessary since I was already cleared by TSA. All they said was this is a random check. I was held so long that my and my wife had to search for over head space for our carry on bags, as there was almost none left. I do not feel that there was any cause for this and made our return flight very unpleasant."

Desventajas: "Two of the flight attendants that we dealt with at the back of the plane were for rude not only to my husband and I but to our 7 year old child who was seated in a different row."

Ventajas: "I liked the fact that my request for an exit seat was was satisfied with no extra charge. It was on time and in Minneapolis the gate and traffic was convenient."
Desventajas: "I did not like the recorded announcement from the CEO that do to changes there would be a half hour wait to talk to an agent. What a poor introduction to your airline. Your website was terrible. In Minneapolis, it was very difficult to find check in for passengers with only carry-ons. ."

Ventajas: "Flight attendants were nice and loaded everyone quickly."

Desventajas: "Staff managed to spend almost the whole trip passing out drinks/snacks. Like, does it really take 3.5 hours to do that? Maybe it does. Announcements were informal - really felt like we were on a training flight. Staff wasn't helping people with bags or to find their seats like other airlines do. Maybe this more relaxed atmosphere is why the prices are lower? If so, that's fine with me - but doesn't seem like you're gunning to attract more business or be anything other than the airline in between the disgusting model of Spirit and the lame cost-cutting of major airlines. Like, innovation is only possible via dissension, and I'm sure your business is having the same troubles with idiot senior leaders as every other US corporate business is, but if you're going to ask for feedback, the feedback is stop being so blah and stand for something other than your Board. Plenty of ideas out there - stop being so pro-short term profit and start having some fun!"

Ventajas: "I liked that it was a direct flight and that the flight attendants gave my husband some ice for his neck to cool him down."
Desventajas: "The seats were uncomfortable for over a 5 hour flight, but I suppose we could always fly first class."

Desventajas: "Upcharges including $25 for first bag for each of us. A charge for even a snack on the flight."

Ventajas: "I was a first class passenger flying out of cancune from wedding. Whe it amd time to board the lead at the ticket counter asked me to step aside and said she can't let me board as I smelled liked alcohol. I assured her I haven't had a drink that day and even if I did why would it matter."
Desventajas: "After much debate then me demanding to speak to the captan as it is his final decision she did so. That capt assisted her that all is ok and to let me board. Once he left she made me wait to be the very last person to board and had two security guards escort me to my seat. I am a professional and consider myself very put together so found this to all be overboard and completely obserd. Thanks for confirming that I will never fly with you all again."

Desventajas: "Uno entiende que es una Línea de bajo costo, pero deberian de poner atención en el trato cordial con los clientes, además todo lo cobran adicional, al menos los precios deberían ser solidarios y no comparados a la altura de 33 mil pies."
