Ventajas: Again staff was very friendly and helpful.
Desventajas: That since it was a shorter flight no tvs.
Ventajas: I liked the attentiveness of staff and there was excellent communication between SWISS airlines and customers.
Desventajas: I honestly had no issues with my flight.
Ventajas: Crew was great. Peppy and kind.
Desventajas: ORD ZRH seats extremely crowded. Wished for comfy Star Alliance seats for that flight which we did enjoy from ZRH BUD

Desventajas: Too many seats, 3-4-3 configuration means not even enough room to walk down aisle without bumping people in their narrow seats.

Desventajas: Checking our bag was a nightmare. All bag check-in was at kiosk which we couldn't use because we had to pay to check our bag. Had to find a desk in another terminal to check bag, then pay an another desk for said checked bag. We saved money by ticketing this way but we almost missed our flight

Desventajas: Entertainment didn’t work, the crew did nothing to help. The plane was hot and stuffy. My luggage is lost.
Ventajas: The plane was pretty cool. I like the fact that the overhead compartments had enough room. The staff was friendly, too. The piece of chocolate is very tasty.
Desventajas: Food on those airplanes is always bad. There were not enough chicken sandwiches and some passengers only were given cheese sandwiches.
Ventajas: The crew service was very good, as was the food. The only complain is about the entertainment, hope to update the touch screen.
Ventajas: Crew was very nice, appreciated that they came by with water often
Desventajas: Legroom is very cramped, entertainment options are limited. After one 10-hour flight, you've seen everything you wanted to, so the return flight is a bummer

Ventajas: Amazing - they had a full dinner for a 9:55pm flight, with real silverware, complementary alcohol, for economy passengers! Crew extremely professional and efficient.

Desventajas: 2 luggage missing, I was told by Swiss airlines I would get them the next day, because they were left behind in Zurich.
Ventajas: Orderly boarding process. Considerate reseating when bulkhead with extra legroom were not usable.

Desventajas: Had reasonable size carry on and it was frowned upon? Seat was right behind business class and separation curtain just is my laps

Desventajas: Some of the crew members were rude and inconsiderate - if you see that someone is sleeping, you don’t stand at their seat and lean on it and shake it while you’re waiting to give the security demo before take off.

Desventajas: It’s frustrating to not have the ability to select seats before arriving at check in counter when there’s really not much to choose from.
Ventajas: The crew was very professional and helpful. If you travel Business Class it is very pleasant. But if you are traveling Economy the boarding management and economy seats suck! Many people were complaining about how narrow the economy seats are on the A320/330 aircraft.
Desventajas: Swiss has finally done it! If you are a person who is large framed, around 225 lbs or higher you will not fit into their economy seats. I'm quite athletic and not obese but large framed (ex- football player), I could not sit squarely in the seat as my hips were severely pinched. Misery :(
Ventajas: The crew was amazingly efficient serving food and drink. In the recline position the seat bottom extended which was far more comfortable than simply reclining.
Desventajas: The food was mediocre and the selection of movies was very limited.
Ventajas: Got an upgrade to business class

Desventajas: Rude ground staff at Athens airport, unable to check in online prior to flight, had to wait in line for over an hour for a connecting flight and run to the gate to then be told I was on standby for my next connecting flight. Poor customer service, no headphones given even though all seats have tv screens - such a small thing can make a difference to overall experience eg providing headphones. The check in and boarding forbthis flight was an absolute joke. Two men were about to have a fight due to how irritated everyone was for standing in line for so long. No need whatsoever. Meanwhile 3 staff sat at the ticketing desk and just watched the line grow! When I asked for assistance they brushed me off as if I were a flea! Athens Swiss airlines ground staff are up there with the worst customer service I’ve seen.

Desventajas: Flight delayed due to technical issues, boarding crew said there was a hole in the plane and that it might be canceled. After a long delay we finally tookoff. Plane was very cramped and very little room for the legs. Food and entertainment were average and fine.
Ventajas: Flight crew was on top of things. Flight was smooth and ontime.
Desventajas: A bit cramped in the economy class. Could have been more room for the money we had to spend on tickets
