The bed size was good and clean. Location is far from city,
the swimming pool
Room was clean, facilities are excellent and the privacy section for females for swimming pool.
Nice rooms with best furniture and marble design.very friendly staff at the pool and very Cooperative and honest. many Breakfast variety to choose from. I have had experiences where i felt the staff make you feel that they don't trust you. Example. the question " have you taken anything from the minibar" the insist to ck before final payment. another example. at the time of Ck out, the Bell boy, before sending my bags to my cars, he checks with reception if i paid. the lady at the reception, insist to receive my keycard before leaving the hotel. many more example. i am a frequent flyer and i stay at 5 stars hotels about 60-70 days a year. never seen like this attitude
Location and Extended stay Value for money is high
By far, the best hotel in Kuwait. Outstanding service with very attentive, personalized staff. Loved the marble bath, complimentary car service, excellent breakfast buffet.
We had our breakfast in the room and we ordered additional dishes beside the standard breakfast selection but they did not charge us on the extras I did my booking for a standard room but they upgraded me to deluxe suite due to the price I agreed on thru booking.com which is matching a deluxe suite and not a standard room
value for money, staff were friendly location, there are a lot of constructions and bad smell in the area surrounding the hotel. facilities, such as super market, etc. are not availalble in the hotel area, you would require to use a taxi for simple grocery shopping. Also, there is no fridge in the rooms; it would've been nicer if there was a small fridge. Breakfast served in the hotel is not very good and cold mainly with very limited choices, so if you're staying in this hotel, exclude breakfast.
extremely small rooms and bad cooking smell throughout the hotel and the neighborhood.
excellent value for money, excellent location staff need more training, some of them taking care of their internal office work while custemer waiting for service or enquiry
Friendly reception staff , new and clean room , new furniture, bathroom very good but small, central location and value for money good for business travelers Wi-Fi not so good , bathroom and room little small . no spa or pool.
Close to the gulf. Rooms are very small. It is not good for families who have children.
The only thing i liked is the sea view from the room and balcony. Honestly many things. Hotel not upto the standard of Le Meridian, had to wait a long outside no one attended and had to inform the reception. Floor tiles are found very old, ugly and broken, room carpets are so old and smelling, A toal renovation is required as to keep up to the standard of Le Meridian.
location only it should be ranked as 3 stars
was good location
Gym equipment was broken. No pool.
cmfort, location, service, Break fast *Don't try to book this hotel by any credit card from web, they will leave you to bay again (Tow time) even if you show them bank account for this approve from hotel. * less people in the reception area to for check in/out. * barking not available any time. * Only hot water in the bathroom * first hotel with bad pints from my experience.
scope of view Bathroom - Water
very nice hotel but not that good service poor service .. room dinning expensive
I liked the facilities. The rooms need renovation. Furniture fabrics and bathroom tiles are old.
Good choice of restaurants. Some refurbishing work on-going, but not very noisy. Some rooms are facing inwards (!) and this might be a little unusual, but very comfortable when the temperature approaches 50°C outside.
The service and personnel were extremely polite. Gym facilities were very nice Snacks served in the club lounge had been in warm for the whole day and were not very tempting,
Nice hotel for business - wifi all over Internet connection a bit slow
Everything was good, as expected of a 4 star Very expensive
Nice, specious and clean rooms. Friendly staff, good restaurants, also in the literally neighbouring Sheraton. There were no meeting rooms available. This forced us to go to the Sheraton, against high costs (35KD per hour).
Very good for business with a printer / scanner / fax in every room and efficient staff to support it and in the business centre
stay was excellent and no comments or complain to be added
nothing special. This is a purely business-men hotel. Puplic areas must improved and be extended
Comfortable bed, printer and fax in room, dvd player, free wi-fi room design not impressive, room quite small, average breakfast, price not so attracrive
Everything was perfect just the area I hope it was close to Mall.
wonderful rooms, comfort of beds, kindness of staff, superb design and perfume in lobby, and definitely delicious food.
Entrance/reception area was run down, in need of upgrading.
The willingness of the staff to help Breakfast is poor
The staff were helpful. Free delivery from and to the airport. Quiet. The lobby was not up to the standard of a Le Meridien Hotel, it was so small. The room was small too, although I stayed in a deluxe room. The bed was not comfortable at all and especially the pillows. The shower had problems and it was so difficult to open the water and close it. No mirror in the room and no dinning table.
Fresh fruit backet available every day; the hote is new and everything is actuallt perfect! The room was quite small; in room wireless not available
Nice room and facility, breakfast was good, there has been blackout , we stayed in the dark for about an hour without air conditioner 1.00 am No tv channels at all
i like the room and the lighting view at the back of the bed. and the buffet there was no mirror in the room which is very important especially for the ladies. the pillows is not comfortable at all. the room is so small for deluxe room. the hotel is far from shopping.
huge suit, clean and nice staff. its only four floors.
luxury hotel , good food , clean and quiet beach still not open , there is a house behaind the hotel cutting half of the beach side.
i enjoyed the stay ,were the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. beautiful rooms with a modern and simple decoration. excellent location to shops and restaurants i hated that there was no awnings for cars and our sea view wasn't sight pleased it wasn't directly on to the sea because of the constructions
The rooms were quite spacious. The room rate you charged 60KD per day was high, they have leaflets showing 40KD per day for the same double twin suite. There was no swimming pool, the jacuzzi was dirty and badly maintained and the gym was inadequate hence we did not use both. The breakfast was bad. We traveled to Kuwait city hotel as per the address, however they told us to go to Continental Suite at Farwanea at our own cost.
I enjoyed the food at the Indian restaurant on the 9th floor. The hotel is looking in need of decoration. The rooms also. They are a bit tired looking. Also, it would be nice to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room.
