There was a wonderful breakfast the following morning. Very fresh, a large variety of items, and it was in a clean environment. One of the queen size mattresses in our room, needed to be replaced. Not only did it squeak badly throughout the night, it dipped in the middle. Very uncomfortable to sleep on for my daughter.
What i liked best about Four Points Hotel in Manhattan kansas was that the staff are friendly and the Hotel is very clean. The rooms are amazing, the bed was super comfortable and lets not forget about those pillows!!! Amazing.!!!!!! I slept like a baby.!
The pool was clean as was the hot tube. It had a very nice setting. I felt very welcomed as I entered into the hotel. I will book again
I very much appreciated the bottle of water that was complimentary inside the room when I checked in. It was just what I needed after a long drive.

The courtyard area worked well for visiting with friends while the kids swam. It was easy to get to and close to our destination. While it was very clean and remodeled nicely, it is an old hotel. The rooms were much smaller than modern rooms. It was hard to find our room the first time we entered the hotel from a side entrance. I would recommend this hotel to friends.
We stayed here with two kids and two dogs. Staff was friendly and helpful, facilities were in great shape, and our room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was above average, and they offer games and movies for entertainment. There's also a park across the street. We would stay here again. It cost a little more than we wanted to spend, but it was still a good value.

Location was great. restaurant was very nice. Under construction but that was understandable and no big deal.
The location was fantastic. Most things you would want to do (dining, shopping, campus) were in walking distance. Staff was great and check-in was super smooth. We didn't have to wait while they entered info- they had keys and paperwork ready on arrival. The air conditioning unit in the room was of an older style and kicked on and off which woke us up during the night and also made the room vary in temperature based on whether it was currently on or off.
Friendly and clean. The management gave us a free breakfast to correct a situation with another guest that was beyond their control which was nice.

Liked the staff a lot - they were great and very helpful! The rooms are VERY small and the bathroom has no ventilation - so when you shower - you steam up the whole room.The heater/air conditioner was extremely loud and kept waking me up.The room smelled funny...

Staff was very polite and helpful. We had been put in a handicap room and they immediately switched our room and gave us a free breakfast for the inconvience. The bathroom toilet. Had to shake the handle to stop it from running.
Motel is using pictures from previous owner - it is rundown, filthy and the pool is covered with a make shift tarp. The owner is abrasive and tried to change the room rates at check in. The sign next to the desk said we only had 30 minutes to get a refund for the rooms which should have been our biggest clue. We hurried to check our rooms and pulled back the bedspread to find dirty sheets, bugs, floors not vacuumed, dirty footprints on the bathroom floor, filthy toilet seats, uncleaned sinks, towels that hadn't been washed - just refolded. Completely disgusting. All 3 rooms were exactly the same. We went back to the desk to demand our refund at which time the owner offered to show us to the 'nice rooms'. NO WAY. It was a major ordeal to get any money back - and he kept $30 cash on one of the rooms for a 're-cleaning' fee so he could pull the bedspread up and try to re-sell. I should also mention, he over charged me on one room and was supposed to refund me the $100 before charging me the correct amount. He did not. Not until we got the booking company involved and had all the rooms refunded. The owner of the Royal Inn is a snake in every way. The place should be shut down. It's not sanitary and the business practices are unethical.
